Shimmerpelt sat up at Moonstar's call and led her kits out to see the ceremony.
Lillykit padded over to Ripplekit. "Come on! Featherkit is being made an apprentice!"
she mewed excitedly flicking her tail and ran after her mother out of the nursery.

Crimsonpaw had stopped grooming and came at Moonstar's call. She had suspected that it was an apprenticing ceremony.

Amberkit followed Firekit and was soon joined by her brothers and sisters.

Featherkit, from this day forth, until you have earned your warrior name, you will be known as Featherpaw. Tearstorm will mentor you."
