 ( OOC // Yeah, thats true. Ben probably won't bother Lady any further, because he wouldn't want to face Phoenix's wrath, or Lady's for that matter. I don't think anybody would want to see a bad side of Phoenix or any alpha male, come to think of it. )
Most likely, Kahlilia answered softly when Roman explained his statement to her. For a moment, she wondered just what had happened. Had Phoenix been traumtimized as a colt, or left to be independent from an early age? Not wanting to think it through because of an anger that would have boiled up towards humanity, she ran a hand through her long hair and watched Benvolio graze. The mare on the other side was completely ignoring him by now and hopefully it was going to stay that way. Ben was smart enough to know that if he was rejected he shouldn't go on to bother the other even more so. Most likely, he learned such things from observing Phoenix, which brought back the earlier question of whether or not the two stallions had agreed to nonagression towards one another. It was strange, but maybe true. Obviously, neither horse would share it with them. Having seen the way Phoenix eyed Lady, Kahlilia looked over curiously. How many foals did he have, if any other than Ariel? Phoenix seemed a little too young to have more than one, but who knew?
The girl hesitated greatly before leaving Ben in the paddock. She knew he wouldn't bother the mare, but what if it was vice versa? She'd never seen the mare's personality or her general behavior, so she was a little nervous. Before leaving to catch back up with Roman and Phoenix, she said to Benvolio, You be on your best behavior. Ben's ears twitched in response and Lily smiled before trotting off.
Once she was caught up, they were directly infront of the barn. Lily could have sworn she saw a teeny glimpse of Esmeralda and Sahara, but she wasn't completely sure. There was still a couple of other campers that had not let themselves be seen. When they were in the barn, Lily stood up on her toes and hung up Ben's equipment gingerly, a little frustrated with her shortness for the time being. It came in handy in some cases, but it also worked to her disadvantage in others. However, she was able to get it in its proper place and walked over to Kelly and Ariel's stall. She looked over at Roman and Phoenix then with the same curious look as earlier, most likely wondering how on earth Phoenix would interact with his foal.
Xavier was still in the exact same spot, raking his hands through his hair and mumbling various curses. The extent of his anger was gone but he knew that once he saw the Three Musketeers again it would rise to fire and lava. He was trying to remember how they - the three - had interacted with one another, but it was proving futile. They all but radiated tranquility and happiness, as though on some extreme form of Ectasy. Shaking his head at that thought, he raised the heels of his hands to his gray-blue eyes and muttered something unaudible. Despite his tornado of dangerous thoughts and the whirling aftermath of horrified anger, he was startled when he heard the knock at the door. At first, he hesitated, but when there was a second knock he walked over to the door and opened it.
Upon seeing Summer, he raised his eyebrows.
Summer? He wanted to ask her what she was doing, but he figured she had one or two reasons. One being the horrible smell and the other being his loud roar from just a few minutes earlier. Walking out of his room and closing the door, he looked at the girl curiously as a confused infant might have. After looking at her for a moment or two, he noticed a sadness glinting in Summer's eyes and quickly softened. Whats wrong? Well, that was a stupid question. She was probably wound up from seeing her brother so hurt, she was probably heartbroken in one way or another. And how could he blame her?

((OOC: Is Xavier going to notice that Esmeralda is riding through the cabin area - i.e. super close to his cabin - at any point? Because that would be funny.))
Noticing Kahlilia's curious look towards Phoenix, Roman grinned. "I think he's about five or six," he said lightly. "If Shannon only uses him for breeding, he could have a whole herd of foals already. We should ask, sometime. It might be interesting to know how many of the babies are his."
As they walked into the barn, Roman put Phoenix in his stall. Carefully, he stripped the horse's tack off and took it to the tack room. He set the saddle pad upside-down on top of the saddle so that it could dry - Phoenix had worked hard that day, and he'd sweated quite a bit. "I'll need to groom him again," he decided as he walked out of the tack room again.
He glanced at Kahlilia. "What do you think - you take Kelly, I take Phoenix and Ariel wanders along behind, or you take Kelly and Ariel and I walk Phoenix, or what?" He would have added the idea that Kahlilia only take Kelly and he take the other two, but he wanted to be able to get some distance between them if Phoenix reacted badly to having Ariel along.
Taking down Phoenix's halter, Roman lifted a brow at the length of chain on the lead rope. He knew what it was, of course - a stallion chain, to keep feisty horses in line. However, he didn't thread it through the halter for the moment. He wanted to give Phoenix a chance to be good before he used the chain as a punishment for being bad. He glanced over at Kahlilia to await her decision as to how they were going to walk the horses.

