Perhaps one day she will tell Ignazio about her heritage, that is unless he some how already found out. For all she knew he just thought she was an average half demon. Which she preferred it that way. Joushi quickly put in his input about that idea of the organization and shut down the idea rather bluntly. Akemi shifted her eyes away from the pink haired teen and over to the tamer. Standing up out of his seat he walked off in a fit. By the way people were spreading a path for him, he must really be upset.

Turned back to the people she was with Joushi wondered if she was seriously considering the proposal.
"That would be something I would need to put more thought into. I simple was just playing with the idea. sitting back in her chair she recalled something Joushi told her once before, the day they both took their Exwire exam."Even an act, so long as it does not appeare forced, will keep Ignazio in a good mood. Ignore what bothers you, focus only on what you enjoy. It may save you one day." she quoted him word by word on what he told her that day. Those were his guilding words on how to behave when it came to Ignazio. Leaning forward, Akemi placed her elbows on the table then laced her fingers resting her hands against her top lip."But if this is truly something he was excited about, we have to support him. Even if it's something we ourselves found disliking." she watched as the ice cream moutain had grow smaller and smaller and started to melt under the room temperature heat.

Equipment Name: Banishing Bullets x2
Description: These are known as Banishing Bullets, they are made from sacred steel blessed by four of the world’s most virtuous monks, which is the same method in order to create a demon sword but instead of placing the soul of a demon into the steel, the bullets are in a raw purified form laced in holy water and holy wine, which makes them highly dangerous towards low and mid-level demons. Etched into the side of the bullets is a crucifix which binds this hold power together. Demons shot with one of these bullets can lead directly to death because of the high amount of holy energy. They tend to completely destroy the targeted area so it turns to nothing but dust. A shot to the head is fatal for low level Demons while upper level demons might take more than a single shot to kill them with these bullets. If a mid-level or higher demon is shot with one of these bullets are able to resist the holy power for a period of time but the bullet must be removed as soon as possible if they want to survive and start healing. Locations shot with these bullets won’t heal until the bullet is properly removed. Half-Demons are also affected by these bullets but they tend to suffer milder side effects because of their human side but because they are still demons they will feel as if they are being burned alive from the inside out starting from the location the bullet entered the body and will eventually make its way to their hearts.

Joushi Motisi
Gentle • Loyal • Respectful

⭐⭐

• "Play with the thought all you like," Jou spoke up, voice even. "Just know that if you say yes you must be ready to fully commit." The pink haired Dragoon's head tilted to one side, revealing the ligtly tanned and slender neck stretching itself in the motion. Manicured nails and slender fingers rose to gently rub the offered flesh, lightly kneading the muscle that lay beneath. Jou gave no outward indication of Akemi's recital of the Italian's earlier words, simply continuing the motion, working out a small knot. "Oh, you recall my words now?" Jou's voice spoke, the tone neutral. "I do not recall you following them yourself, insulting the loyal fan base of Sir Ignazio. You'll only cause trouble for him, and yourself, to take such a tone. If Ignazio does not retaliate against your negative behaviour then he'd appear haughty, above his fans, simply using them, and thus indicating the possible notion that he may hold his own dislike of them. Correcting your behaviour publicaly, however, may encourage the more dramatic individuals into bolder actions, causing problems for all involved. You're dealing with a highly public figure, after all." Pink hair fell as the hand dropped from Jou's neck and the slender, cyan-clad Dragoon turned to regard Akemi fully.

"But most of all you need to cease your doubting of my support to Sir Ignazio." Jou warned, green eyes flashing like roughly cut jade. "What negative words I gave were for his benefit, as a warning so he may have a counter ready should someone openly challenge him. You, and Ignazio, have confused my warning for dissention. Something I plan to correct. Do not," Jou's lips parted, revealing the hint of sharp white canines. "Assume my motives." The dark hint was gone, a friendly air back in place once again, fitting naturally onto the feminine academy student. "Especially when you know so little of myself. And I know only some things of yourself. Granted, it will be some time before Ignazio will be in the mood to hear my voice, so how about we instead work on cutting down the time it will take for you to be a worthy opponent?" Jou twirled the spoon, tapping on a plump, bottom lip before delving into the melting dessert. "Not an actual spar, of course, that would require time to locate a teacher. Rather, I'd like to see what else you can do. I'm sure range practice isn't all you do." Jou spoke, coding Akemi's use of guns in a way that may sound like any average passerby that Akemi did some extra curicular activity like archery. Something that wasn't too unpopular at such a prestigious school.

"Or," Jou paused, calmly take a bit of chocolate drizzled cream and ice cream, enjoying the taste as any dedicated sweet lover would. "We could practice your acting skills. For the next time a crowd of fawning adolescents gather too close to you. There is also the chance for us to go to the library and study up, be it on Cram School, regular classes, or your own talents. There are quite a few books that would aid in your growth." Jou informed, seemingly perfectly informed on what would be needed to aid the female in growing her demonic strength and knowledge. "Or feel free to leave and do your own thing. There is nothing binding our hips together." A slender hand reached out, delicately piercing the cutting curve of the silver spoon through diary and chocolate sauce, picking up a freshly picked and finely washed and trimmed strawberry. With a practiced twirl the gathered indulgence was piled on the spoon, not at all appearing to be at risk of dropping, and still small enough in portion that Jou did not have to stretch reddened lips wide to take in the extravagent dessert. While the pink haired Dragoon seemingly had turned attention back onto the sweet treat, big blue eyes of the fluffy white kitten were purposefully turned, regarding Akemi with sharp inteligence gleaming in the azure depths.

