"Aaah! No! Dispel!" yelled Yamatano as he dispelled his snake back to its home. "Ok, I know I was cheating, but you dont have to kill my snakes!" He said perhaps a little too harshly at the Kazekage. He thought that maybe he should be more respectful, but he cared about his summons, and didnt like it when people tried to kill them.

Coren walked back down from his new mountain , smacking Yamatano on the head, sending him to the ground. "Look man... I did it.. Kane did it, even Blade and LT did it! You have to do the training, you be good for something in a fight. Trust us."

"Ow! why is it always the head?" said Yamatano as he picked himself up. He began just by simply moving his body in all directions, seeing how far he could go before he would begin to stumble. He then moved around, first by shuffling his feet, then by walking, then by going into a bit of a jog before he felt unbalanced.
Now came for the disaster part of the controlled disaster. He began to flail about slightly, gradually increasing until he finally did fall over. After picking himself up, he began his flailing again, but not beyond the range he had done when he fell over, so as to stay up.
He could feel the tension building within his legs, as they were the only things keeping him up. But he finally understood that that was the whole point of this fighting style. If his arms were tied up, then he was forced to use his feet and legs to support and balancehim. It would give him a greater sense of balance so that when the handcuffs were removed....well.........nothing would be able to bring him down.
He then readied himself for another kick. He tested his balance, and acutally succeeded without tripping or stumbling. He tried a few more, amazed at how actually focusing on balance had helped. It wasnt nearly as powerful as Coren's kicks had been, but hey, It was a start. He then looked at Coren and asked "Anything else I should do?"

(um gregar i don't think you understand the point of this style, it's basically break-dance fighting you aren't supposed to be on your feet, that's easy, hell i could do that in real life, it's not that hard to balance with your arms tied behind your back while your standing up. you so silly blaugh )

((Well excuse me for being lazy and not reading the decription. maybe my RPC just has terrible balance. Besides, its just the first stage. and if your not on your feet and your hands are tied up, where are you?))

(on your back, swinging your legs around in wide sweeping kicks, or launching yourself up with a swift kick, lot's of spinning and what not, much like break dancing... *sigh* i guess ill have to start posting so that you can better understand what i mean)