( OOC // Yep, pretty soon. Hes going to be really pissed off at her. xD I've been referring to Ez, Roman, and Lily so far as the 'Three Musketeers' so Xavier might mention something like that. )
Oh, so hes pretty close to Ben's age then, Kahlilia said, thinking it through briefly. Maybe the two of them were somehow close as colts. If thats possible. Well, over time maybe it would come to light. Or so she might hope.
She was standing idly by Kelly's stall when Roman took care of Phoenix and she smiled to herself in an attempt not to laugh when when he mentioned the stallion would need to be groomed again. Finally, she did give a little hint of a giggle but didnt say anything. Remembering the little incident with the hose as she stroked Ariel's nose with two fingers, she wondered if some sort of water had caused Phoenix to be possibly 'changed' at a young age. They couldn't be sure yet, but maybe there was some sort of link.
At first, Lily hesitated, thinking it through. Finally, she looked back over and said, We can try having Ariel with her mom for a while and then we can see how she interacts with her dad. Kahlilia grinned when she realized the filly herself was now nudged against her arm in some sort of affectionate way.
It was as though she were saying, 'Okay, okay, I'm ready! Can I walk around now?! Pleeeaaaassseee?' At the thought, the girl giggled lightly again. Kelly was standing close by, currently accepting the fact that her baby was ready to explore, as well as the fact she was being affectionate to Lily. Kahlilia had seen Kelly and Ariel interact, it was sort of like a heartbreakingly cute set of mother-daughter interactions. They were incredibly close, which was so far a good sign. Are you guys ready? I can tell these two are.

"I would guess so," replied Roman neutrally, as he examined the stallion chain minutely. "Maybe they were. It would depend on how long Shannon's had them. I doubt they were both born here - Shannon seems to treat her horses well."
Hearing her giggle when he muttered about grooming again, he slanted her a look, but said nothing. For a minute or two. Then he grumbled, "It's not funny. It took ages the first time. He's going to hate me." He shook his head at last. "But I'll deal with that then." Putting on the halter, he gently led Phoenix out.
At Kahlilia's suggestion, he smiled very slightly and nodded. "That would work well," he mused. "And if anything goes wrong, we'll keep Phoenix away from the other two." He noticed Ariel's nose poking above the top of the stall door, and had to smile. The filly was adorable, and acted even more like a child than her father did - but she had the excuse of actual youth. Very lightly, he passed Kahlilia a halter. "For Kelly," he explained. "If she doesn't already have one. We're ready when you are."

Summer seemed to hesitate before she quietly said in a voice that was no louder than a whisper, "I heard a loud roaring sound and thought it might have been you. Is everything alright? What happen?" She then turned her back to him and walked aways away and sat down then she told him, "I must ask you something of the utmost importance and I need a straight answer, well I'll be asking you quite a few somethings," she then smiled a small smile but it was rather sad compaired to how she normally smiled a beautiful smile that would melt even the most frozen of hearts. She then started to ask her questions all of them rushing out of her mouth one after the other, "What happened between you and my brother? What made you so uncomfortable while I was gone? Are you having second thoughts about us? Do you feel guitly about anything that has transpired between the both of us?" She stood up then not sure she wanted to see his reaction to all of her questions, but knowing she had to know the answers. "Theres one more thing I want you to know, X, I love you and no matter what happens between us I'll always love you." She then, not sure she could take the answers if he decided to answer her questions in a negative manner, took off walking away from him slowly.

