Avelena pulled Oliver tight against her and fell climbed up before her body shut down as her mind let go of the information from the night, what she got out of it anyway. She shivvered one final time and fell into a peaceful sleep, the tiny kyunru watching and yipping at the two gods as they seemingly argued...his fear clear as day, but even he too fell into a deep tranquil sleep.

Kujaku whimpered softly when he felt himself being lifted, but the moment he saw who it was, he turned and clung, burying his face against Koniryu's shoulder as he tried to curl INTO the Pantheon's robes. "I wanna go home..." he whispered.

"Alright Zydeco, no more acting like the weak link." She pulled herself up onto her legs, althought they shook slightly from her dizziness and her possible concusion. At least she was finally on solid ground. Zy wobbled over next to Koniryu, "Yes sir." She mumbled.

Koniryu swore as he realized several people had actually fainted. He was tired, and even his power required concentration, it wasn't effortless. But.
Holding Kukaju against one hip, he gestured with his free hand, calling to the trees. A moment later, three massive seeds fell to the ground, hitting like bombs, burrowing into the soil as they grew a year's worth in an instant. Koniryu stopped when the young saplings were as tall as he was, then gestured again.
Slowly, the trees moved forward, moving their roots as if wading through the soil. Following Koniryu's directions, they scooped up those who could not walk in their branches.
His face damp with sweat, Koniryu lead this odd procession towards the portal, hoping Ullue could hold Neruheru away from them so they could get back to Kyendi.

[nonono! don't go out! *stabs her connection from going out* gonk ]
chirigami's mind reeled from all that was happening. They had been on the platform thing.. and then Neru... and then Ullue and then breaking.. and stuff. Chiri wheezed again and looked sharply at the green Pantheon in view. "... okay..." She whispered to him, in acknowledgement she'd follow. She quickly picked up the spooked Orihime in her arms and made her way closer to him.
".. what.. what's going on, sir?" She finally managed to ask, catching her breath while they made there way... somewhere.

"Something both great and terrible," Koniryu managed. Behind him came the sudden sound of cracking wood, and he winced. "Please. Wait."
Slowly, they came in view of the portal. Koniryu gestured at it, and the trees slowly waddled through ahead of him, their roots curling awkwardly, branches clutching their burdens. "Go. Go now."

"Release her!" The voice bellowed from all around the shrine and it could only be that of Siff's.
From those shadows he emerged, rising from the floor behind Velasti, looking all the more angry than he normally would, his eyes glowing brighter, expression twisting into a malicious snarl as he stared at what is now his enemy. While may have made that demand he didn't wait for any response to it as those shadows at his feet shot out, forward, grabbing the other beast by the legs to yank him hard back, perhaps to throw his grasp off of Ahnema and then, if luck be on Siff's side, throw him across.

Zydeco followed quietly her head low, but she kept a quick pace despite her condition. She really wanted to know what was going on. Speaking of which why wasn't she writing this all down?! Her eyes got wide, "oh nononnonononono..." Her note pad, she hadn't picked it up after she fell! "DAMNIT!" She growled, but she kept this from the others. No matter how important that was, it was'nt as important as the lives of others.

Neru growled deeply. "No, you're not leaving!" She turned on the group, but was stopped by a hand on her arm.
"Leave them be, Neru," Ullue whispered.
"Are you serious?" Neruheru fixed the other goddess with a confused look. "You can't hope to stop me, Ullue."
Karasu took the moment and quickly lifted the trembling ieldi into her arms as she ran through the portal. She had to get home.. away from this disaster.
Ullue tightened her meager grip as Neru turned toward the portal again. "Stop," she said softly.
Neruheru appeard absolutely dumbfounded.

chiri blinked from his response, she had gathers a bit of that on her own... but it was somehow reassuring for him to say it to her. "... okay..." Was all she could manage as a response, wondering what had Koniryu so spooked himself.
She turned her gaze towards the portal, clutched Orihime closer .. and nodded, "... okay..." She repeated and grew closer to the portal and stepped through.

Zydeco slipped into her own world, feeling utterly distraught, worried, confused, and scared. All of these were certainly feelings that encouraged immense depression and Zy was already feeling the burden. All she wan't was sleep, and she followed Koniryu to safety.

A faintly shocked expression crosses Valesti's face for a moment as it is thrown by the shadows, before being replaced with a wicked sneer. "You dare to challenge me? And for what, your precious mistress who cared so little for you that she would give her life?" It simply smirked and stood where it was. "Then come fight me, for the life of your precious lady. It matters not to me, you shall all die before long."
Ahnema falls to her knees as her throat is released, clutching at her neck and gasping slightly. She glances up to see her saviour, and freezes in place. "S-siff?..."

Siff's scowl had only darkened at the taunting of the monster before him, his rage boiling deep within his chest. He heard the faint, surprised murmur of his name as he stood there in front of Ahnema in an obviously protective stance. "Go, Ahnema!"
Right hand threw out, fingers splaying as if he were throwing something and indeed he did as another of those shadows shot out like a bullet, aiming to plow full force into Valesti's stomach, to again send it flying back, to keep its focus on him rather than on her.

Dodging to the side to avoid the full force of the shadow, Valesti suffers only a hit to its arm. With a wince of pain it clutches its injured arm, and snarls at Siff. "How dare you... You shall pay for that, you insolent fool." Its eyes glow an even brighter red as a thick red and black mist gathers around it. "Speak your last words to your lady, Shadow."
As Siff's words snap her back to the situation at hand, she climbs to her feet. She looks from Siff to the hole, and back again, torn between standing by her beloved and escaping as he'd said.

He spared a quick glance over his shoulder, watching as Ahnema rose to her feet but didn't move. "GO!" His voice at the top of his lungs, commanding her to do as he says.
His attention went back to Valesti as the shadows around his body began to gather at his feet, snaking up one leg to his right arm, wrapping around it and then... well, BAM! A long sword was there in his hands and without a moment of hesitation he shot forward, whipping up the sword in hand and when close enough, bring it down to slash at Valesti's frontside.
"Go now!" He shouts again, trying to convince her to run for her damn life.
