Dara glared right back at Miles. "Shira, your lover boy is here." "Listen you insolent p***k. You want the whole truth, fine. My friends and I are here for Reaver because in the future, his new form after he becomes a kishin is my boyfriend and partner. His kishin egg form wanted his own body so he decided to go get it.  The Next Shinigami ◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• "That is the worst nickname you could ever come up with. Yes I see him." Shira replied to Dara. She had a lot of mixed emotions on seeing Atticus in the middle of the arena. Surprise wasn't one of them strangely enough. ... I wonder what will happen now. she thought as she glanced towards the adult men near her. She had to think of something out of worry that the Arena Master or someone else might object to Atticus being in the field. "I wasn't expecting you guys to send out another competitor. That is pretty interesting." she said with a cheerful grin on her face. "Very clever thinking too. They can compete over who gets to take down the Gigantos and their true abilities may be shown." she said as she clasped her hands together and looked back at the arena "This really is interesting. I don't know why my father dislikes this." she said, hoping that would help a bit. She noticed the injuries on Atticus' arms. Thinking reckless like usual. she thought as she kept the smile on her face a bit longer. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

The Reaver Miles Libertatis James Jetter   Miles spun to look at Dara again as she yelled at him. "That is the STUPIDEST thing I've ever heard," he replied angrily. "The Reaver is your boyfriend? Don't be ridiculous! That would never happen. I'm more willing to believe you're from the future, which I don't since that's almost as ridiculous. You think you can just run around doing whatever you please because you're the daughter of someone famous? I don't know what game you're trying to play here, but this is a serious deal sweetheart, so go live your fantasies or whatever somewhere else!" The Reaver looked up from his guard to see Atticus standing in front of him. "Huh?" He asked in confusion. "Who are you?" Asked James from the reflection of the gunblade, his voice as calm and collected as if they had met at a social function. "As if I need your help to fight," the Reaver cut in angrily. The gigantos, clearly angry that its shot had been thwarted, roared at Atticus, shaking the arena ground. The beast took one step forward and then quickly stuck both its fists out, swinging its upper torso around and sending its fists out like helicopter blades as it tried to land hits on both Atticus and the Reaver. "Hm? What's this?" Asked the Ringmaster as Atticus appeared in the arena. "A surprise contestant?" The Arena Master frowned but said nothing, sitting forward as he contemplated getting involved and dealing with this newcomer personally. Since Atticus hadn't been around during these actual events, of course the Arena Master hadn't been expecting this. "Well this should make things more entertaining," Nylus mused from his seat. Scarlet gave a confused expression, slowly pulling out her deck of cards and drawing one. Her expression turned to one of greater confusion as she looked down at it, though she remained silent. The Arena Master looked down at Shira when she made her comment. After a moment he relaxed back in his seat. "Yes, well I suppose we can see how this plays out," he mused. Nurse Mortem glanced over at Shira when Atticus appeared. "Do you know him?" She asked her with concern, seeming to see through Shira's act just a little.

Dara had tried to be cordial and that didn't work then she tried threatening, now she just couldn't take it anymore. She slapped Miles across the face, harder than she'd thought possible. Dara clenched her fists and looked down afterwords, trying to control herself. Once she looked up, Miles could see tears at the corners of her eyes. "Miles is a numbskull why can't he believe me." "Why would I make something as important as this up? Why would I lie about someone so important to me? I don't use my father's status unless absolutely necessary. But even if I did, I would have every right to because you don't understand how hard he worked and battled and trained to be where he is now. His entire family and dignity was taken from him at an extremely young age. So would you like to try to say those things to me again?" Dara's voiced wavered the whole time she spoke, but not once did she raise her voice.