Wolf, just so you know Xavier's going to see Esmeralda and go off stomping towards her right about now. )
Glancing over, Kahlilia saw the chain just then and looked at it as though to say 'Uh ... thats a very ... interesting... chain.' She didn't know much about it, but was smart enough to know it was most likely used for the more ornery stallions by its appearance. She looked away from it and scratched Ariel under the chin, who nudged Lily again.
In her current perspective, she didn't hear Roman's grumbling very well but was able to depict the meaning quickly. Whoops.
Slapping herself mentally, she looked back over - but at Roman, not at the chain. -
He knows more than you do, what the hell is the point of making fun?
I'm sorry, She said, but instead of her voice being the usual little squeak that it was it was firm and sincere. Am I just going to be apologizing all summer? I really need to start watching my attitude, and fast. I shouldn't have done that. I know that I know better.
It was then she remembered the other time. In what had been an eerily similiar scenario, she had done the same. The boy, one who at that time had been trying to win her heart unsuccessfully, had completely snapped at her.
You'll always just be a pretty face, you'll always seem so innocent. But who are you underneath, Kali? - That had been his nickname for her, she didn't like it very much - You're a f -- kin' heartless slut with nothing to do. You hear me, Kali? You're just a stupid, faltering little tool ...
He had gone on to call her other names that are powerfully insulting to any person targeted, and then he had stomped away with no room for her to talk. Later, people called him immature. They said he over-reacted. He didn't mean it, they said. Sometimes, things happen ...
Three years ago now, maybe a little more. Oh, how it felt like less. She remembered the exact look in his eyes still ...
She started when she saw that Roman was trying to hand her the halter. With a teeny smile, she obediently took it and after coaxing the two females out, was then able to put it gingerly on Kelly and started to put it on Ariel, although she was watching Kelly to make sure the mother would put up with her baby being handled. Forcing the memories back into their little drawer, she was finally able to get the halter on little Ariel comfortably. Her smile broadened a little and she scratched the filly behind the ears in praise for the acceptance. After pausing to inspect the both of them, she looked back up at Roman and nodded slowly. Alright.
Eh, someone just pulled a nasty prank. Its nothing. That was a lie, but Xavier didn't want Summer to get worried when she already had more than enough to worry about right now. And he voiced it, I don't want you to get worried ... thats the last thing you need. Even now, the tiniest hint of her smile tore his angry heart to pieces and he bent down with her and touched her cheek. Actually, nothing. We've agreed that as long as we don't annoy or hurt one another - or you - on purpose we won't kill each other. While you were gone all we did was joke around, as guys would. At 'as guys would' he gave her a little smile, referring to the time where Summer said she never knew what Xavier would do to Fangs because he was male.
Xavier looked taken aback when Summer asked if he was having second thoughts. His first reaction would have been to say 'Why would I do that?!' but he kept that part back and after pausing answered, Summer, no, of course not. You're the best thing thats ever happened to me ... His heart broke even more when he realized that must have been a part cause of her sudden stress. When she stood up, he stood up at the same second and took her hand. I love you more than anything else in the world ... I don't regret anything we've ever done, and I don't think I ever will. He kissed her cheek tenderly and then let her go, watching her walk away with sudden sadness. Oh, God, how could he have been so selfish? He couldn't cause her any more pain, no matter what. Never, he would never hurt her again. Once again, however, he decided to let her be alone so that she wouldn't feel overwhelmed.
But then he saw Esmeralda.
The b***h!
His anger, as he had earlier suspected, came flying back. He kept it hidden until Summer was out of his eyeshot and went wherever she happened to be going, then he walked over to Esmeralda in what was at first a saunter.
However, once he was in earshot and eyeshot of the girl, he grabbed the collar of her shirt and hissed, What the f -- k did you and your little accomplices do?

Summer realized that she was fast losing control of her emotions where her brother and Xavier where concerned. She was glad that he'd answered all of her questions and she believed everything he said. She decided to disappear for awhile and see if that would help calm her nerves. Before she left Xavier though she flashed him a bright smile hoping to reassure him though she hadn't really felt like smiling at all. She then headed out accross the fields not sure where she was headed but knowing she had to get away for awhile. She then came upon a cliff with the most wonderous view she had ever seen. She sat at the edge and then looked down noticing the drop wasn't that high but if she feel she would certainly break her arm. Her worries slowly began to fade and she felt something moving around her neck. It turned out to be Fangs but she had no idea how the snake got around her neck but she was glad of the female company. Her spirits soon lifted and soared above the clouds as she recalled Xavier had said he loved her. Her stress melted away as she laid back and watched the sky and was soon dozing off with Fangs curled around her wrist.

