Okay, I can't find the previous post where I said it, but...
Go to the toolbar and click ont he options section, and then go to "setup options" from there, you just enter in the coding that you want and click save changes. When you are writing up a post, all you need to do is click the "tekFormat" button corresponding to the format you set, either 1, 2 or 3.
