☆Kå† Ä¥åmå☆ Original Form Kat was content on hitting the Degen Master, for it appeared that he didn't get hit much. She felt him being pushed back my her momentum, and she was a bit proud of herself for that much. Curled up tightly, she continued to pierce him as much as possible.
It was then, though, that the loud command from the Dengen master caused a powerful burst of wind and Kat was knocked off balance. She was blown back by the wind, away from her target. With a growl of annoyance, Kat uncurled as she was taken by the wind, and let her body drift upon it. When she was out of the powerful current, Kat dropped on all fours, and sent a roar toward Do'Roelin. The beast soon looked toward Chris, seeing that he was aiming something at their opponent. Now would not be a good time to attack, so Kat held her ground and waited for her next chance.

Just, something of a gut feeling was telling her other wise. Looking around, hearing plated footsteps, told her it was best to remain ominous, and head back outside the castle into the court yard. ± More rumbling continued, crowds falling over one another, the fight must still be going on between the three. Sure this would be more interesting to take apart of, getting involved and helping out a side that could be a useful ally in the end...eeehhh....maybe. Zanza simply smiled to herself and headed in the direction of where the fight was taking place. ± While heading back to where Do'Roelin was with the other two, she thought best to simple wave to the degen master and sit back. If he were to ever require her assistance, she would help out, but it's highly unlikely that he would need anything from her...Well there ARE other things but as for her help in this matter, not likely. And that was fine with her.

Master Do'Roelin ۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸ It became apparent suddenly to the master, that though he had been given relief from the bladed creature's onslaught, it was only to be replaced by yet another force delivered from his formidable foes. Risen from the depths of his own shadow through the high winds of his mighty tempest, the massive sword struck the Azarian's iron back, lifting him from his feet high into the air.Had the master not maintained his metallic form, Do'Roelin surely would have discovered his body cleaved in two by the brutish blow. As his toes clattered against the stones of the crossing streets, stumbling to catch his balance, the white haired man remained merely scratched. Countless markings riddled his arms, places where the beast had driven it's fury down upon his dark skin, which may later translate into shallow cuts should he revert to his original state. Upon his back on the other hand, a large gash remained, a dent in his spine which ached even beyond the shell of dengen transfiguration. With these wounds apparent to all around, Do'Roelin soon noticed something else rather interesting. I've yet to land a blow upon them myself...Death by a thousand paper cuts....this was a phrase that may have drifted into his mind as the realization fell upon him. If he could not plant a proper blow, then he was certain to fail. "Change of tactics, you've used your rook, your knight, and your bishop...I believe it best if I use my queen." He announced, maintaining the theme held by the prior dialogue. Utilizing the Burst Shot technique that he'd relied upon in former encounters, the Azarian struck the earth, creating a rush of stone shrapnel the size of bricks towards the whirling creature, then with great haste, the emblems of fire that ran across his skin rose to a blaze. As Do'Roelin struck the ground with his glowing palm, the symbols of fire spread from his skin across the dirt, the grass, and any building which might surround the warrior who stood before him. The moment he released his palm however, a fiery explosion erupted from each item infected by the markings. Buildings would shatter about the wanderer, the ground destroyed beneath him to leave only a scorched crevice. Little could survive the flaming infection of the Valkyrie Mode.

Chris Rushlon The Wanderer A direct hit was dealt by his blade, the move successful to at least the first bit. What should have been surprising to the unmoved wanderer was how the dengen master was only thrust forward by the strike, for the most part apparently unharmed. Upon closer inspection, though, the blows dealt by Kat were noticeable on Do'Roelin, and a particular movement from him showed that Chris' blade did something as well. He wasn't completely invulnerable, it seems...
When Do'Roelin spoke up, however, it was clear that the man had something else planned for the duo. This was first shown when a stone shrapnel barrage was fired at Kat, immediately catching the wanderer's attention. Lifting his hand up, he was ready and willing to create another portal to help the demon out. However, things went downhill at that point. As he tried to summon a portal, he suddenly fell to his knee, his body wracking with fatigue and pain. How foolish it was for him to think that he had this power well under control... The end result, he wasn't able to help Kat out.
Chris' luck went even further downhill from there. Looking up just in time to see the symbols spread over the entire field around him, he immediately sensed the danger approaching. Unfortunately, he only fell a bit over, his hand upon his blade the only thing keeping him up. And in that moment... the explosion of fire occurred. Without warning, the remnants of buildings shattered around him as the ground exploded into a fiery crevice below him. In that instant, he was engulfed in the flames as he dropped...
When the damage had subsided, the burning wreckage simply smoldering in that crevice left not much to see. In seconds, however, the ashes began to shift around the center, subsiding away as the wanderer pulled himself from the ground. It wasn't as if he came out of that unscathed, however... His body was badly burnt, his only saving grace being his body's incredible hardness and endurance. Despite this, he wasn't looking too good...