Esmeralda lifted a brow in magnificent disdain as she gently pried his hand off her shirt. "Careful there, pal. You're scaring my horse," she said coolly.
Indeed, Sahara had danced backwards, eyes rolling wildly, when Xavier had grabbed at her, and now Esmeralda was righteously annoyed. Her amusement at the reaction she had elicited could wait. She'd pranked him in that way because, to be frank, he pissed her off, and this was not changing her opinion in the slightest.
"I'm not sure what you mean by my 'little accomplices' or 'what we did'," she continued, making little air quotes with her fingers every time she quoted him, "nor do I know what you're trying to pull, but whatever it is, you're failing."
He wanted to be a tough guy, did he? Scare the little girl? Well, she'd show him. Stroking Sahara gently with one hand, she tilted her head and leaned towards him ever so slightly. "You might frighten little old ladies with your wannabe-tough-guy act, but you don't scare me, pal. So you can just back off." She placed a hand gently on his chest and pushed him lightly backwards. "Run along now."

Roman stroked Phoenix, holding up the chain so he could see it. "See this, bud?" he asked the horse. "I don't want to use it, and I know you don't like it. So let's not have to, okay?" The horse snorted in response, and feeling mildly hopeful, he smiled at Kahlilia.
His smile faded to a look of quizzical amusement when Kahlilia apologized. "What?" he asked, slightly confused. "Did you attempt to kill me when I wasn't looking, or something?" Chuckling when he realized what the matter was, he shook his head. "Lily, don't worry about it. I don't mind having to groom him again - I was just complaining to be complaining. And I don't mind you laughing, either. You have a nice laugh." He flushed a bit as he said this, feeling a bit awkward.
When at last she took the halter, however, after her moment of woolgathering, he smiled a bit. "All right," he replied cheerfully. "You go ahead. I'll follow. Let's lead them around the barn area."

Kahlilia smiled sheepishly then, blushing too even though she averted her face so that it wouldn't be seen.
Whats happening to me? Those previous thoughts started to haunt her again ... those ugly words that never left her mind.

Oh no, don't get sucked into that again.
Knowing the two female horses would enjoy the time out of the stable to walk, Kahlilia slowly led them outside. As she would have figured, Ariel stayed close to her mother, sort of trotting happily just to the right. Lily was walking slowly for the moment, making sure neither would lose balance. They didn't, and once they were completely outside the barn, there was a soft noise that sounded similiar to an excited whinny. Glancing over, Lily realized the noise had came from Ariel. She grinned at that and said to Roman, Well, so far the baby really likes this. She let them walk slowly behind her for another moment or two before waiting for Roman and Phoenix. Still, the thought remained, how would Ariel and Phoenix interact?
Don't play games with me, Xavier growled to the girl, You know what you did, and who the other two were. Your brother and that other girl. I know, I saw you. Well, during the prank itself he hadn't. He actually meant he had seen all three of them 'scheming' at the dinner last night, but he knew his words may have some sort of impact on Esmeralda. Oh, shes not scared yet? Well, I'm just beginning.
He raised his eyebrows when she said he was pulling something himself, but didn't answer in words. Once again, however, another evil thought went through his head: If I can prank her back, if I can get her to succumb ...
It was only then, since he was looking straight up at Esmeralda, that he saw Sahara's eyes. Having made a snorting sound when she mentioned the horse was getting scared, he made it again but it was lower and he appeared to bristle.
He stepped backward when she pushed him and told him to 'run along', but Xavier wasn't going to back off that easily. Anger building again into something even more ferocious, he cursed at her before saying, I don't care if I scare you or not. 'Cause you know what? I'm going to f -- k you guys up so that you wished you'd never done that. I'm not going to tell you the when or where, but you'll find out soon enough. His voice had gone down to a low hissing tone, and although he was talking as though he were going to go away he didn't move a muscle. While he had been talking, however, he had moved closer and despite a possible hit or slap he had put one of his big hands on Esmeralda's leg.And I promise ... it won't be the only one you get.

