Tomasu didnt understand why Shiko was getting so upset. He wasn't a fan of fighting his friends, but it was obvious that it would be controled in some way, there wouldnt be any deaths in an Academy Student exam.......would there??..........

::Motoko twitched slightly. She would almost rather fail this year than fight and either be left behind, or leave behind a friend. She also wasn't too excited about having to fight. It could end up badly knowing herself and one or two of her friends. She then breathed a heavy sigh and waited to hear Shiko's argument. If needed she would back it up.::

::the other teachers remained silent, the students began to twitch in their seats. Phrases like "how could they do this?" I would rather wait a year than have to be the reason someone else failed" "I don't want to fight my team mates. What would be the reason of all the other training then?" could be heard muttered throughout the room::

Tomasu sat in his seat getting restless, and anxious to start, also to get it over with, he was nervous aswell as excited and energetic.

it doesn't matter Buki-sensei...we all came here expecting to graduate...we all knew something was planned...and it's not right for us to question your decisions...so...let's get this done...and let's see who deserves to wear their village symbol proudly...

If you feel that, for some reason or another, you should not face your teammates in real combat, you may leave. Despite what you think, I hear your grumbles, even above my own loud students. You claim it is unfair for you to sacrafice your own well being over that of your teammates. Those who think that way or do not wish to take the test, may leave. No one forces you to stay

Tomasu felt bad for Shiko. he didnt know if she would take it or not though because she was still in the room and hadn't stormed out.
As every moment passed, he got more nervous and just wanted the teachers to hurry up and organise the matches so they could get it overwith.

::Motoko looked down but then looked up with resolve. She wasn't going to back out just because she didn't want to be responsible for someone else failing. She wouldn't be upset if she lost. It just meant that there was more to learn and then she would get a better handle on the basicis. She began to lighted up. This was going to be just like class. It wouldn't be any different. If she thought about it that way it wouldn't be too hard.::

::buki waited while more of the students filed out of the room, muttering that such tests were not really testing a shinobi but trying to rip apart the teamwork they had already created::
Is that all then ::buki nodded and then looked around at the other teachers before she spoke::
Had this been a real test, those of you who stayed, would have failed
::her glare was stern as she looked over her students:: Luckily, we have already decided who passed this part of the training before moving you into here. This allowed us to see how far you have come and how much harder you will have to work as genin.
: surprised ne of the teachers opened the door, showing all the students who had left, standing in the hall, apparently having been told to wait there by another teacher::

"Buki-sensai , I don't agree with you! You shouldn't have failed us for fighting each other if you were to say so! If you are giving us our mission than we must, as shinobi, complete it to the best of our abilities, that doesn't mean we would have tear each other apart, defeat doesn't mean death as well, and killing an enemy, or ally, doesn't mean the completion of a mission."
He stayed standing expected to be repremanded for his beligrance.

Obviously, some of you have not been listening. Before you even entered this room, you had passed. This was a test that we teachers wished to preform before taking you through the genin tests. This was to show you some of the things that you will face as a genin, before becoming chunins. Many of you have a long way to go. This was not a mission, as some of you apparently thought.
You should not sacrafice your own good above that of your teammates. You do not better yourself before the good of your team. That is what we have been trying to teach you all along, to work as a team, and the fact that you were going to fight your team, just to better yourselves, shows something about you. Sacrafice is part of the job here.
But, regardless, people here did pass, as mentioned several times. Now, those who exited, please re-enter and take your seats, we shall be awarding you headbands.