☆Kå† Ä¥åmå☆ Original Form Kat listened on about Do'Roelin's game of chess rambling and rolled her eyes. It was then, that when she looked back toward him, shrapnel began to come her way. Kat tried to dodge in her own efforts, but the projectiles were just simply too large, and she was too big. A whimper of pain uttered from the demon's throat as she felt skin torn from her side. She'd been hit. Hard. Kat forced herself to forget about the immense pain. Dwelling on it too long wouldn't be the right choice.
Kat couldn't recover herself in nearly enough time to help out Chris. The demon could do nothing but watched as her newly discovered comrade was engulfed in flames. She felt a small sting of happiness and relief when Chris stood back up, but he was not in good shape at all. The demon made her way over to Chris, leaving a thick trail of black blood as she did, in an effort to evaluate the degree of the burns. It seemed the both of them had taken critical amounts of damage. She wondered what could cause this man to attack so savagely like this. What had happened to Chris and him in the past? Well, whatever it was, now was not the time to be discussing it.
The Demon waited for Chris' next move. She didn't want to rush into another attack foolishly, and take the risk of getting killed so easily. She couldn't die here though. She had things to accomplish, so no matter what it took, she was going to bring this enemy down like all the rest. Somehow...

She had always imagined this Degen master to be the best of the best, the one that could not be defeated by these two mere weak users. Then again they have shown some prowess in which proved to be...just a "tad" bit interesting. ± When Do'Roelin caste the impressive rune ability, the female troll took several steps back to avoid the scriptures spreading across the field, as the flames back bursting forth like a flaming tower. A wall with the heat, so intense, it could easily melt your skin. Luckily for Zanza, she was used to this type of heat, working in Ivon Helm for sometime, the heat can be refreshing. ± "This is proving to become more intriguing as the battle intensifies..." Further entering in the city, she saw the damage become apparent to the point of years to reconstruct, if not, months. Soon Ria'ko came into view to see a Ominous female Troll, staying back to view the sights, a man who she would assume to be the cause of this destruction, while two were close to the ground, another man who seemed badly injured, and....a demon? The centaur came to the side of the injured an d looked down upon them as she readied her bow. "Are you two alright?" ➽ Ria'ko ask kindly, knowing that the obvious answer would most likely be, no. She turned her attention toward the single man, from what she could sense from this mans aura, he was no trouble maker, but a Degen Master. "You there, what is the meaning of all this?" She called out to the obvious enemy. She gave the stranger a good glance over, but all she could get from him was this unsettling feeling. This, unending shiver that continued to run up, and down her spine. It was as though something warned her about this single man. But what could it possibly mean? ➽ She motioned her massive body into a defensive position, standing next to the demon, but also in front of her, as though a grown adult tiger would do to her cubs. Ria'ko paced left to right, her tail thrashed from time to time with anticipation for what is to come next, thinking of a way to weaken him, to allow these two to escape. They obviously were just as warn down as this enemy was, but more so, one was badly burnt, how he is still drawing breath, is a miracle to her.