Summer had just walked back into the ranch yard while Xavier was confronting Esmeralda, but she'd decided to walk around when she spotted the two of them. She couldn't really hear what was going on, but she could see some sort of tension between the two of them. She had arrived to see Xavier move close to her and place his hand on her leg. At first Summer thought she had seen everything wrong but then she did a double take and realized she hadn't. She grew so angry at that point she couldn't speak she just shook with anger and began to mumble to herself, "So the b*****d loves me does he then why the hell is his hand on another girls leg? I swear I'll kill him for this." She then saw a rock and picked it up and threw it with all of her might and watched as is sailed in the air sure her aim was true and that the rock would hit him in the head.
(Sorry couldn't resist making some drama)

@Infinity: No, I don't think they'd hear Ez and Xavier. I'd like her to handle this on her own. Roman and Kahlilia will have their turn, never fear. XD))
Esmeralda's anger had faded when he moved so that Sahara was no longer frightened. Now she was merely amused. "Clearly, you don't know my brother," she replied, almost kindly. "Whatever it was you think he did, I assure you you're wrong. He doesn't do things to piss people off. And the other girl..." She frowned briefly. "What other girl? There are lots of girls here." It was easy to avoid giving him Lily's name. She just had to play dumb. Not hard - she was an actress, after all. If necessary, she would take all the blame herself. She could handle this creep, and she didn't know if Lily and Chris could do it as well as she could.
When he cursed at her, a slow smile touched her lips. She listened to his vague threats. If he intended to scare her, it wasn't working. "Ooh. Sounds kinky," she all but purred. "You promise?" And when he'd put his hand on her leg, she lightly brushed it away with a mocking little grin. She didn't know if that had been intended to add weight to his threat or if he'd just been putting his hand on any available surface to support his weight while he tried to get in her face, so she didn't make fun of it. Yet.

Roman spotted her sheepish smile, and looked at her worriedly. Perhaps he should have just accepted the apology and said nothing. But then she would have felt guilty, and that wouldn't have worked for him, either.
Phoenix stretched his neck out, shook his head briefly, and nudged Roman playfully as they walked out of the barn. "That's good," he said, pleased, when Kahlilia mentioned Ariel's enjoyment of being outside. "It's a good start." Despite his cheerful words, he was keeping a close eye on Phoenix. He didn't want the stallion to do anything to mar this good moment.
There was a brief minute when Roman thought he might have some trouble. Phoenix's head rose suddenly and he stared off in the direction of the cabins, his ears briefly going flat. When Roman tugged gently on the lead, however, the stallion unwillingly relaxed and walked alongside him once more. "That was interesting," he mused as he came to walk alongside Kahlilia, his own body between Phoenix and Ariel.

As Kahlilia noticed after a few minutes, Ariel became braver and started trying to explore despite the halter. The filly still stayed very close to her mother for protection, but she was obviously excited by these new surrondings. Watching both mother and daughter, they seemed to enjoy the time out of the barn so far. Kelly was taking advantage of the time to stretch her legs and Ariel was taking in this brand new scenery. Lily couldn't help but grin when Ariel nudged against Kelly and her mother snorted softly in response. The girl didn't think much of it for a moment, but she looked surprised when Ariel looked over towards her father and whickered.
Tilting her head to the side and keeping a close eye on the three horses, Kahlilia looked over at Roman curiously. She hadn't caught the minute where Phoenix had suddenly become semi-startled, so she looked confused at Roman's statement. What happened?
Kelly's ears twitched when she too looked over towards the cabins, seeming to have caught Phoenix's sudden reaction. Was there some sort of aura, some sort of strong something that was coming from that direction? Ariel didn't seem interested, but Kahlilia looked puzzled. What had happened?
Xavier growled at her again, because something was telling him that Esmeralda was definitely hiding something from him. Although having yet to figure it out, he would pry it out --
Making a noise similiar to one that a guy would make after being kicked in the groin, Xavier looked at the object that had hit him and now fallen. A rock. What the hell?
Esmeralda was too close to have hit him with it the way it had, so he looked backward and swallowed when he saw Summer.
Oh ... crap ...
Although he said nothing, his eyes grew wide and he bristled again. Oh, God, she probably thought he was cheating or something.
Despite his sudden fear that was going to eventually outweigh his anger, he put his hand on Esmeralda's leg again. This time, his grip was harder.
I told you, don't play games with me. And no. Second sentence referring to Esmeralda's purring response, his eyes narrowed to gray-blue slits.
Xavier was still scared of the possibility that Summer was going to storm over and start some huge tirade about how he was 'cheating' and how he was 'a liar'. He felt no feeling other than anger towards this other girl right now, and he doubted that was going to change.