"Oh sure, send me to Mr. Whatever. Who gave you permission to try and take the cake that he was sharing with me, you bigger s**t. If you wanted cake, you should have asked, or does the "King" feel so privileged that he should not ask his friends whether or not he can have what is theirs?" questioned Celebron as he looked up at the male defiantly. Despite being small, the Cat Sidhe was by no means afraid to speak his mind, and while Lloyd would do so with some degree of a filter, Celebron did so with no care in the world. "This little bag of fleas thinks that clawing your pretty face would be a nice punishment for attempted theft!" While it was rather amusing to watch his familiar argue with the Barthomeloi male, it would need to come a stop before a fight broke out. One in which, he did not wish to fight at the moment. Not simply because he was not sure what fighting Ignazio would do to the entire area, but because he truthfully was in no condition to take on an opponent like Ignazio. He knew his limitations, and challenging the male in his current state would be suicide. Then, Ignazio got mad at him? For what?

"Is it wrong that I care for you like family Ignazio? Why would you believe I assume to be your keep? I worry about you, and now you throw death threats at me? Oh how our friendship has waned since my unfortunate trapping. We must catch up and repair what has been broken." spoke Lloyd with a soft smile before he went silent. Pulling Celebron onto his lap, he yawned for a moment before looking back to Ignazio. There was no need to glare for he was not the type of person to do so. Instead, he would look at the male like he looked at all others he held conversation with. "Let's not forget." began Lloyd using the same words as the proclaimed King. "I am here of my own volition, and like you, am not controlled by anyone. I will not have you call my familiar fat, or a flea bag again either." If one were to look at Lloyd's eyes, they would see that the male had no intention of backing down. Worn out body or not, he would not allow he or his familiar to be spoken to in such a way. Unlike many within the school he was not afraid to speak up and defend himself against Ignazio, and having grown up around the male, he was well aware of what he could do along with the possibilities of what he could do if given the chance.

"Apologize." spoke Lloyd quietly as he put the Cat Sidhe back onto the table. All it took was a look from Celebron to convey what he was thinking, and while he may have seen no reason to apologize, there was reason for one. Being called something derogatory was bad and could've possible made Celebron feel upset, but too call a person the same name with no thought about it was not acceptable, and made his familiar no better. "I apologize for calling you something other than the name given to you by your parents. It was rude of me." A slight lowering of his head symbolized the end of the Cat Sidhe's apology, and despite having apologized, he was still rather angry. So much so, that he jumped from the table onto Lloyd's shoulder so that he could reclaim his perch and watch all that happened next. Now that he had said his piece, and stopped Celebron from saying anymore things that would cause a fight to begin, Lloyd cracked each of his knuckles before flexing his fingers. Having calmed himself down mentally, he turned to face Joushi before lowering his head slightly. "It is nice to see that you are well Sir Motisi." spoke Lloyd calmly before lifting his head back up to reveal a soft smile. When Ignazio's ice cream finally made its way to their table, he listened quietly as he spoke of keeping the cat away from his ice cream. Now, there were two cats at the table with them, and only one had done something to upset poor Ignazio. However, if the woman believed that she would touch his familiar, he would cut her arm off with no hesitation. She would not lay her hands on his familiar, and nor would any other person for that matter. At least, not today.

It was only then that he noticed the crowd of students gathering around the table in which they were seated, and for what? Ice cream? Truly, he would never understand the other students admiration of the food that Ignazio ate. For all intent purposes, they could each have the same thing, and possibly add more if a couple of them decided to chip in together. So, why gawk over what one had when you also held the power to get the same thing, if not something better? As they began to dig into the grand delight that was ice cream, Ignazio brought up a rather interesting topic. Naturally, he had listened to everything that the male had said to them, but it seemed pretty straightforward none the less. The Student Council was looking for enforcers, and potential bridges between the normal students and those of the cram school. But, if they were to be a task force of what he could assume would be considered that of the elite, what would stop the rift between the two students from forcibly becoming further apart? To this, he would have to agree with Joushi. Why change what had already been if everything had gone rather smoothly? Sadly, upon hearing his idea get shot down, Ignazio chose to excuse himself in the most poor of ways. While it was possible that he may have indeed had another appointment, it also seemed like he merely wished to leave as things were not going his way. "You need not apologize. You brought up a valid point that our friend did not have an answer too." spoke Lloyd calmly. Having been left with the two of them, he watched quietly as the conversation unfolded before his eyes and ears, so to speak. "I still don't see why I had to apologize. I was not at fault. He was, and you know it." mumbeled Celebron as he lept back down to the table. Instead of answering his troubeled familiar, he would repond to the student he had just met.

"If I may, Miss Akemi, just because we are his friends does not mean that we must support him in everything that he does. Should you put on an act before Ignazio, do you honestly thing that he would not discover your false liking of his proposal, and then retaliate in any way that he knows how? Sir Motisi was correct for challenging the idea like that, for if we are to do such a thing, then the possible affects due to our interference must be accounted for. I am not against helping him, but it would be foolhardy to simply jump into this new proposal without making sure everything was in order." His words were calm as he felt no need to become greatly troubled by what happened, or by what was going to happen. But, he did wish to know if the young Apparition would take up Joushi's offer on potential training.

Joushi's reaction to her comments didn't set well with him. Out of all people he was the last one she expected to c**k up an attitude and get defensive. Akemi didn't move from her position and kept her laced finger pressed against her lips. He commented on the fact that she new little about him and even felt the need to show that he knew things about herself. He's words were sharp and blunt. Quick to the point, without beating around the bush. Standing up out of her chair she held back her frustration. As the chair moved against the polished floors it made a skipping sound as the back of her knees pushed it back. She placed her palms on the table in front of her as she rose from the chair, only to drop them, hanging to her sides. Pushing her emotions aside she looked at the pink haired boy then to the knight she had only met moments ago and spoke.

