Yahiko_Meoshine How much do them Grotesques cost? I believe around 30 each, but they have the other stats just about the same as a Wyches, and a S6 or higher weapon kills them instantly.

I killed 5 Striking Scorpions with one volley of splinters tonight. I rolled 5 dice and got straight sixes without a one making his save. I was as amazed as you all are.

Yes yahiko to the Grosteque question, and they still make DE, just their only mail order for now.

I can mail order, I also even saw a drawer with DE models in my GW, just not on the shelves. Plus, have you ever seen grosteques, they are annoying to armies like the IG and Nids.

I have a friend who plays space marines, and another who plays armoured company and I'm wondering just how well Dark Eldar fair against such opponents?

Lets see, the DE are mainly used for quick infantry attacks, as they have very little when it comes to anti-tank or armor, yet they are good aganst armies like IG. They have only a few High strength weapons.

Nope, 36" as far as I can remember. I know it has better range than a bolter.

Guess what, they will only be shooting for a few turns, and remember, they can only use it if they sacrifice Fleet of foot.