Summer's eyes turned hard as he put his hand back on the other girls leg. She was so angry right now but she decided to play it cool for now and walked over to him, "Well I'm not gone for more than an twenty minutes and already your trying to seduce some other woman," Summer said this in a calm voice that was dripping with sweetness. Her eyes were shooting fire and she had to keep her hands in her pockets or she would punch him right in the face. "So tell me where you going to do something with her or where you just touching her leg to feel how it felt?" This time her voice was dripping with sarcasm, "Oh and you might what to tell me the truth and all of it this time, no what the hell is your hand doing on her leg? You know what never mind if you want to talk to me you can follow after me if not enjoy yourself."

ETA: O.O I just had the most amazingly wonderful idea to add more drama. But I have to hint into it before I can start it. >.<))
Esmeralda laughed softly at Xavier. "I don't play games with an unworthy opponent," she murmured, apparently unaffected by the rock that had come out of nowhere. "And you shouldn't make promises you don't intend to keep." Glancing up as Summer came towards them, her eyes softened slightly. She listened to the other girl's tirade without saying anything - she was torn. On the one hand, she liked Summer, liked her a good deal, and didn't want her to be hurt. On the other, saying something - explaining what had really been going on - would be to rescue Xavier, and she disliked him. A lot.
Shrugging mentally, she decided that Xavier had been a jerk, so he could get out of it on his own. She would talk to Summer later if the girl seemed too miserable, and explain the truth of it. But for now, it would be amusing to watch him squirm.

Roman smiled a bit when Ariel began to explore. "Maybe loosen the lead a bit?" he suggested. "Let her look around. It can't hurt." His smile widened as he watched the mother and daughter interact. When Ariel turned and whickered at her father, however, he lifted a brow slightly. "Well. That's interesting." Curious as to what would happen, he led Phoenix slightly closer. The horse stretched out his neck and blew softly at Ariel.
"Hmm? Oh," he replied to Kahlilia's question. "I don't know. Something going on by the cabins caught Phoenix's attention. He wasn't too pleased about it, but he wasn't angry enough to go after whatever it was in favour of staying with us. So it can't be too bad." With a shrug, he dismissed it. Although he caught himself glancing that way a couple of times, he let it go.

Nodding, Kahlilia found out how to loosen the lead and did so, letting Ariel explore. The filly mostly walked around in circles, sniffing and testing the grass by nibbling at it. Kelly of course was observing her, making sure she wasn't going to put herself in any possible danger. So usually, if Ariel saw a bug or something she didn't like, she would go straight back to her mother go close to her mother again. Good sign.
When Ariel went back to Phoenix, she looked like she was inspecting him. Kahlilia wasn't sure if she would know this stallion was her father, she was demonstrating basic curiousity as someone would do when meeting an interesting new person. She was about three feet away from him, and was neither backing away nor going closer. Her tiny ears twitched when Phoenix blew at her and she waved her bushy little tail, some sort of happy behavior - or so Lily may have assumed. -
Maybe somethings going on over there? I don't know ... The girl couldn't help but be suddenly curious, wondering if the horses had stronger senses than they did. Maybe there was something bad occuring over there ... what if the horses got scared? That wouldn't be good. But what the heck was going on?
Shaking the thought aside eventually, Lily watched as Ariel continued to watch Phoenix, appearing to be very interested in him. Watching her explore made Lily happy and she was grinning, not being able to resist the cuteness that usually surronded any sort of baby or youth. Standing by Kelly with a petite hand on her gray-white back, she said just after Ariel whickered again, I wonder what they're saying.
Oh, God, she does think I'm cheating.
With a shuddering outward breath, Xavier slowly took his hand from Esmeralda's leg. As he had been just before, he was more than tempted to say 'Why would I do that?', but instead he looked Summer right in the eyes and shook his head slowly. Right now, if he were to speak, he would probably say something extremely irrational. Even so, when he did speak, several curses hung at the tip of his tounge, waiting.
Summer ... something happened ... and I got really carried away. He remembered how Summer had told him about hearing his unintelligable yellings, and hoped she might see a link. However, nobody could read another's mind and once again, his thoughts returned to Chris. He was still completely unaware Chris had been in one the prank, and for now wasn't suspecting him. However, if he were to find out ... well, he wasn't sure what he would do. As he paused with his head hung, he remembered their little 'truce' to one another and knew deep down he could never break it, no matter what.
I was telling the truth just earlier ... I wouldn't lie to you. Staying frozen in his spot as he had earlier, Xavier really wasn't sure what to do now.
