Oh, this was a fun saga. Basically, Mooby made some throwaway comment in a thread - I believe it was something like, "Oh, look, I'm Shadow!" - and I decided this meant he was stealing my identity, so I made a thread entitled "Blatant Falsehoods!" exposing him. Anyway, I go away for the weekend and come back on Monday to find that Mooby and the others have decided that Mooby was indeed the real Shadow and that I was an impostor ("The Impersonator") and made this thread for people who had been fooled by me as a sort of group rehabilitation thing. I earned the nickname TI, Mooby is apparently the real Shadow now, and it's all been great fun. ^.^

Don't lie, that's not how it happened.
Wingo:
After the notorious villain, The Impersonator, tried to pass herself off as a person named Shadow, I exposed her for who she really was. Since then, she has been Vying for page and world domination. Thanks to my own efforts, and the efforts of Mooby and his organization (The ABBA), TI's efforts have been thwarted. She still has a great deal of influence, I'm afraid, and your meddling might just give her the chance she needs to recover the upper hand or worse yet, go back into hiding! It does not help that my old allies are no longer here to foil her efforts. Perhaps Jeoc will help me counterspell whatever TI has planned. If not, I hope I can do it on my own. If only through sheer force of will.
I would like to invite you into a pact of negation, acting to negate The Impersonator's efforts for world domination. Alone I will only be able to delay her eventual takeover. Together, though, we may hinder her outright, prohibiting her from ever achieving her diabolical goal. So, Wingo, help me and together we can Dash her hopes, break her ambitions, and extinguish the resistance for good!

*bursts in, a miniature kangaroo like thing following in my wake*
I have here a wallaby that says that TI did unspeakably horrible things to its older brother, while wearing a wingo mask and screaming "I am captian Wingo!" for several hours. And it has a couple rattlesnakes that will back it up! This crime apparently goes into the real world as well as the guild!

And it has a couple rattlesnakes that will back it up! This crime apparently goes into the real world as well as the guild! And power-hungry Slytherin loved those of great ambition...|> ---|...But we don't have rattlesnakes where I live, and I'm too far into the city to have any wallabies nearby. Also, I would never call myself "Captian" anything.
