Matachi sat frozen in his footsteps at the sight was being played out before him, a guard had seen it too and began to try to get people out. Matachi's ideas raced as he thought was he could do

Katherine was fustrated, worried and sick to death of this. What she had planned was either going to work or be the death of her. She prayed to not god at all that it was about to work. She started to use raw power which would drain her all the more. Right when the hand would get close enough to touch her her power would shoot through it trying to make it burn from the inside out. Her grip on him didn't ease but her power was leaking from her teaseing and tricking his own and wrapping around the temple to fight his pull towards the castle. "You won't kill them, i won't ever let it go that far!"

Insomnia felt her power course through his, and try to take over the temple from him. He pulled a ruby hilted sword out of the altar of the Temple. Power surged through his body, and all the power in the temple seemed to focus on him. Whether it was Katherine's or his own, it seemed to fall towards him like a black hole. the temple began to fall towards the ground, not even close to the Castle. Insomnia's power focused all it's might on Katherine's own, trying to pull it in to himself. "But I will!" Insomnia screamed as the power was being pulled into his body. His body began to bubble from the mere extent of the effort.

In this suckion of power it took the force that she had put out but even though he had took the power into him, the base power was still her's it was still connected and controlled by her. She her body had went limp from the lack of power in it. She couldn't have lifed her head had she wanted to but she was still aware. As soon as he had thought he had taken every bit of it the power that was her own would eat into his mind his heart everything that was him. It would adopt his own ways and his own power starting to make it her own.

Matachi dashed leaping from branch to branch before rocketing out of the tree tops upwards the falling temple, his hair was thrashing about as he shot upward towards it

And that was the cue. With the last ounce in the strength of his body, the ruby hilted sword plunged into his heart. To insomnia, it was just a dagger, but it was more than that. He had been created as a weapon against the gods, and this was the key. A rift in the dimensions of space and time was created. A portal to the realm of the gods, Solemn. His target had never been Katherine. The rift consumed Insomnia's entire body, and all of the power contained within, to hurl it at Solemn as a giant orb of destruction. The only thing left of Insomnia was the ruby hilted sword, which fell to the the temple floor harmlessly.

Matachi moved out of the way of the temple as he watched it fall past before he himself tumbled to the ground slamming onto the very hard ground on his back sending his sword up into the air before tumbling down stabbing into the ground nearly straight only a few feet by him

The temple fell to the ground after that and after his disapperance with her power that was the last she knew of the world around her. She fell to darkness there was only a small little bit of power that kept her alive but it was so thin that if she was awake and sat up she would die.

All of the enemy soldiers dropped their weapons, and fell to the ground as their souls were forcibly ripped from there bodies to be converted into Insomnia's power surge. There bodies became stiff instantly, and they would not bleed.
Paradox made his way out of the castle with the last of the evacuees. He was glad to see that the temple had not reached their position. He made the cross symbol in front of his heart. He had finnally remembered who the man reminded him of. "Farewell, long lost freind, Aziz" He mumbled softly to himself. He looked down at his arm. the black skin underneath was from the same curse that affected every person differently. At least, Paradox, himself had not fallen to his madness.

Matachi slowly dug his way seeing Katherine, he dug himself in crawling up to her bringing her upper body into his lap as he embraced her "Hun you did it." He said softly to her

Katherine was deathly pale this time, her skin even cold to the touch. She breathed but they were very shallow breaths.

(that was great! Anyway, I have to leave now. Have to eat some time.)
Paradox saw Matachi's feet. "Matachi! Get out of there! It's going to fall!" Paradox shouted. The temple had been held up by Insomnia's power, and now, without it, was creaking unstably.

Hina wandered back out after all the noise had stopped. She walked slowly to the main hall and shook her head, taking a seat. So much had happened while she was there. It was ruining her usually good mood. Too bad there was no real fix for it. Maybe if she had something to talk to then she would be in a better mood.
Isaac on his own time headed in to the kitchen. He needed something to help him focus more. Being smashed into a wall really didn't do well for his head.

Matachi pulled Katherine gently from the rubble pulling her away from the building and up to the steps of the Castle picking her up as he got them not going to drag her up them pouring power into her as he carried her up the steps
