hehe_im_blue Neo_Oracle_Ax hehe_im_blue *with his free hand Blue formed half a tiger seal and focused his chakra*black dragon no jutsu!*a small black wisp formed around blue's index finger and a small dragon formed and growled*hehe... when i walked down the river...hehe...*the small wisped dragon and flew up to Blue face and circled like a crown* *glares over and throws a kunai at his hand to break the jutsu* it's his technique, leave it at that, you can create others.