Master Do'Roelin ۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸ The sounds of hooves stomping down the streets of the city came to no surprise to the master, though he hardly paid any heed to the disruptive clatter, for he had expected the forces of Dokoro to stand between the two mighty forces long ago. He was becoming weaker, almost visibly so as the fiery emblems drawn over his skin, carved by the dengen he’d thrived upon all his life…were dimming. The master had been brawling with such formidable techniques that the epic proportion of keeping up with his current opponents alone was enough to drain from his optimism, let alone forging a new clearing for the city out of the buildings which once stood nearby. What had surprised the experienced caster however, was the presence of the centaur, where he had expected the hooves to belong to a head officer’s steed, he instead found a steed who could become a head officer. “What exactly is going on here?” Do’Roelin repeated, his voice booming so as to carry across the wreckage to her ears. “I believe I’ve been chasing that answer for the majority of my life young woman.” He chuckled, raising his metallic limbs to emphasis upon his point. “I am Master Do’Roelin of the Guild of Mastery. Head of the Erzelemmentes extraction and examination.” The Azarian spoke, his figure standing straight as he echoed the words with pride. “And, the reason I am here is merely my obligatory mission…There upon the ground you may discover a monstrosity of Dengen incompletion, a mutation of a mis-cast technique. That is what we call an Erzelemmentes…and it is my duty to extract,” He repeated, placing an emphasis with a short pause between his words. “And examine.” The master finished, opening his arms wide innocently as he spoke. Though the words themselves could appear harmless, for in many cases such as that of the troll’s bone capability it would only take a small portion of the Erzelemmentes in order to perform the ceremony. Unfortunately in the case of the wandering warrior, his defect lay in a rather more…fatal… place. The tone and expression of the Dengen Master, though quite unintentionally, exuded an excess of ominous intent.

Chris Rushlon The Wanderer ...What was going on? With how badly the attack had effected him, his eyes were unable to fully open, the heat and flames having singed more than just his hair. He could barely feel anything, except the, for him, mild pain from even the slightest twitch. His hearing wasn't in any better condition... So... this is what it was like to be at the last strands of life, eh? Even then... the wanderer held not a worry or concern about his darkened skin. He barely noticed that Kat was closer to him, nor could he know of her wounds. What he did hear, however, was that of another person.
He couldn't see the shape of the new person, but from what he could hear told him of at least her gender. It seemed that she was trying to figure out what was going on here... The wanderer had no desire for her to enter the fray, though, as more fighters would mean more collateral damage... but he wasn't going to be able to stop here. It was then that he heard Do'Roelin speak, pinpointing the master's location as best as he could.
...One foot... then the next... Very slowly, Chris began to make his way toward Do'Roelin, his shaken movements only due to the damage dealt to his body. He had no idea how much more the master himself could took, nor how much more power he had left for his attacks. He didn't know nor care if Kat, or the new female, tried to stop him... He didn't even care if the master won this battle... What he remotely cared about at that moment... was to end this fight, regardless of the circumstances...

This proved he still is capable of dealing damage even in his state. She listen closely, slowly stopping her pacing, as she began to get a better understanding of the situation. Well, at least his side of the story, but from the looks of the outcome, his "innocent" intentions could have been approached differently. "So I see..." She said to herself. Ria'ko Noticed the burnt man taking another go at the the intended target, and let out a sigh. He was in NO condition to try and continue his pursuit. The female Centaur, casually made her way over to the burnt stranger, picking up a ragged banner along the way, wrapped it around the poor soul, and gently did her best to pick him up, and slowly set him atop her horse portion of her back. Ria'ko wasn't about to let him kill himself. ➽ She turned her attention back to the man with his seemingly opened arms and let out another sigh. "You could have approached this in a different direction, rather than destroy the man homes, the environment of the innocent...." The woman trailed off, taking a quick glance back to the demon before back to the Degen master. "Rather you care or not, I'm ending this now. I'm taking these two to a safer place to recover. If you want to examine this poor soul as you claim to, then you will allow me to do this act, and next time, fight in a secluded place.....Until next time...." The female Centaur, bowed her head to show her little respect towards the other, glanced to the female troll before turning her back to the man, her guard fully up, just in case he wished to do a cheap attack and come after her from behind, but in an odd sense, she trusted he would not. ➽ While walking up to the demon, she gave her one last glance before looking ahead, down a path that would lead them to a close clinic. "Don't be foolish either....Follow me, and I'll see to it that the both of you are healed." Ria'ko did not demand this, but simply suggested. She has been in many wars, in many battles, and won most of the time. Now, her species is coming to an end with how the common humans greed can take over. The Centaurs are seen as a group to not take likely, they have been known to take on a darker path, in which case, many villages ended up being abandoned. Those who were dumb enough to anger her kind, ended up digging their own graves. However, they are not that invincible, many battles have been won by the other hand, where as her kind has lost, though they still hold the reputation of being tactical, and fearsome. In this case, Ria'ko is taking the tactical side, and being the better person, rather than prolonging a fight that is obviously over now.

