Koras beamed to her, obviously happy for her, before turning to Brock expectantly.
"I'm afraid our battle is going to have to wait for tomorrow; Onix needs time to recover after that shocking it got," the Gym Leader answered, already guessing what the mute boy wanted.
Koras looked a little disappointed, but nevertheless nodded in understanding.
Kitsune, meanwhile, had somehow moved so that he was now in the same arm Sweets was in, closing his eyes and resting alongside her.

Koras waved as well, Brock waving back with a small smile. Koras then followed his girlfriend and Cadaver to the Pokemon center, Kitsune and Sweets still cuddling in their sleep.

Psy's motion woke up Kitsune, who abruptly started to panic when he saw that his beloved Sweets had seemingly turned into an Abra. After a moment, however, he realized it was just Psy and calmed down, though he was obviously not happy with having his mate taken away from him.
Cadaver smirked. "Okay then. I get one bed, you two lovebirds can have another bed, and the rest are for the Pokemon, right?" he quipped, causing Koras to blush heavily.

Cadaver chuckled, both at Lilian's blush and at Koras's now-surprised expression. "All right then, sounds like a plan." He and Koras followed their female friend to the room in question, placing their things on the appropriate beds.
Kitsune seemed rather relieved upon learning Sweets was all right, laying down on the bed and waiting for his mate to show up.

Koras had apparently fainted due to embarrassment about his girlfriend's little comment, blushing heavily as he laid unconscious on the ground. Cadaver was just laughing his a** off at the mute boy's plight.
Kitsune, meanwhile, practically tackled his mate in his eagerness to see her once she entered the room. "Zorua!" he greeted Sweets, obviously happy she was okay as he nuzzled her.

Koras was the first to wake up the next morning, making sure not to disturb Lilian as he sat up and did a quick head count of the Pokemon there... only to blink at the number he got. He did a head count again, using his fingers to help out this time, only to look even more confused as his gaze went from his fingers to the bed the Pokemon were sleeping in and back repeatedly, his groggy mind trying to figure out why the head count ended up with one more head than there should've been; after all, he was fairly sure none of them owned a Zeilous or an Exeggute.
Cadaver woke up shortly afterward and quirked an eyebrow when he saw Koras looking between his hand and the Pokemon. The Ghost-type specialist looked over himself, only to quirk the other eyebrow as he spotted what the still-sleepy Koras hadn't quite figured out: there was an egg there. A black egg with red lightning bolts all over it... and between the egg's coloring and the fact that it was between a VERY satisfied Kitsune and a similarly happy Sweets, it wasn't too hard to guess where it came from.

Koras blushed at the mention of his Pokemon "getting lucky", as Lilian put it, before focusing on the egg in front of him, curious about whether it would hatch into a Zorua or a Pichu as he examined it with interest; obviously, he'd never seen an Egg before... and Kitsune was just as obviously a little overprotective of said Egg, if the way it was watching said Egg like a hawk was any indication (though he DID still snuggle up to Sweets).
Cadaver shrugged. "Well, at least someone got lucky," he quipped. "So, next on the agenda is breakfast, then Koras's gym battle, right?"
Koras focused back on the world around him and nodded eagerly at the mention of the gym battle, obviously wanting to earn his first badge.
