Is having someone I can trust too much to ask for?
Isamu huffed, upset that he had been asked to leave. He picked up his cat and left the infirmary. Time to sneak off to the mansion to do some evil plotting with the other members of "Team Evil." In one of the corners of the infirmary there was a desk and chair for Keina. The young woman was currently asleep in her chair with her head in her arms. She wasn't snoring but she seemed to be in a rather deep sleep. The poor thing had worked hard all day to keep up with everything that was going on around her. What an exhausting task! Keina had fallen asleep as soon as everyone had left the infirmary.

"About a day," Chloe said, laughing a bit. "And the infirmary is certainly a very busy place. But I'm growing accustomed to it. Fortunately, I've a lot of experience dealing with a myriad of races and ailments so I've managed to make it through thus far. And I have a wonderful assistant to help out as well. And fortunately, the previous doctor kept very detailed records."
"But I'm sure I'll be grateful to have you stop in occasionally. Unfortunately, in spite of my years of traveling, I have yet to build up any great upper body strength. I should probably try to work on that, but I can never find the time."
She started to her small sink, turning to look back at him. "Would you like some tea while you're here? As payment for bringing in my new supplies? Perhaps you can tell me a bit about your mercenary work. Sadly, I don't have a lot of opportunity to meet the rest of the staff while working in here all day."

 Akito Kurosuke "Yeah, I couldn't help but notice how busy the place is. This place always has people whenever I passed by during my rounds." Akito said as he moved to drape a blanket over the shoulders of the woman sleeping at a desk. Poor thing seemed exhausted.
"No upper body strength huh? Well, if you want, I could try to teach you some exercises that might help, but usually constant carrying things builds it up. But I probably might be a constant visitor, even though I take pretty good care of myself. I don't have much to do since Rosentale is normally peaceful everyday. Of course there might be the occasional monster."
Akito went and took a seat in one of the chairs. "Tea would be nice, thanks."
"Huh? My work? Well, it's not really pretty. It gets pretty gruesome, but sometimes guys just gotta make a living, I guess. I can't tell you how many days I've had to go without a shower because I'm busy running around swinging my spear." Akito answered as he crossed his arms. "And I've had to fight off fleas, lice, and all kinds of insects since I pretty much sleep anywhere in my travels." Shoot! What was he doing telling a woman this kind of stuff? He'd probably gross her out. Time for something... uh... womanly? What was the most useless thing to talk about in the world? Girls liked to talk about useless things.
Global warming? Nah...
"S-so you said you didn't get to meet anyone yet? Is it because you were instantly swamped with work? Really, if only the infirmary could have a rest day for you. Maybe we could find someone who kind of knows how to doctor people so you can go out and meet people. Sure stinks to be in this small room all day." Akito added.

"Oh, I wouldn't worry about it too much," Chloe said, filling her electric kettle with water. She looked over her shoulder and gave Akito a teasing smile. "Every now and then someone interesting wanders in to keep me company for a while." She waited for the water to boil before pouring them both some tea. She pushed her rolling stool toward Akito with one foot, shooting at glare at two visions who were eyeing her curiously as she picked up the tea cups. "Don't. you. dare," she hissed, before started toward Akito, handing him one of the cups. "I hope you don't mind the blend--it's one of my own. It's calming without being sedating, and I find the taste to be quite pleasant."
She sat on her stool, resting the tea cup on her knees as she looked over at Keina. Akito had even gone to cover her with a blanket--what a sweet man.
"I don't think you should disparage the sort of work you do. It may not be glamorous, but it's necessary. This world isn't always a safe place--nor are any of the others. If there were more people like you around, perhaps people like me would have less work to do. Besides, you won't frighten me with tales of life on the road. I've spent my entire life traveling so I'm well aware of the...inconveniences that often go hand in hand with traveling."
"I still rather like it though--seeing new places and meeting new people has always excited me." She stifled a giggled at his ramblings. He talked so much. It was difficult to keep up with all the topic changes, but it was sort of cute.

