Nya watched as the girl hopped from stone to stone, the steam around her rising ever upwards. She watched the girl for only a moment before it seemed the girl saw her. Her hand went up, waving lightly, in greeting. Nya looked at her ownhand..childlike in its self, she looked back at the girl and waved, clenching her jaw tightly, to prevent the the teeth in her skull from clicking together.

The return gesture was all it took for Ebony to jump down and stride towards the figure standing in the dark. As she approached the air around her grew warm as the heat radiated from Ebony's form. She held out her right hand and smiled. "Im Ebony, Hi!" Her hand would feel warm to the touch, yet not hot enough to burn.

The warmth seemed to seep to her very soul, she watched warily however, as the girl approached her. She took a hesitant step back, the woman's hand suddenly shooting out. Though it was a friendly gesture, all Nya had known was that of her culture and though she was quite fluent in her own ways..she was ignorant to that of this world. She placed a hand just below her collar bone, centered with her breadbone, "Nya." she said softly, not quite sure what esle to do.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you." She was sensitive to the feelings of the other's and was timid herself for a long time. "I just wanted to welcome you and you looked so lost and alone." Ebony twirled her jet black around a finger on the hand she pulled back from the offered handshake.

She looked at the girl for a moment, decifering each word, It wasn't hard, given that fae are normally born with the ability of knowledge, even knowing a language they had never before heard before. "You know what this place is then?" she asked softly, motioning to the area around her. "Everything..even the stars.. this is not my home. "

"Yes, this is my Mother's lands. She is what they call the Queen but Momma rather wants to be a normal person." She smiled a little. "I'm adopted and I'm not from here either." She looked around. "It's not a bad place to be."

"She was quiet for a long moment, "Do you not fear the the darkness dwellers?" Nya asked softly now looking around. Immortal did not mean invulverable, and in her land.. there was much to fear at night. "Is it your mother I must seek to be granted permission to stay here?" she asked then, knowing that in her own land, in order for one fae to cross to another land, he or she, for that matter, must first seek the chieftan, then the Chieftan takes their plea to the king or queen, She paused suddenly, the jewel around her neck beginning to glow a dazzling bright white, mixed with red from the blood stone at its top.

Seisuke wandered into the lake feeling another presence in rds other than the usual beings around and wanted to greet whoever this person is. To his surprise he finds two not one

She clasped her hand over the amulet, chasing away the light it brought, a beason to any who might do her harm. "She spoke softly, a chant almost, The light began to fade, she looked at the amulet for a moment, odd that it would choose now to make itself known. She looked back at the girl, the hair on the back of her neck standing on end. "What name has this place?" she asked then, her voice as soft as a summer breeze.

Held in the arms of her akri, Charis's eyes are both closed. Her skin paler than normal. Both her tail and her fins have a slightly gray tint to their normal blue-green color. A fuzzy blanket is wrapped tight around her shoulders, still she snuggles against his chest, her head pillowed on his shoulder. This lake is a new location for her. The only places she has ever been still just the beach, school and Seisuke's house. Slowly she tilts her head up to open her eyes, smiling at him. One arm emerging from the blanket to touch his cheek. "You don't have to do this right now."

But why not? You certainly need to explore more Charis *He said carrying her, he did not mind though* Besides we have company. Hello newcomers to rds im Seisuke a pleasure and this is charis. *he said putting her near the lake and the making a camp fire for her to be warm*

She is set down and can't hold back the involuntary shiver that results in a lack of warmth. Her hands fisted in the blanket she pulls it more closely around her, the long line of her tail even curling close. An attempt Charis makes to stay as small as possible and reserve body heat. The cold weather makes her sleepy, but she would blush faintly and look over to the 'new' people. Her voice when welcoming them is soft and shy, reverting back to her old habits. "Greetings."

She was getting nervous, to many showing up..to many people. She took a step back as the others that had arrived began chattering, her heart skipped a beat and she began to tie her hands around the skirt she wore, and though delicate and soft, it did not wrinkle.

Nya nodded, "I must announce myself..and seek permission to stay.." she said softly, she would only remain ignorant to the way sof this land for so long...for now her best bet, she thought, was to continue on with that which she had been taught within her own home.. "What do you mean..by many?.. she paused then, her tone dropping slightly.."The hume.. they have not touched here?"
