I'd never allow a villain that Hei had no chance to beat, given his abilities and stuff... I don't see how anyone could anyway.

I had an idea for a cool zanpakuto this whole time - one that uses abilities from the anime/manga Kekkaishi seems to fit nicely.

Oh there's another version too. It's much worse, though it doesn't make much sense in the universe of Bleach. It's called Gates of Babylon. It's pretty much the same thing as Unlimited Blade Works, but take away the drop in power due to them being copies. It instead has the ACTUAL weapon. So...1 dude, that has a zanpakuto that is literally everyone else's zanpakuto that ever has been or ever will be. Though like I said it doesn't make sense, because in Fate/Stay Night, Gilgamesh was said to have created every weapon that held any mythical significance for anyone in the world and stored them all in Babylon's secret royal vault. It was only after he died that the vault was found and raided, scattering the weapons to the winds. With the way Shinigami get their powers, saying someone else created every zan millennia ago doesn't make much sense at all. EPIC G4WDH4X rofl
