The most frustrating thing about this episode is that it didn;t tell me what happened to Lister and his twin sons. Took me a while to figure out to slow down the Star Wars-style scrolling words to discover their fate.
Best gag in this one- Nodnol and the Bulgarians. Other best gag- the eating backwards. Does anyone not have a scene like this in their family movies, taken just so it could be played backwards. (Or do I have the only weird family?) And of course the backwards fight scene. That's a classic.
Conundrum- if everything really was backwards, then Lister and the Cat would have to have dropped Rimmer and Kryten off, then left them to rescue themselves by flying into a wormhole. Dealing with time moving backwards has to be the most difficult scenario as far as continuity is concerned.
Since the movie seems to be a no-go, the idea of Lister's sons may be the best opportunity for a spin off. Wonder if that one will ever happen.....

I have often wondered when Lister's sons were going to make an appearance. Seeing as how one of them is destined to die in a navicomp explosion in his mid-twenties, they should show back up sometime soon in order to do so.

Yeah. And we all know what Kat did in the bushes too.
