Hikaru mumbled with a slight smile, then continued thinking. hmmm.......Kaoru would probably think this place was interesting..........I wonder if I should get something like a cat..... *He continued to think, and came upon the idea that Haruhi might something like a tanuki(racoon) costume.*

::alongside the wall Hikaru in which was currently standing was a clever array of costume accoutrements.
A sturdy, bolted rack had full costumes as a mascot style, close to the skin like a jogging suit in a never-fail zipper.
Sets of masks ranging from the just-the-ears for those wanting to do thier own makeup to the more extensive foriegn models which could easily cover not only the face but two thirds of the wearer as well...
Not to mention paws and tails - for the more daring, custom look::
::Eliza dusts a nearby display until needed, determined to show restraint after her inital introduction::

*He continued to steadily scan the store, and finally spotted the diverse display of costumesand headed over* I hope they have something with a tanuki.....maybe Kaoru would like a cat-like thing..... *Hikaru started to search the the assortment of costumes.*

Boku wa Hitachiin Hikaru *.....maybe Kaoru would like a cat-like thing..... *Hikaru started to search the the assortment of costumes.* ::Eliza gets the impression to try on the new piece she's recived over the holidays. Since the rest of the outfit was too bulky for her to put on and remove on its own - she pairs it with black and white stockings, black elbow gloves and another black skirted outfit (actually it was just a tube top but due to her size, it fit her like a dress):: ::she sits behind the desk and goes to catching up on her schoolwork while Hikaru shopped::

Hmmmm.......maybe a chesire-cat like outfit? *Hikaru plucked a pair of purple ears, tail and shirt, pants and a deep purple belt.* That should do. Now for the racoon. *Having no luck in finding a racoon out fit, or even a mask of a sort, Hikaru wandered toward the front desk and attempted not to mumble,"Excuse me, but do you have any racoon-like stuff?"

Now for the racoon. *Having no luck in finding a racoon out fit, or even a mask of a sort, Hikaru wandered toward the front desk and attempted not to mumble,"Excuse me, but do you have any racoon-like stuff?" ::removing the mask Eliza smiles plesently::we have two types... ::walking next to the rack she quickly slides the merchandise to find a type of Mario-wear::this one comes with a tail gloves and a mask... it's more comfortable with ones own clothes and breathes easier however - ::finding a full suit and mask::while this has the complete skin you'll need help getting in and out of it and is snug, padded for "realism" ...so to be careful of spending too much time indoors. ::she takes a breath:: do you have any questions or will either of these be fine?

*Hikaru examined both, trying to imagine Haruhi in either of them.* "hmmmm........" I bet it would be kinda funny to see her in a full outfit* "I'll take the second one."Hikaru smiled mischieviously, put down the cat outfit for Kaoru,and got his wallet & credit card out of his pocket.
(by the way, thanks for the brief case. ^_^)

::Eliza waves the credit card away::first purchase *free* for Hosts
::She places the suit in a large box, it wouldn't be terribly heavy but a bit awkward to carry on its own. First folds the suit, the paw gloves, the feet slippers and finally the ventilated by the mesh eyes mask::
::closing it, Eliza smiles to Hikaru::would you like to take it with you or should I have it sent to music room three in your name?

::Smiling at Hikaru's back, she realizes that may have been the closest she's been to a host in awhile!
::sighs:: oh well... he did say he'd return
Eliza arranges one of her colorful designs on the wall so that the sequins will catch in just about any light.
While the holiday of Mardi Gras had been over in her home city had been over for some time now, she knew from her modern history class that quite a few people were interested in the impact of floods and such on her hometown::
::she dusts off the signs scattered around the entrance::