His eyes were worn out and almost savage-like. If one should look at the direction in which Atticus had came from, one could tell that he must have been an prisoner. "I've been stuck in the lower prison levels for so long. Just when I was about to give up, I sensed many familiar soul wavelengths. Including yours, Reaver." Atticus said as he looked back at the Reaver, already knowing who he truly was, but did not know, how he ended up in the past, "Is that anyway to thank your savior, weakling?" he asked. Soon, after he finished speaking, Atticus' attention turned to the giant beast that roared and went on to attack both him and the Reaver, Atticus' attitude turned quickly and became serious. Then whatever cover she possibly had could be blown. She smiled at her then "Nope. He just seems like an interesting person." she said, hoping Mortem would just leave it at that. The Reaver Miles Libertatis James Jetter Miles put his hand to his cheek where Dara had slapped him, his expression becoming even more angry, but when she started talking he listened to her, a confused and skeptical expression on his face. "Look, I'm sorry about your father, but what you're saying is just not possible. The Reaver's been here in the arena since he was four. And there's no way he would ever settle down with a girl. Someone like that would have to be...I don't know, crazy special to him. But he's a killer to the core. Still I owe him and he's important to me too, so I don't want to see this go wro-" he was cut off suddenly when Michi grabbed him by the collar and begin yelling at him. "And who are you?" He asked her angrily as she let go of his collar. "Don't tell me you're "from the future" too. That's not possible either." He straightened out his collar as he looked back down at the arena. "And who in the world is that...?" He wondered aloud. "Oh my hero," the Reaver told Atticus sarcastically. "Look bud, I don't care who you are or where you came from, but I've never met you in my life. So why don't you go crawl in a corner and die? Or better yet I'll do it for you after I take care of this thing." James Jetter looked up at the Reaver through the reflection in the gunblade. "Don't worry, he can be useful to us as a distraction. We can find a way to take this thing apart while he takes the damage for us." The Reaver shook his head in disgust. "I don't need him to "take the damage" for us," he spat. "It would be the wisest-" "Shut up." The reflection of Jetter faded back into the gunblade without another word, his calm expression unchanged. The gigantos slammed its massive fists into Atticus's guard again and again as it continued its brutal assault, each hit would shake Atticus's entire body. He couldn't keep this up forever. "On second thought, let's watch him get pulverized," the Reaver said with a cruel smile. Nurse Mortem stared at Shira for a moment, with an expression that said she wasn't sure she believed her. But she picked up the hint and didn't respond, instead looking back towards the arena. Scarlet was still silent as she looked down at her card, then back up at Atticus in the arena. After a moment she walked over to the Ringmaster and showed him the card silently. The Ringmaster looked down at it, his normally happy expression turning to a frown as he took it from her and examined it closely, looking back up at Atticus in the arena. "Hmm..." he mumbled.

Crud... that didn't look good. she thought as she watched Atticus take the hits. Come on, Atticus. Keep it up. she thought. She then looked over to where Dara and the others were. Oh great they were getting into a fight with Miles. "Dara, that kishin, Scarlet, is near me. She isn't a kishin yet but she doesn't seem very trustworthy... I think her and one of the others here are slowly realizing that Atty really shouldn't be here. If something happens here, I need you guys to try and get out of here or rely on Miles. He and Mortem are the only ones here we can really trust at the moment." she told her. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

Dara nodded before continuing to speak. "Right got it." "Yes I know it's hard to believe, but it's the truth. Most likely soon the Reaver will become a kishin egg. That kishin egg will become Harold and a witch named Charlotte will put a seal on him, in turn taking the only remaining human aspect of him, his dreams, and creating my boyfriend, Eric. That is Atticus, Shira's weapon. Also, it's Nurse Mortem isn't it, your partner?"

With each and every second that passed, the hits seemed to get heavier and powerful, but that would be Atticus' own body beginning to sink deeper into the ground under the pressure. Watching carefully as the beast drew back its hands, Atticus waited for the right moment, when both hands were off his blade. At that one split second, Atticus knelled down and sprung back, jumping backwards into the air, avoiding the fists and landing right behind The Reaver. Having heard the Reaver's and his partner's words from earlier, Atticus had a really pissed off look on his, he knew the creature that Reaver would become and that very creature took his sister, thus resulting in Atticus being here. "You worthless piece of trash. I will kill you here and now." Atticus said, showing that he had no intentions of escaping wherever they are. No, he was going to kill the Reaver and stop him from committing his future actions. It seems, Atticus truly thinks that they are in the past. ✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾

Her left ear then twitches looking down at the fight and taps on Aislin's shoulder getting her attention only to pull out a spell tag with Shira's partner face on. "Something feels wrong. You see how aggressive and pissed off Atticus is?" She edges to the direction of the fight showing tag as it suddenly changes into a burning red completely consuming the whole thing. If this is the past he might end up preventing Eric from being in this world. If this is a illusion he might just end up hurting himself and wasting his energy.