" You're right. I don't know you. I don't know either of you. You may know a few facts about me, Mr. Motisi, but you don't know who I am. Who I'm really like, my likes, my dislikes, my fears or dreams, my struggles or achievements. Nor do I know those things about you. We know limited information about each other so no, I didn't ASSUME your motives I was merely clarifying it. As you said it yourself, I didn't understand completely of what you meant." Then recalling what the blue haired knight stated was true on all accounts except for one thing. "False liking? I said neither yes or no to his proposal. If he got that false sense of my liking his idea, that's an illusion he created himself." Akemi had said her peace and took a step to the side. Sliding her body passed the chair, she then took her next step leaving the table and the two boys behind her. It became clear that the conversation had taken a turn for the worse, so there was no point in her staying. As she turned her hair moved to the front of her shoulder for only a few seconds before she took the back of her hand and swooshed it back behind to her back. Unlike the crowd did with Ignazio, they didn't clear a path for her as she walked. Instead she had to maneuver herself though the crowd, dodging their moving body's as they headed in directions of their own.

Joushi Motisi
Gentle • Loyal • Respectful

⭐⭐

• "My, my~" Joushi tisked, charming smile in full force, lighting up the air as though thoroughly amused, even finding joy, by the scene put on by the female Dragoon. "Still no control of that temper, I see. Even after that little insight I gave you. And you have no force to back them up, especially if all you do is walk away, even from my offer of aid." Green eyes turned away, not bothering with any apparent effort to delay Akemi's departure. Two lines - one to correct her statement and another to offer my knowledge - and she throws herself into a huff about it all, how unsightly. Instead Jou turned green eyes upon Lloyd, granting the like-minded male a kind smile. "I have missed your company, Sir Lloyd." The pink-haired Italian greeted, silently indicating with a polite motion that the Yggdmillennia heir was welcome to the ice cream, as well as Celebron. "As has Kit missed Celebron's, I'm sure. I fear she misses being around kin, although they're not related." Jou delibreately leaned forward to scoop up some cream, bringing it back to be mostly swiped up by a pinky to feed it to the white kitten still tucked into the front of the warm jumper. A pink tongue lapped it up carefully, taking the care not to let any drop fall to the table below. "How have you been?" The Beast Charmer inquired politely, stretching an arm out to scoop up yet more of the dessert with care. "I've not heard Sir Ignazio speak of you and your current efforts. I hope nothing has been troubling you."

"Well, that did not go as planned. It seems she misunderstood my hypothetical example, and has now chosen to leave us in something of a fit. I do believe we have proved that with but words, even the mightiest of people can be tempted and possibly forced to leave a specific area. Rest assured Sir Motisi, for the day has been won! We have proven to all those who see themselves as inferior that their words hold great power when used correctly!" exclaimed Lloyd as he lifted his fist high into the air. If they were to be left alone then he would make the most out of it. If not simply because he had been left with Joushi, then because he valued the male's company along with the seemingly endless wisdom that he brought to the table. "You have missed my company, just as I have missed yours Sir Motisi. Truly I say, I believe I gain plenty just from have small talk with you at any given time for I value your words over many others." With the ending of his words came a small bowing of Lloyd's head in respect for the male. When he would have continued speaking, he had instead moved his leg slightly only for Durandal to begin falling from its place on his lap. Quickly grabbing the blade before such a thing could happen, he placed it on the table directly in front of him. Most of their table had cleared out, so he had no qualms about leaving his sword out for all to see. If someone had a question, they were free to ask, but that did not mean he was obligated to answer.

"Do you hear that Lloyd? Kit missed me, and do you wanna know why? Its not only because I am of her kin, but because I am also a great role model! We might as well be family for she may very well be my little sister." To this, the proud Cat Sidhe lept from Lloyd's shoulders and onto the table below before trotting around Durandal twice. When he had made his rotations, he sat near the hilt of the blade like a proud lion, and merely observed all that passed by them. As the small Cat Sidhe attempted to keep up his royal appearance, Lloyd took his spoon and scooped out a small portion of the ice cream that was before them. Immediately, the Cat Sidhe's ears perked up and as it turned it head slightly to watch its master place the spoon into his mouth in order to taste the ice cream, the small demon released a low whine. The taste of the ice cream was good indeed, and so, when the students had freaked out earlier, he could understand why the need for such theatrics were necessary. Noticing his familiar's distress, he scooped a large chunk of the ice cream onto his small plate before returning his attention to Joushi. "I have been doing well, aside from the test sprung upon me by my family. But enough about me, what have you done in the past few days? Have there been any battles that have pushed your limits, or caused your blood to boil intensely?" questioned Lloyd as he returned a light smile to Joushi.

Joushi Motisi
Gentle • Loyal • Respectful

⭐⭐

• Joushi's lips crack open, pulled open into a barely suprressed grin, gentle chuckles emminating from the vibrating chest. Llyod's proclomation of 'victory' and the success of proving the strength of words and their impact lightening the mood considerably from Miss Akemi's and Sir Ignazio's abrubt and dark departures. Jou managed to quell the good natured amusement long enough to scoop up another small morsal of ice cream, every bite always around the same, dainty size, revealing an indication of well mannered and higher class upbringing. At the sudden compliment, however, Jou's reach for another scoop to follow the previous paused, green eyes alighting on the Yggdmillennia heir, taking in the features of the handsome face and suitable cut hair.

"I," Jou began, posture pulling back from reaching for the dessert to instead sit tall and straight. "Thank you." The pink haired teenager smiled, gentler this time without the chuckles and humour, instead appearing flattered by the compliment. "I'm not of high blood, such as yourself and Sir Ignazio, so thank you, for considering me so highly. Although I know my place as a servant, so perhaps it is best not to compliment me too often, let it goes to my head." The Italian chuckled once again, green eyes resting briefly on the blade as Lloyd brought it to rest on the table. The sight of the sheated weapon only served to remind Jou of Japan's regulations on swords - the public carrying and personal possession of such a weapon was allowed, to some degree, although the sight of such a thing had dwindled considerably as Japan had began leaving some of it old ways and traditions. With another morsal meting gently on the tongue, Jou gave a frindly smile to the proudly seated Cat Sidhe, feeling the white kitten gently claw her way up further before dropping gently down onto the table top, big blue eyes looking up at the black cat. At the kitten's full apearance, Jou's ears caught the unmistable small 'aww' of girls seated further down the long table, their eyes on the pair of Cram School students and their feline familiars. Kit did not move, however for the twitch of one ear at the girls' chittering, watchful of the other demon before her.