☆Kå† Ä¥åmå☆ Original Form Kat looked up as she was approached by a centaur female. The demon growled slightly, for in her feral mind, the girl was prey. It was then that Chris began going toward Do'Roelin, and the centaur assisted him. That caused Kat to snap the centuar out of prey in her point of view. The centaur offered help to the demon, and Kat had to spend a few moments to decide. This centaur was supposed to be prey, but she was offering her help to her. With that, Kat forced herself up to face the centaur. The way she looked at the Centaur proved to be a yes. She couldn't talk in this form, but she certainly could think.

This fight between three people that had seemingly got out of hand. He wasn't expecting to come to a city to see it all but here he was watching from a safe distance. He looked over at the fight and seeing what looked like a demonic creature on the ground with a Centaur offering the other to help. It was odd to see this but nether the less he wasn't going to get himself involved. That would be just stupid considering it wasn't his fight and he didn't like to fight in the beginning. He always avoided them and this one right now made it certain that he should get further away and move to a different part of the city. Turning around he walked in a fast pace away from the others and to a location where he could rest for a while.

While keeping her long pointed ears sharp to the voice of her "interest" in the Degen master, she also heard the footsteps of a different race. A Drow perhaps? ± Cocking her right brow, she motioned herself further away from the battle scene, and, in a way, she began to "shadow" the new face. Interested to see what he wanted, or what he was even doing in here. It was obvious he was trying to hide himself, but by doing so, he made himself known to her eyes. It can be a bad thing for this to happen, but in his case, it may not be that terrible. ± Weak already, she thought to strum what rest she had made from watching afar, and used her technique to slump into her own shadow once the man was in 10ft of range, and slowly reappeared behind him, to which she raised her right hand, and extended it to his right cheek, lightly stroking it back before walking over to his left side to face him. "Who are you?" She asked rather coldly to the male elf.

Master Do'Roelin ۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸۱ ۲ ۳ ۴ ۵ ۶ ۷ ۸ As the gentle creature of the woods took upon herself the burden of the Erzelemmentes, Do'Roelin became significantly more agitated, watching as yet another took from him his desired goals. With a flick of his wrist the master was swift to forge another hammer of wind in attempts to remove the wanderer from her back, but as the gust carried past it would not carry the warrior, the energy behind the technique having been insignificant. It appears I am still too weak. Even now that monster of an Erzelemmentes has enough strength to crush my throat in one hand, yet here I stand....winded, exhausted...pitiful. The dark skinned caster couldn't help but feel as if he'd lost a second time, even with the frightening additions to his previous arsenal, something that this single swordsman alone could boast. Soon the fatigue fell over him, as the Azarian began to march in the other direction, away from the scene where curious onlookers began to gather. The markings which had been freshly burned across his skin faded into the dusk, the sun settling over the horizon in the distance. Soon enough he had not even the strength to uphold the metallic exoskeleton, and would have to rely on the knife he carried to protect himself further. "Though we rest for now Erzelemmentes...I have not given up my pursuit." The Master mumbled beneath his breath, stepping into an alleyway where he might rest within humble means. His back placed gently upon the wet stones of an impoverished housing, the Dengen Master allowed himself to slip into a light sleep, though he remained ever wary as always.

══════════════ Death will be your only comfort ══════════════
══════════════════════════════════════════ The sound of marching echoed through the air, along with the stench of corpses in the hundreds. Several miles away from the city, a long stretch of figures could be seen marching in the direction of Dokoro. The front of the massive line consisted of heavily armor clad warriors, or what remained of them as they shuffled in all different styles under the weight of the armor. Behind them, the armor thinned but the weapons remained the same as the light soldiers marched with their weapons drawn and ready.
At the very back, the bulk of the army was made of light or no armored skeleton archers. Loaded with two quivers of arrows each and solid-willow wood bows and rough strings. Each one had already set and nocked and arrow on the string. Ready to pull it back and fire a large volley of arrows into the city at a moments notice.
At the very front of this long army, was a single, skeleton of a horse. Atop that horse rode Evaen. Showing herself as the plaguelord for the first time since her transformation. Her hat was pulled down to cover her face, but a small smirk would be seen up close. "I guess it's time we kick-started our expansion project...don't you?" She said, running a finger down the spine of the horse, it's bones shook in response to her cold touch.
The army quickened their pace as Evaen threw her hand in the air and pointed to the city. A single word hissed from her lips as she directed them. "Destroy..." ══════════════════════════════════════════
