((Imagine, if you will... My summon gets energy shield... AND I get to use twinblast, fire-ball, anti-magic wisps... *drools* Can't wait!))

Well, we've waited this long, we might as well wait 1 more day to see if she shows. Who knows maybe that monkey guy meant that she quit for a while or something. (possible he doesn't know what he's talking about) I say we wait to see if Raven shows up. I'd like to hear it from her that she quit rather than someone else. Oh that monkey guys might have meant that Raven wasn't a good canditate for a second, because she had to leave for a week and he didn't want that to happen in a dungeon. I don't know. whatever.

((Monkey guy...what the...? Anyway. The vote to keep Raven is well underway and I see nothing probable that could really stop her from being eliminated as a character. When Sunday rolls around, the vote will end and I will (because I can already see it passing) take up the gauntlet of being both a purely attacking and a purely magical character...Well, I didn't make MI in the Army for nothing mrgreen . Trust me, I've seen how she plays, so the roleplay won't change much, and her tactics were taught to her through my initial guidance, so no worries there. Don't worry, when I'm back this match will take off. And Raven apologizes again. Her being my girlfriend we still get to talk often, she feels bad for leaving her friends on gaia, but says it just wasn't for her...Whew, what a post!))

((Hello all! Since I saw no way on this green earth that the poll to keep Raven would fail I decided to give you a treat and post early! I'll keep up with her roleplay, and finish this tournament. Hopefully I'll win! Try to be patient though, I've never even studied how to run a mage character, but we'll see. Also, I didn't know if I needed to roll a d100 to see who I'm fighting, so I'm rolling it anyway. Oh, and...MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! Oh, had to get that out of my system to play as Raven.))

Gerbo steps into the fighting area, fully ready for the semifinals.
"Alright m'lass! Lets see how you handle yourself against the great Gerbo Tosscobble!"
As he screamed the Flux drives kicked in, adding more magic to Gerbo's arsenal, though leaving his defenses lacking.
Realizing that he probably wont survive a single blast with his magic defense sapped, Gerbo uses his amulet to syphon away the incomming attack. In return however, he sends a massive Energy Bolt at raven, hoping to finish this fight quickly.
(Amulet blocks 18 damage, Energy Burst does 18 damage)

MP:0
M=9 (9+6-6) (synergy!)

"Good luck, Gerbo! I hope you win!" Just as soon as the sentence leaves her mouth, her eyes change from their normal, crystal blue to the deep, blood red of the spirits. A strong wind fills the arena as Raven shouts to Gerbo, "I will show you just how truly fearsome the power of Nature can be!" Raven can feel the machines working against her, still she grits her teeth as she prepares her defences as best she can. She launches an attack at Gerbo, releasing an energy blast in his direction. She curses as the amulet absorbs the blast in its entirity.
Spell: Energy Blast (M=10+4-6=8/16 damage)
MD: 6+6-3=9
Hp: 26/35
Ap: 1
Mp: 0