"Pushed my limits?" Jou mused, spoon dangling carefully from one hand. "The Cram School exam did ruffle my feathers slightly - I was forced to leave behind most of my things in order to finish one leg of it, and I sustained an injury while doing so. But I'm all healed and rested now and was able to finish the test without further incident." The pink haired Dragoon revealed, finishing with another bite of ice cream. Very few had ever seen Jou angry or annoyed, the Italian doing well to hide any such nuisances to release them in less obvious means. "Are you curious to see what happens when my blood boils?" Jou inquired, small smile still holding the light humour that had now settled comfortably between them.

Victor and Alexandria had a brisk walk from House Almedha to the central Academy building. The Great Hall housed the Cafeteria which provided all kinds of foods and treats that one rarely had to venture out into town to find sustenance. The one thing that often made Victor think twice from dining there was the pricing. There wasn't a steady salary for Exorcists in training and most middle class students found it difficult to get a hold of money. Victor's mix-ins with city fights and the part time employment at Matsuda's gave him a good sum of money to throw around for food and gas. They entered the Great Hall through the main doors. Victor could see that there were still students around, finishing dessert or just hanging out with their friends. He had his sights set on the kitchen and the windows to see if there were any meals ready or if they were still cooking. “I think they haven't started cleaning up yet.” Victor said, a bit of hope on his face. He headed down to the kitchen windows where trays were set for waiters to take to the tables. He hadn't noticed the other Exorcists in the room in his driven charge for food. It had been a while since he had eaten breakfast and he was hungry enough that his stomach was bothering him. He would even settle for dessert if that was all they had left. “Excuse me? Hello?” Victor called out, trying to see into the kitchen through the window when someone came by who was wiping their hands on their apron. “Are you guys still serving?” He asked. The middle aged woman answered that they were but that that most of the chefs had gone home and that certain sections of the menu were unavailable. Only the Japanese and Indian dishes were left to choose from along with the full array of ice cream and cakes. Victor smiled and thanked the woman before looking for Alexandria to let her know what she could choose from. “Well, it looks like all we can choose from is either Japanese or Indian. Sounds awesome when your starving.” Victor said to Alexandria with a smile. “Let's sit at the Almedha table.” Victor said looking past Alex at the nearly emptied table. When he started to make his way over to the table, he noticed a few students huddled together. One male looked familiar but something was different about him. It was Lloyd but he had changed his hair color to a darker hue. It was a drastic change but perhaps it had been his natural color all along. He rose his hand at him as to say hello before he found a pair of chairs together and pulled one out for Alexandria. Llloyd spoke to a more colorful student of bright rosy colored hair. He couldn't immediately tell if it was male of female until he distinguished a more masculine jawline and shoulder width. The student was definitely different to say the least but Victor didn't think too much about who Lloyd kept in company. Victor sat down after Alexandria and opened up the menu and began to look through the Japanese dishes. He didn't particularly like the spices of India so he would be safe to choose from a more local cuisine, even though it would cost a lot more than from Matsuda's or any other local restaurant. Victor didn't mind the price so much when Alexandria joined him, but alone, it would be more than enough to raise his expectations for quality to match what he was paying.

When Joushi had made his comment about "high blood", Lloyd's smile had turned into something of a frown. The Yggdmillennia Family may have been one of the Six Great Exorcist Families, but it was by no means because of pure, high blood. His family was filled with nothing but mixed ethnicity and various cultures and possibly sub-cultures. Unlike the other Great Exorcist Families, the Yggdmillennia were a family that placed pride not upon their blood or the wealth that their family held, but upon the individual skill of each of its members. Even the smallest of children within the Yggdmillennia Family were considered to be the most dangerous of enemies to those who would dare to underestimate them merely because of their young age. "Surely you have realized by now, Sir Motisi. I am not one who holds blood above the skill of an individual, nor are any of my family members. A powerful family is just that, a powerful family. Split each family member into just regular individuals and you see which member can truly claim to be powerful on their own." Then, as if trying to make Lloyd call him out on every word he said, Joushi had called himself a servant, and that he could not take. Or rather, he would not stand to hear the male berate himself. Almost as if understand that Lloyd was unhappy by Joushi's remarks, Celebron had take his attention away from the ice cream he had so eagerly wanted in order to watch his master's reaction. "You are by no means a servant. I care not for what you may consider yourself to be outside of this school, but when in this Academy and while you are near me, I will never see you as a servant. You are by all means my equal and I will see you as just that." To that, he flashed a quick smile before returning to his ice cream. Celebron however had other plans.

He wasn't sure if Joushi would be able to hear him or not, but he was going to speak his mind no matter what. Trotting over to Joushi, he maneuvered himself so that he would be sitting directly in front of the pink-haired male. "Well, Lloyd made that sound really poetic, but I will tell you the truth! You are my first friend, and therefore, because I am great, you are great as well! We are great beings of immense power!" exclaimed Celebron as he lifted his paw into the air in a similar manner to what Lloyd had done earlier. For any who watched, it would be rather easy to tell that both Lloyd and Celebron took on the traits of one another at certain times and had likewise been around each other for far too long to actually notice when it happened. Putting his paw back onto the table, he stood before moving over besides Joushi's hand. Placing his paw onto the male's hand, Celebron closed his eyes for a moment before returning to his own ice cream. After having scooped another portion of ice cream into his mouth, he held the spoon there for a moment as he listened to Joushi's explanation of what the Exam had done to him. To his question, Lloyd closed his eyes for a moment before removing the spoon from his mouth. Opening his eyes to look at his reflection in the spoon he held before him, he laughed for a moment before turning to face his friend. "Naturally."