Akito Kurosuke "Well a break's a break! You still need to be able to sightsee the town nearby. There are some pretty neat places that you can go to. I would recommend the amusement park. I haven't been there for very long, but it seems promising." Akito pointed out. He took one of the cups. "I don't mind at all. Thanks. Everything that's new are always an adventure." Just as long as it wasn't sweet. He wasn't a big fan of sweets.
"Well, being a mercenary is pretty fun. I've seen a lot of places and met people. Oh, but you probably understand that since you've traveled before. Say, what exactly did you do before coming here? Were you just a traveler?" Akito asked.
He took a break from talking to take a drink. He had been frantic to find a topic that wouldn't disturb her since Akito just usually said whatever he wanted. The one time he tried to be careful, the one he was talking to actually wasn't disturbed with the topics. Really. What luck.
((I might have to go soon. >.< If I stop replying, feel free to ditch Akito. ^^ ))

"I traveled," Chloe said. "And since I had to work to cover expenses, I did fortune telling on the side. I suppose you could call it a hobby--though perhaps it's a little more significant than just a hobby. I suppose I was also something of a doctor before coming here. Though my people call us 'drabani.' It was the opportunity to meet many interesting people, and see many interesting things. And learn anything I could possibly want to learn."
"But...Rosentale has it's own special allure that can tame even the most deep rooted wanderlust. When I learned a new doctor would soon be needed, I thought I would come to offer my credentials and try to acquire the job. It is a peculiar place. But I like it." She sipped her tea and closed her eyes, savoring the aroma for a moment. "I shall have to try the amusement park. Though I think I should first find someone to go with me."
"It seems like those sorts of places are only fun if you have someone to keep you company." ((no worries. It's not like chloe has anywhere else to be anyway)) XD

Kentoy woke up with a start. He was dreaming of basketballs chasing him. It was a very bad dream, the balls had razor sharp teeth and looked cannibal. He sat down on the bed and shook his head. It's just a dream Kentoy.. Just a dream.. Shaking himself awake he looked around the Infirmary.

"Just because I'm pretty......  Ayu sneaked out the dorms after Kamil accompanied her there.. She almost forgot returning to the infirmary and visit Kentoy.. She hurriedly approached his bed and saw him already awake..
"I'm sorry Kentoy for leaving you like that..." Ayu sat on the chair near his bed.. "I went outside with big brother Sethrian, Kamil and Reilynn.. Maybe next time I'll let Reilynn met you." She stared at him intently.. ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Ayu walks in and sits beside him on his bed. "It's okay Ayu, I feel so much better now that my brains intact. And since you gave me that-" Kentoy blushed, remembering the kiss. Touching his lips with the tips of his fingers. He reached out for Ayu's hand. "I missed you so much.."

"Just because I'm pretty...... Ayu blinked.."Since I give you what?" While her head tiled and she saw him touching his lips.. She can't help but wondered what's wrong with his mouth? Maybe he's wiping it? itchy? or maybe he's just hungry?
Ayu smiled then blush... "Uhmm.. thanks... Uhm... I missed you too.. Ireally do.." She can't understand herself why.. but she really did missed him. Then she placed her arms on the sheets.. "Kentoy... I'm just wondering.. Am I a good girlfriend to you?" She really wants to know how she was to him when they were still on a relationship... ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Being dense was Ayu's signature. It's not Ayu if she's not dense, innocent with a little bit of stupidity and chaos. "Since you threw a ball at me." Then he put out his tongue and made a face.
"A good girlfriend? Are you even hearing yourself? Your the girl from my dreams.." He said dreamily. Even tho Ayu was right there with him holding his hands. "Everything I could wish for and more.."
Ever since Kentoy had fell inlove with Ayu, he wanted to take her out to the movies. Like what couples did in soap operas and romantic movies. "Ayu, have you got anything to do today? I kinda want to watch something in the Movies. Wanna go with me?" He asked. So is this a date? Kentoy and Ayu's first date. Kentoy blushed at the thought.

"Just because I'm pretty...... Ayu giggled.. "Don't worry.. I'll throw another ball on you..If you missed it that much.."
She blushed after hearing those words that He really dreamed about her.."Uhm....." Just then he suddenly spoke.. About going out this very hour..
Ayu smiled.. while squeezing his hand.. "I'd love to..." ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Feeling his heart skip a beat as she giggled, he smiled. Ayu's sooo cute.
"Cool! What do you want to watch? Princess and the Frog is out this week. Want to watch it?" He asked eagerly, he never really thought that Ayu would come with him if he asked.

Kentoy bit his lip while his heart pounded on his chest. "Why are you so cute Ayu?" Staring at he eyes, holding himself back from cuddling with her on this very bed. Something inside of him wanted to do it but he caged it inside and fought for control. He didn't want to hurt her. "Then let's go Ayu! To the movies! Tenenenene!" Impersonating as Batman and doing the comical transition.
