Are you shitting me? I WANT to see Kurogane defeated. He'd just be so shocked. He would have no idea how to react. It'd be so amazing. I WANT to see that. Hell, I might even pay for the manga it's in. xd
Fai... I don't want to see him dead, just close to it. We'd still get the cute pathetic-ness and all without being Fai-deprived for the rest of the series. I mean I went into Fai withdrawal for the month or so they showed Kruo-pon's backstory, just think how crazy I'd go if he DIED. sweatdrop

Oh, I don't want Kuro-pon dead! eek I don't even want him wounded very bad! Maybe a little anime damage to get some blood because that's downright sexy, but not dead. Just defeated. Yknow, like "Ha ha, I've pinned you, and your life is in my hands, and I'm not even giving you the honor of killing you" kind of thing. I'd LOVE to see that.
As for Fai, I stand by my earlier comment- as close to death as possible without dying. Painful recovery preffered. Oh so tasty... twisted
... xd My god, it's a pity my girlfriend isn't into S&M.

I'm surprised I haven't posted a reply to the original question, but it seems I haven't... I skimmed through the topic, and I wasn't able to find one. Well, it's possible I overlooked it, but in any case... I'm posting a reply now. ^^ So, my favourite Tsubasa pairings:
1. Kurogane/Fai = my TRC OTP. I've loved the idea of this pairing from practically the beginning, and I just keep loving them more as the series progresses. Despite the fact that it seems that they don't get along, I actually think most of that is just for show. Fai's really a much more serious character than he makes himself out to be, and from what I can tell, Kurogane doesn't actually hate (or even dislike) him. In fact, at times, it seems as though Kurogane really does care about Fai - he's just not particularly expressive or good at showing those kinds of emotions. Kurogane is very observant, Fai is also observant and therefore aware of this, so perhaps part of the reason that Fai acts the way he does with him is to distract him from seeing his true self. (I think he also uses his behaviour to distract himself from his problems.) However, as he (more or less) says later, Kurogane is able to see through it.
Although at this point in the manga, Fai doesn't trust Kurogane enough to open up to him, and possibly likewise, I think that will probably change. Over time, the two have developed a bond - possibly in part because they both care about and are protective of Syaoran and Sakura, and also possibly because they really do seem to understand each other quite well (even if it's not verbally expressed). I think Kurogane has had quite an impact on Fai, in some ways. For instance, when Kurogane tells Fai off after he gets injured in Oto. It seems that, before then, Fai wasn't even very sure if he wanted to live or not. But later, during the fight with Seishirou, he thinks back on what Kurogane said to him and says something like, "Living may not be such a bad thing, afterall." (I can't remember exactly what it was he said, and I don't have the anime or manga at hand to check, but it was something to that effect.) I'm not sure exactly what changed his mind. Whether it was the fact that Kurogane said he disliked people who have no respect for their own lives, or the fact that by saying anything like that to Fai at all, it means that he does have to care about him (at least a little). Possibly both.
I don't think they'll ever be canon, although I'd be quite happy to be wrong! As much as I love anime and manga, I really love fandom, so I get my KuroFai fix through fanfiction and fanart. ^-^; I really like their relationship as it is already, and no matter what direction it takes, I think it will be very interesting to see how it develops.
2. Touya/Yukito - I adore this pairing, so much! I loved them (as both a pairing and as individual characters) in Cardcaptor Sakura, and I love them in TRC~* They are, in my opinion, perfect for each other. It also seems apparent that they truly are soulmates, as (to my knowledge) they have yet to be seen in any world apart from each other.
3. Syaoran/Sakura - They are just too adorable for words. I'll admit, I didn't really like this pairing very much in CCS. I think that's partially because I didn't finish reading/watching the entire series, and also in large part due to the fact that their relationship meant that Tomoyo would end up being alone. Tomoyo's always been one of my favourite characters... she's just so sweet and thoughtful, and she deserves to be happy! No matter what she says, I think it still has to hurt to see the person you love with someone else. But after rereading the manga recently, I can see how cute the relationship between Syaoran and Sakura really is and how they really do belong together. It still makes me a bit sad about Tomoyo, though... =/ Well, hopefully, she finds somebody else...! *sigh* Anyway, back to Syaoran/Sakura in TRC. I think Syaoran's dedication to Sakura is incredibly sweet, and even without her memories of Syaoran, it is obvious that Sakura truly loves him. Although I think she's falling in love with the Syaoran she knows now, it also almost seems that some part of her remembers being in love with him before. Even though I'm not really interested in this pairing, so far as reading fanfiction or viewing/drawing fanart, they are really one of the cutest and sweetest pairings that I've seen.
Those are the only pairings that I really like (so far). And for some that I don't like or just don't really get...
1. Kurogane/Tomoyo - This just seems so wrong to me. Seriously, I don't mean any offense to those who like this pairing - I'm a firm believer in "to each their own". But I just don't get it. They have a sweet and amusing relationship, but I just can't see it as anything more than platonic. I'm not sure how old Tomoyo is supposed to be, but she just looks way too young for Kurogane. It would be like... *****. And I'm not really into that. o.o
2. Fai/Chii - As Jenx said before.... you know, she's a net. That'd be kind of weird. And it also just seems to me that there's some sort of familial vibe between them - whether it is more like that between a parent and child or that of a brother and sister. (I'm leaning more torwards parent and child.) And well, it makes since that they would have that kind of relationship since he created her. In a sense, he is like a father to her. Again, I don't mind others supporting this pairing, but I don't get it myself.
By the way... I'm not sure how much of this entry will actually make sense, so I'm apologising in advance. ^^; I'm actually very tired right now, and I should be asleep, except... I can't sleep. So I'm wasting time on Gaia, because I'm a slacker like that.