Having had enough of the ice cream before them, he placed the spoon neatly besides the plate Celebron was eating out of before taking the napkin he had placed down earlier to his face. When he was sure that whatever excess food had been on his face was gone, he placed the napkin onto the table as well. "Sir Motisi, for as long as I have had the pleasure of your companionship, I have not once seen you express any type of rage or anger. The amount of control you have over your emotions is something that should be awarded. That in itself is an impressive skill to have as battles tend to go astray due to the loss of emotional control one has over themselves. It is an understatement to say that I am simply curious as to what happens when you become enraged. I am agog as to what happens when your emotions turn to anger. It may seem odd of me to ask, but I implore you to not lose your temper unless I am in the area to take note. Although, if I were to relay the story, I doubt a single person would believe me." The ever-present smile on his face only seemed to get wider as he finished his words. But, to end his smile were the sounds of his phone going off three times. Pulling his phone from his pocket, he quickly opened and read the message before sliding the phone back into his pocket. "You may wish to read that message as well for I believe it will affect all who intend of taking the Qualification Exam." spoke Lloyd quietly as a group of students moved pass their table. When they were well out of ear range he began again.

"It would seem as though my family is making up for trapping me within an exam I could not escape and have thus have managed to allow Pages to take the exam as well. However, the sponsoring may not have been expected by many others. Tell me, do you have a sponsor? If you do not, I would be more than happy to have my family sponsor you as well." Joushi was someone who Lloyd wished to see become an exorcist. The male's combat skills along with his own intelligence would surely help the True Cross Order or whatever grouping he chose to lend his talents too. While waiting for a response, classmates of theirs entered the Great Hall as well, and as a mere gesture of kindness, Lloyd returned Victor's wave before bringing his attention back to Joushi. Victor was with Alexandria, which seemed to be a common occurrence now, so he felt no need to go over and speak with the two of them when they were together. However, he did wish to know if either of them intended on taking the exam, and whether or not they had sponsors yet.

Joushi Motisi
Gentle • Loyal • Respectful

⭐⭐

• "My apologies," Joushi's head bowed gently forward in submission, pink hair gently falling with the pull of gravity in a shinning curtain. Pulling back, apologetic green eyes reviewed the frown on Lloyd's face, the Italian's own delicate features carefully arranged so as not inspire any more anger from the Page. "I meant no disrespect. My own upbringing has simply taught me to always give respect to those of greater status than your own. You are, by your influence of family, and by strength of character, a greater individual than myself, in the eyes of any audience. And I prefer that, I'll admit. I dislike being the center of attention. Although," Jou gave a friendly chuckle, soft and delicate, hoping that any ill mood brought upon by Jou's obviously earlier upsetting words would be brushed aside. "I feel as though you are already somewhat aware of that." Despite being such a upstanding member of the class, constantly volunteering to aid the teachers and stay back to help the registered students for that day stay behind to clean the classroom, Jou never really did much else to stand up out of a crowd. Even with the pink hair and penchant for cute stationary and decoration, the Italian always managed to blend away amongst the general populace, even after gaining the status of 'friend to Ignazio.' The lack of speaking up when not required certainly helped, and Jou's skill to evade being encircled by any crowd that drifted towards the more popular and celebrity like figures of the school that the Motisi interacted with did as well. Yet still Jou remained to reafirm connections with those of popular status - evading crowds while also encouraging relationships with those who draw them.

"But that is what I aim for, Sir Lloyd." Jou spoke up with a smile, bright and cheery. "Earlier, Sir Ignazio pondered why one such as I would willing follow him. It is because it is what I wish to do. I have no desire to be a leader, rather I want to serve one. Mostly, I want historians look back on great leaders, and they'll see mentions of a faceless individual, of mysteriously thrawted assassination attempts, and I'll be in the shadows, grinning, loving the idea of being the thorn in their side, of the enigma they have no choice but to ignore let thier own works be found lacking if they cannot give answers. So my memory and influence on the world will be lost. Some would call that pointless - I find absolutely amusing to the highest degree. The faceless servant, a cloaked dagger underestimated by all. It is why I follow Ignazio. That and I was raised to become a soldier, to follow orders. It is natural to me." Jou smiled, pale pink lips puckered around a spoon's neck, ice cream freshly delivered to an eager mouth. Green eyes fell, then, to land on the approaching cat. Head tilting and spoon removed from between thin lips, Jou regarded the Cat Sidhe. Listening to the cat, Jou's smile only widened. "Of course. Not once will I ever call myself weak, but nor will I ever bask in the hubris of claiming myself above others. I must be strong without a threat, weak without a weakness. Just because I am a servant does not mean I am helpless. But thank you, Celebron," Jou added. "For being so kind."

During Celebron's encouraging speech the white kitten of Joushi's simply rolled her blue eyes and purred out a line. "Of course he is great." She hummed, wisdom and youth combined in her hushed feline words. "You think a Byakko would follow him otherwise." Jou chuckled, a hand reaching over to gently brush the back of a finger across a silken white cheek, barely missing the red dot under the outer corner of her right eye. Jou said nothing, instead focusing the attention back onto Llyod properly, hands resting politely on the table.

"Oh," Jou took on a thoughtful apearance, as though reminising. "But I have human tendencies, Sir Lloyd. I have felt and expressed anger before. Although perhaps the way I vent such stress is not to be expected from one such as myself. I would offer a story or an example of how I deal with such qualms, but I fear that such information may ruin your high regard of myself." Green eyes closed briefly as a chuckle was gifted. "However, if I ever truly do 'lose myself to a rage' I'm sure you would know it, even if not within immediate range to be an immediate witness. Ah," Jou paused, the white phone, encased within a hard, decorated case, vibrating on the wodden table top. Jou picked up the phone, decorated in hard plastic of a perfectly scooped strawberry ice cream ball nestled in whipped peaks of cream and decorated with sprinkles. From the bottom of the case came several different charms, all of which were minitures of various desserts and sweets, both of West and Eastern origin. With a tap of a thump Jou read the message and gave a small, approving hum. "So soon, too." Jou added, voice clear and words perfectly punctuated despite the low tone. Placing the phone back down on the table, Jou turned sharp green eyes back onto the Yggdmillannia heir. Jou gave a small shake of the head, pink hair flowing gently with the delicate motion.

