A county in the US changed the everyday greeting from 'hello' to 'heaven-o' to be 'less negative' and politically correct. It was later changed back since the grounds were ridicules and untrue as 'hello' has nothing to do with hell.

The name of the town of Fishkill means 'fish stream' but people wanted to change the name, arguing it gave the image of promoting animal cruelty.
