[[Yeah, its kind of like a clear bright blood-red. And has the consistency of a very thick pudding. Oh, and forgot to mention. There are air-bubbles slowly making its way through the goo.
You have two OBVIOUS options.
Try to swim through the red goo and take your chances.
Or
Try to cut through the walls. They are thinner here, especially the cieling. Although its high, it woudn't be too hard for you being of feather-weight ectoplasm. Hehehe. Pun.]]

((Hm...A difficult decision. Well, I leave it up to you Kowsauni. The ceiling wouldn't be difficult and would be easy to role-play ourselves out of it. But the red goo seems like were we want to go...I'd say go for the goo (not like you need to breath anyway), but again, I leave it up to you))

Mitzka looks behind them. "Well I'm guessing we are going to half to go through this red goo, unless you want to try and cut out the wall." Mitzak cringes. "ugh, well at least I'm already dead. There's not to much worse that can happen to me now." Mitzka complaining seemed to be a bit unnecessary however. Being a ghost she simply could pass though it without touching it. Mitzka from seems to blur and become transparent as she assumes a more ethereal state. She looked again as if she was amde up of mist. "Here goes nothing." Mitzka plunges into the wall of red goo, hoping to transverse it as quickly as possible.
((I'm guessing since potions are wearing out that this counts as a break between combat rounds, does that mean I can switch in some of my sheathed gear?))

Vincent grumbles something about counting your blessings and heads in after Mitzka. He seems to be using his wings like flippers to propel him as best as possible through the goo...

Although rather disgusting, the goo doesn't seem that hard to maneouver through. Atleast the occasional air-bubble is in there just incase any of you need to breath.
This disgusting red goo smells familiar. And if any of you were unfortunate to taste it, it would even taste familiar. Pretty soon, the evasive red sludge seemed to be stitching up your wounds slightly. Although terribly disgusting, it actually has some-what of a healing factor atleast. The familiarity of it all does kind of make it more frightening however.

Suddenly, the entire mass of red goo seems to jiggle. It apepars you've steped into a very sensitive area. The walls start to contract towards to rapidly then...
In a sudden burst, you find yourselves lying [or still floating] on the arena's dark soil. Covered in red goo and dirt, you see the large monstrosity coiled up infront of you. The ground rumbles as it slithers its way away from you and coils up in self defense. The tail end of the thing seemed to have split off and spilt the red goo all over the hungry soil which laps it up greedily.
The thing opens a mucous lined mouth and lets out a roar comparable to a dragon's. It bled flourescent green blood from its tail end and left a glowing green trail on the floor.
This thing moved fast.
In response to its missing [yet purposefully detachable tail], the gooey worm monstrosity shrinks down somewhat. You see the body condensing into a thick defensive plates, and the tail seal and stop bleeding.
It looks at you with large insectile eyes as the crowd goes wild.
Were you really inside this great disgusting monster? The answer was obvious. Yes.

"OH MY GOD!" Vincent screams as he realizes what just happened, "I'M GOING TO MURDER YOU, YOU SICK DISGUSTING MOTHER-....AHHH!!!" Vincent charges in murderous rage apparent in his eyes as he raises his sword. Demetry, obviously just as angry at the affront to his honor, charges in as well, fire pouring from his flared nostrils.
((So, the potions wore off...did my spells do the same. And do we still have our AP/MP from the last few rounds?))

Mitzka was hesitant, not sure what to make of this turn of events but never the less glad to be free of the beast. "Vincent, be careful, we don't know what it's capable of." However she did not know how much of her words got through. When Vincent got mad his divine fury was about as unstoppable as when she herself gave in to her ...transformation.

random mistakes [[Errr... So are you going to attack it? Or just sit there... Or...]] I was waiting to figure out the answers to my questions xp Did our spells (cast on us, obviously) wear off? And do we still have our AP/MP from the last few rounds? Cause depending on the answer it will drastically change my battle post.

((Dammit... xp How did I miss that. Oh well. Also, sorry for the inactivity. A combination of the addictiveness of Fallout 3 and my own, recently sketchy internet connection has kept me off lately. My bad.))
Having his concentration broke by this less than flattering experience, Vincent channeled his energies and broke off at a dead sprint for the beast, intent on destroying this beast more out of vengeance than necessity. Demetry, just as vehemently angry at the beast as Vincent was, charges in as well and shoots a great blast of flame at the thing just before latching on with his claws and tearing at its chitinous plates. Vincent follows up, raining blow after blow on the beast.

Mitzka was a little hesitant, not sure how to approach the worm. She let out a sonic blast in its direction, testing its affect on the target.
Mitzka uses sonic blast againt worm (10 Damage)

HP:40/40
((hmm can we see what the worm stats and what he is doing. Its hard for me to play defensively and know when to taunt or throw up a special block or something if I don't know what the creature is doing and how hard he is hitting.

I spent a good many hours slicing raiders to death with my claws of death and melting enclave faces.]] ((My playing of Fallout 3 is turning toward an addiction to be sure. Just bought the game of the year edition with all the added downloadable content...man that is some fun stuff! My favorite is hunting down the Super Mutant Behemoths and OWNING them with a fat man to the face. Nothing beets that level of satisfaction, you know?))