"I'm afraid I do not. My family is without history or standing in this certain field. I would be honoured, however, to have your backing." Jou smiled. "I am glad, however, that your family have fought for your deserving chance to prove your equality and skill. It feels wrong for me to say that I'm holding of a higher grade than you, especially when I know your strength and talents state otherwise." Jou's sharp eyes caught Lloyd's attention drifting elsewhere, causing the pink-haired Dragoon to also quickly notice of what had caught the dark-haired Cram Student's mind. Lloyd lifted a hand in greeting to another male, a buff looking male whome Jou had taken notice of a few times before, although they have never truly interacted. The Beast Charmer simply gave an amused chuckle and flashed a friendly smile, all pink lips and mirthful green eyes, a slender hand also raised, if only slightly, with the extending of two fingers and a thumb. It wasn't as familliar a greeting as Lloyd's, but it was a gentle and respectful acknowledgment of the blond male. "You know of him? Sir Lloyd." Jou inquired. "I've seen him around, a few times. It's hard not to notice a man of his statue, do you agree?" Jou chuckled again, a hint of white teeth showing from behind pale pink lips.

While he did not want Joushi to refer to himself as a servant, he would not attempt to force the male into being something he did not see himself as. Not only that, but he doubted he could even if he had tried to do so. The conviction behind his words showed that there would be no changing what he was at any time, and that, Lloyd respected. "There is no need to thank me! I have merely stated what I believe to be truth!" exclaimed Celebron moments after finishing the remainder of ice cream that had been placed onto his small plate. Seeing as both he and his familiar had both had their share of ice cream for at least the remainder of the day, both looked to Celebron and Kit as their conversation continued. "The way in which you vent your frustrations are what interest me most, Sir Motisi. For most, when angered, the common way to release their anger would be through some type of physical combat. Not many have the strength it takes to store, and then channel that anger to help fuel their ambitions for other situations. I know that I, myself, am still learning to do so, but the training I received from childhood has given more of an edge when compared to to others. That is fine, but at a later date, you must tell me a story of when you expressed your anger. I promise you that it would not lower the image of you I have." At this point in their friendship, he doubted anything in the world would change the solid view that he held for the pink-haired male. However, knowing that he would surely understand and know when the male had lost his temper made him feel good. But, that may not have been the right word to describe how he felt. It was more of a feeling of content.

"After what they subjected me to, I was sure that they would do something to try and make it up, but this, I would never have expected. I must say that my family does manage to surprise me at times. Think nothing of the sponsorship for it the least I can do for a cherished friend and confidant." To think, he had missed the Qualification Exam, but know had a chance to simply bypass it altogether and become an official exorcist. As a mental note to himself, he would have to remember to go and thank his family members when it was all over and done with. A second chance was all he needed to show what he could truly do when given an opportunity, and he had no intention of letting this one slip by. "You are correct. All of that muscle mass allows him to stand out anywhere, but yes, I know him. His name is Victor Rodrigo, a member of the Kurthnaga House. Earlier on in the year, Victor, the girl with him, Ignazio, myself and a few others were brought together in order to pass a certain class.." began Lloyd before moving slightly closer to Joushi. "In our efforts to pass said class, we were brought face to face with a Hydra of a all creatures. He is by no means a tactical fighter, and if I were to give an opinion, I would say that his fighting style is akin to that of an animal acting solely on impulse." For a moment he had turned around once more to see if the male had gotten any closer to their own table. Once he was sure that they would be sitting elsewhere, he returned his attention to Joushi in order to continue. "Ignazio even saved him once, but that knucklehead dove right back into the fight like he was some type of invincible force!"

Chuckling at his familiar's enthusiasm when it came to berating other individuals, he rubbed the small Cat Sidhe's head before continuing. "The girl with him is Alexandria. A member of the Almedha House like myself, though I am the newer resident out of the two of us. She is a Knight as well, though I can not remember if that is her primary or secondary meister. Out of the two of them, she is the tactical fighter, though I remember her as being a young woman of few words." Yawning softly, he moved back to his original position before folding his hands over Durandal. He honestly wanted to take a nap now, but seeing as he was not in his room anymore, he would not put his head down at all. "In any case, they should not be much of a problem should you and Kit ever have to fight them. But, they are basically always together, so if you are ever searching for one, you'll probably find the other as well."

The grander of the great hall opened before her as they pushed open the massive doors. The kitchen entrance lay on the far side of the hall, massive tables taking up the majority of the space. Some students could still been seen sitting at a variety of tables, but a majority were empty. Alexandria followed her companion towards the kitchens, stopping some distance behind as he began to ask the waiter about their options. Her olive gaze wandered back towards the center of the room. Studying the faces of those who she could see, a fair number were training to be exorcists. Some she knew better than others, and fewer still she’d consider a friend.

Her gaze turned back to her fair haired companion as he began to address her about what he had learned- Japanese or Indian food. A curry sounded good to her. He offered they sit at the Almedha table- not that it would particularly matter outside the opening and closing feasts. She nodded her head as she followed him over to one of the empty tables. They passed an unusual pair, perhaps they were both boys- it was difficult to tell. One looked a lot like the Llyod- although his hair wasn’t the same blonde as before instead a darker blue-black color. It was quite a change but it suited him, she offered a shy smile as they passed. Her olive gaze rested on his companion for only a short while. Not wanting to stare at the pale pink haired boy- lest it be confused for contempt.

