if you've played star force you have obviously met Ken Suther The big Wave store person. I've heard that Ken is female and that Ken is male. What do you think Ken is?

Dunno. In the Japanese version Ken's a woman, but I have no idea what Ken is in the English version.

Yeah, must be the serenade of the series, although I think it's a he since his name is more male. Although I could be wrong.

my cousins name is kendra her nickname is ken so yea not exactly always male but more or less lol (btw silen foot I'm almost level 100)

well also if you look at megaman ZX the survivors of the war where megamen and one of the heros was a female also a few of the enemys

I think it might have something to do with what happens to the game in translation. I think the English versions of the characters tend to be a little more stereotypical in nature, and of course the text isn't exactly word for word. Translating Japanese to English isn't easy because there are no literal translations. It's not like French or Spanish where basically all you do is translate the words and rearrange them to fit the language's syntax. Japanese is much more complicated, with each kanji representing a whole word or even an entire concept rather than just a sound like letters do.

I knew that trust me when I get bored I enjoy trying to study kanji. hard it is. but with any foreign language translations are difficult. I understand this. I'm just saying this seems to happen alot in japanese to english games /animes. its pretty much the most common thing with any language.
