diav Yes and no to the college question. Only six of us (including me) ended up to where we're at... but half is in Arts/Science, the other half is in Engineering. I tend to see the two other Engineering people every now and then (actually, one has the same classes as me... blaugh ). Yay for Canada. I like LAX a lot. Such a big airport. @.@ You haven't been on Gaia for a long time... nor have I really. University is a domo-kun that is eating this thing called my life. O: I'm so cute that I'm melting, FTW. Haha, oh no! Our math teachers would be proud that we've applied math outside of the classroom... Ooh, that's fun. I think it'd be less intimidating as a whole if I end up going to the same college as a handful of current friends...although I already know that that's impossible, since no one's college lists overlap very well. Anyway... YUCK LAX. Haha, that sounds funny. YUCKLAX. I guess I don't like airports/flying/crampedness/toilets/microwave-meals anyway. Stupid real life keeps interfering.. Ewwww, there's dav-dav on my shoe. domokun xd Lol, I think so.

I think that sounded kind of bitter/harsh, but that's how I felt at the time. Frankly, I don't really hang out with my high school friends who are in the same university because we've each made our own set of friends and it's just kind of bleh like that. Haha, YUCKLAX. I don't like flying at all... I freaked out when I boarded the plane to LA in the summer. sweatdrop I like LAX because it's huuuuuuge compared to Pearson International (which is Toronto's airport). Then again, Pearson is huge, but LAX is huge-er. LOL;; Yeah, it does. And it sucks. D: *is now a pile of goop* o_O;;

I get this feeling that when people go to college, they're surrounded by all of these new people...a lot more people than what they're used to back in high school, unless you go to a humungo high school. And with all those new people around, you're bound to meet new people that you just click with better. Plus, it's always fun to meet new people, since sometimes you just get kinda sick of the old ones. Not like in a bad way, but like...I'm sort of tired of all you people, I'll see you again next week, but for now, I need to talk to someone else for awhile. xd Well, I can see the benefits of a big airport. You just feel safer...it's so big, so there are all these people around, so somebody must know what they're doing! sweatdrop I hate flying, too. There have to be a lot of movies, or else I go nuts with boredom/mild airsickness. *dabs at dav-dav-goop on shoe with a tissue* domokun

I've been meeting new people all the time in university and I like that a lot. I don't have many close friends in university (but then again, I never really did in high school because I have ...er, le trust issues), but hey, the more the merrier. We help each other with homework and studying, and that's as fun as it gets. ;D Yeah, my high school friends and I have an occasional chat to see how things are going, how are we adjusting, stuff like that... actually, all of my high school friends are in residence and I'm not (commuting is le d00m of the day, haha), so it's understandable that I don't really hang out with them, since they have a bunch of res friends who like to party a tad too much. Yeah, I thought flying to LA would be ok - just five hours from Toronto, but nooo, I was so tired... unable to sleep. Just stared at the screen (they were playing Fracture but I didn't want to watch it) and tried to make out what they were saying without the headphones in my ears. And zomg, going to the bathroom was horrible. It felt like that time my family went whale watching in Boston - ahhh, seasickness. :S *is now off Jinsei's shoe* xD;;

Well, I'm glad that it's working out OK. Why did you decide not to live at college? *shudder* Flying. The bathrooms freak me out a little because they're so small and cramped. And the flush noise is so loud! I always think about how I might get sucked down into the toilet or something...how embarrassing/scary would that be? EW whale-watching. Worst experience ever...

Plus, it's just at 45 minute commute by public transit, so I guess I'm saving money there... Yeah... I'm not completely claustrophobic, but I have been trapped in an elevator... twice. Not fun. >_<;; *gurgle noise* Jinseiiii~ HELLLPPP~~ *toilet eats diav* x_X;; Worst experience ever, indeed. Out of the three of us, my mom was the worse... I got all quesy but started listening to music to feel better... My mom just practically sat there with her little puke bag. LOL

I love how well word spreads around here about what kind of schedule we're on. I had the choice of going to bed early and waking up in time to check if the rumor about everyone being on days for Thurs being true and getting my sleep schedule ruined if we were actually not all going on days, or I could try to get my sleep schedule back online to what I should be at for being nights like I'm attempting to do and hope that we aren't supposed to all be on days like the rumor states. >.<; Well, I guess we'll all see how well that rumor holds up come the morning. If I'm pissed off, we'll know what went down. >.<; blaugh

Yeah! Go awesomeness of military thinking! stressed It would make too much sense to just drug test people later on in the day when we'd be awake, so they wake up everyone on nights just to take a damn piss at some ******** up time, I can't remember, I was half the ******** asleep then. I only know not that it's damn near 10:30 and I'm getting hungry... and they're infinite wisdom is making us come back for normal hours of operation tonight... which is why I was keeping myself up until a good time in the morning when it would set me back on track for my sleep schedule. stressed ...Pissed off at the whole mess? ...Just a WEEEEEEEE bit... stressed evil

I suppose so. It's not too bad of a commute, and since you're not driving, you can study or sleep or something...or read, listen to music, etc. Sounds pretty relaxing. I've never been trapped in an elevator, but I'm very afraid of that happening. What did you do both times to get out? *watches in shock and disgust* surprised Would a plunger....help? xd OH NO that stinks. I just plain hate flying. I'll never be one of those businesspeople who have to fly all over the country all the time to make it to important meetings and such.

True, true, if I drove downtown = chaos = hell = city driving in Toronto is the worst. D: Yep, I stand most of the time, so I listen to music and do Sudoku puzzles in the paper. ;D I just jumped up and down to try to get it moving (bad idea, but hey, it worked 8D). Eventually, it started working again, so I was so relieved to have finally gotten out. -.-"" Erm, I think so? *toilet continues munching* :S Aww, does that mean you don't really travel overseas? (I haven't been since I was a wee child.)

I hate driving. Blech. If I ever live in a big city, I'll never drive. Walking sounds pretty good to me. Yay, Sudoku!
Nice one. Ick, elevators. They make our lives easier, but man, they're scary when they break..
*uses plunger ineffectively due to lack of experience using one* Uh...has the blockage been cleared yet?
I've been to China, two years ago. That's the only time I've flown overseas, actually. I think that I can handle it, just not too often. 3nodding

Haha, but no driving = major inconvenience. Well, at least where I live. ;D
True, true... I never really had a problem being in a small, confined area...until the elevator incidents.
*is pulled out* *brushes off the water...and smell* Er, I think so.
Ah, I went to China when I was... thirteen months, I think. Haven't flown outside of North America since then. sweatdrop

Although I hate driving very passionately, I'll admit that it has its conveniences. You don't have to call anyone to pick you up, or bum rides off people, or wait for buses/trains/etc. But then again, you have to...drive. xp xd
I'm not claustrophobic at all, but I'm terrified of heights. I always imagine myself falling and splatting.
Outside of North America is overrated. Or so I like to tell myself as consolation for never doing so. wink