Victor pulled a chair out for her as they neared the table; she took her seat before offering a quick word of thanks. Alexandria opened up her menu, laying it flat over the table in front of her. She found what she wanted pretty quickly; the kitchens did serve a red curry with beef, green and red peppers among the mixed variety of nuts, peppers and other vegetables. Alexandria’s olive gaze rested on her companion for a moment before speaking,
“Looked quite a bit like Lloyd didn’t it? He has definitely changed a lot in the last couple of months, the new color suits him.” She said with a smile.

“Know what you want?” Alexandria asked after watching him flip through the pages of the menu.

Soon after speaking his phone went off once again, and this time, while he would have liked to ignore the sound it was making, he ultimately gave in. Reading over the message sender, his eyebrow raised slightly at the sight of a message from Ignazio. It seemed as though there was going to be something rather important going on if he was being told not to bring anyone. Unfortunately, that meant that he could not bring Joushi along with him for the ride. No matter, he would simply have to pick up their conversation at another point in time. " Needless to say, they are both quite nice individuals, though Victor's temper is something to be wary of." Laughing slightly, he stood up from the table before allowing Celebron to jump back up onto his shoulders. Lifting his plate from the table, he quickly made his way over to one of the dish counters available for those who did not want to wait for someone to go and pick up their dishes. Once that was finished, he made his way back over to the table that Joushi had been sitting at in order to retrieve Durandal.

With the sheathed blade in his hand now, he bowed his head lightly to Joushi. "It seems I am being summoned elsewhere. Like always, our conversation has brought me great joy and a deeper understanding of your character. Take care, and I shall see you again at a later date and time." Flashing a quick smile, he made his way out of the Great Hall and towards the library. He doubted it would take him fifteen minutes, but he also expected Ignazio to arrive there earlier than he would. While walking, his mind continued to wonder about why he was being asked to the library alone. Was it some sort of a test? He could not handle another one, and in truth, he would not stand to take it either. If it was not the Exorcist Qualification Exam, he did not want to look it. "So, what do you think Mr. I've got lots of power is planning for us? Surely its not for some type of study session right? I mean, that would be a waste of everyone's time." For a moment, Lloyd stopped in his tracks, before shrugging his shoulders and continuing on. "I can not say for sure but there have been incidents of howling being heard from different locations in the school. Its quite possible that he has ascertained the whereabouts of the sound itself. In which case, this may be him asking for help, but we will just have to wait and see for ourselves." Nodding to one another, Lloyd's pace began to quicken as he made his way closer and closer to the library.

Joushi Motisi

⭐⭐

• Jou gave a gentle chuckle, reading the discomfort in Lloyd's expression at the revelation of the pink-haired Dragoon's intentions. Jou was used to it, the confusion, the pity, misunderstanding and even anger that someone like Joushi, that anyone, would want to place themselves into deliberate obscurity, finding it difficult to ever let go of that notion that being a servant was like being a slave, that servitude offered no freedom of choice or will. Some argued that the Italian was brainwashed, that such a desire was nothing more than an overbearing or abusive upbringing. And perhaps their arguements were right. Joushi didn't grow up in a conventional method, after all. The true extent of which, however, was known only to the pink haired Beast Charmer, tucked neatly and securely behind lively green eyes and a friendly smile. Such features, however, quickly turned mischievious. Black pupil narrowing on to Lloyd and slender frame leaning forward over the rich wood of the table top.

"Oh~?" Jou sang gently, a cheeky grin and glimmer overcoming the Italian. The long scoop of the soft, thick pale green wool of Jou's jumper fell with the forward lean, revealing more of the grey singlet worn beneath and the flat chest of the otherwise quite feminine individual. "You desire to see my darker side so much? You flatter me." Jou chuckled, elbows moving to rest on the thick wooden table, slender hands with manicured nails moving to obscure Jou's moving pale pink lips from anyone seated to the Dragoon's right. It wasn't much of a deterrant, truly. Only an act, a play of secrecy, rather than a deliberate and intended barrier. "Perhaps, if you play your words right I'll grant you a story. I do have plenty. After all, I wasn't always in the security bubble of our dear Sir Ignazio and, through association, other lords and ladies such as yourself." Jou whispered, still loud enough for the Yggdmillennia heir to hear if he leaned a little closer. Despite the low volume Jou was still able to perfectly articulate each word, tongue touching and clicking with soft but strong pronounciation. "Thus, holding and maintaining the appearance that I do, it was only natural and expected that I faced some varying degrees of bullying upon my first days here. Men and women alike," Jou added with a slight sideways nod of the head, pink hair waving with the motion in its bright and healthy sheen, dismissing the fact as something of little importance. "I'm touched you believe so high in morals that you believe my stories wouldn't lower my standing in your eyes, but surely you must question exactly what it was that caused such behaviour to dwinddle so drastically. Without Ignazio's influence, that is." Jou grinned, bright and cheery, still hiding to what extent the mischivious Italian had gone to in order to 'deal' with such negative behaviour directed towards the pink haired, feminine student. The same student who held the goody two shoes behaviour of always volunteering time to aid the teachers and always achieved near perfect marks - only damaged by the odd grammatical error or two that came with knowing three languages quite fluently, although not exactly perfectly. Jou raised a single slender finger, hands still clasped before the Dragoon's chin. "You should be careful," Jou sing-songed. "What you promise, Sir Lloyd~" Joushi chuckled gently, a friendly, playful air taking up the Italian's form. The same chuckle eminated once again when Lloyd spoke of his paren't making up of his missing of the last Cram School Exam that allowed Pages such as himself to advance rank, as Jou had done.

"It is good to see, Sir Lloyd," Jou began. "That your family went to such an effort for you to make up for lost chances." The Dragoon leaned back, hands carefully laying themselves on the white shorts and bare thighs of the Italian. A single slender eyebrow, hidden beneath a thick curtain of pale pink hair, rose as Lloyd recountered his past with the musclular blond and fairer structured companion. Even as Lloyd talked Jou's face remained the same; attentive and calm, listening without an air of distraction. At Lloyd's conclusion Jou could only come to the conclusion that they sounded an interesting pair - a pair Jou would enjoy seeing in action. "A tactician and instintual." Jou mused, green eyes not gazing at the pair but able to pick up their shapes quite clearly through trained use of peripherals. The only hint of such an occurance happening was the widening of dark pupils. "They would be a pair that I would like to see in action," Jou admitted. "But thank you. For the information and vote of confidence in my and Kit's ability. Although, as I've said before, I'd ask you limit how much you feed my ego - lest it truly does go to my head and I end up challenging the pair to a dual of strength." Slender shoulders moved gently with the light chuckling that followed, green eyes narrowing slightly in mirth.

Jou remained quiet, allowing Lloyd to answer his phone without interruption or appearing affected himself by the lack of attention to their conversation. Jou simply tilted a head at the Page's sudden stand, returning his plate to the counter before returning for his sheathed sword and offering a word of goodbye. Jou offered a smile, tinged at the corners with sadness at having been left behind. "I understand, Sir Lloyd. We all have our responsibilities. I wish you luck. And I shall look forward to our next meet as well." Jou's head bowed slightly, pink hair falling in a curtain at the the polite goodbye offered, green eyes following Lloyd as he walked off for a few second before returning to the sight of the white kitten seated on the table. It's big blue eyes were gazing up at Jou, it's own head tilted slightly, waiting. Jou gave a small sigh. "I suppose we should find something to pass the time. How long shall I wait before seeking out Ignazio?" Jou asked the kitten voice soft, a hand lifted to gently pat one white, fluffy cheek with the back of a finger. "Or should I count the days that I must wait for him to seek me?" The pink haired Dragoon gave a light chuckle, green eyes staring down at the small animal.

Victor was looking through the menu, sifting through the items in the Japanese section when Alexandria looked like she had found what she wanted. He glanced over to her as she made an observation. It seemed that she had spotted Lloyd and recognized him under all that dark hair. Victor smiled and nodded at what she had said. “I hope he gets what he's trying to get with that.” Victor said. There had to be a reason why he had changed his hair color, good or bad. Victor wasn't going to judge him since he barely knew the guy. The only time Victor would change his hair color would be to throw off people who would recognize him. It was different for a man to change his color and perhaps Victor was thinking too much about it. He had wondered where he had been lately but Lloyd often chose to keep company with Ignazio, who prided himself in having it. Victor noticed that he had stood up and left. The colorful student he had been talking to was left behind along with a small animal that looked odd to him. Victor gave them a glance and looked over their Qi signatures. Within a moment, Victor discovered that the creature was actually a demon. The pink haired male looked intently at this demon, as if communicating by thought, alike a Tamer. Victor quickly realized that he had seen the male before, in their Cram classes. He looked back to the menu, realizing that he didn't pay much attention in the class, something he should change. Alexandria then asked him if he knew what he wanted. Victor looked up and nodded. “Teppanyaki and an order of Yellowtail sushi.” He said. It sounded satisfying enough and he just wanted something that could be prepared quickly. He assumed she knew what she wanted by the way she had no more interest in the menu in front of her and waved for a nearby waiter to come to them. The waiter had been wiping down a table when he saw them and came to take their order. Victor gave the waiter his own order before waiting for Alexandria to do so as well.

After the waiter would leave, Victor placed his hands together in front of his face, clasped together, elbows on the table. It looked as if he was contemplating something. He wondered if Alex knew how he thought of her. Victor had been keeping his eyes open for tells or clues as to what she thought but everything seemed to far on the friendly side which was not undesirable but also not encouraging. Victor faced demons head on, doubtless in the face of death, even going so far as to be swallowed by a Hydra willingly but to face off against his own embarrassing fear of rejection was pitiful. While moments had come for him to strike against that enemy, he had shrunk back. He didn't lie to himself by saying that he was waiting for the opportune time. The truth was that he cared for the girl and the world could say the same but why couldn't he? Victor looked at the grand windows of the Hall and could see students moving about outside. There were more things to worry about at the time, things that could be life or death and life changing. The Pandemonium fights were getting worse and there were murders happening too often. Victor feared for the youth of the city and the students of True Cross. That was one thing but the other was the upcoming Exwire Examinations. They were the opportunity to promote and move on with a career. It was Victor's goal for being there and the goal of his sponsors. He had much training to complete and needed a team if he was to increase his chances of success. Victor knew he could rely on Alexandria but outside of her, he didn't really have friends. Ignazio was a great partner but but he was sure that Ignazio had other plans of his own, he always did. What was more, Ignazio didn't like Alexandria, an addition to a list of people he didn't like. Victor had a few people to consider for a third in their team but to get them to fight with him knowing that he wasn't on Ignazio's team could be difficult. For all intents and purposes, Ignazio was the big man on campus. Those who knew him might have a different opinion but when Ignazio wanted to be, he could be a charming young man. How sincere his words are could be in question but that was all the same to most people who enjoyed a bit of flattery from a rich prince. Victor closed his eyes, realizing that he was thinking himself into a depressing place. It would happen from time to time but Victor knew the dangers of riding those whispers of disdain through his mind. He opened his eyes and looked over to Alexandria and smiled. The sight of her next to him was relaxing. He knew she had her own aspirations and goals. Victor remembered their conversation about where they would go after graduating and wondered if that had changed since. Perhaps it was best to find that center again. It was through the teaching of the Buddhist monks that Victor had found insight into the flow of one's emotions and life by melding the flow of one's Qi into something that they found to be a priority. To center one's effort or energy on a certain goal allowed for the achievement of that goal. It meant certain things had to fade into the background and out of focus. Certain things are harder to quit than others. Victor thought with a glance to Alexandria before looking out the window again.
