Kevin was ready for his part. He walked towards the front, right by all the other loosers looking on at Magneto and the machine. Then he heard the voice again "SInce you want carry through with my plans, I won't let you carry through with your plan." Then Kevin felt a sharp shock go through his body and he fell down on his knees. Then he felt it coming off of his back. His shirt ripped and there it was. A BBen. Then the voice said "I have a confession to you Kevin. The BBens have the same restrictions as your regular Bens. I was bluffing before, except there are four BBens, not three. No prepare to pay the price for not listening to me." Then the BBen grabbed Kevin and started to choke him. Then Kevin thought as the BBen started to choke him, "I was just going to yell somethin but this works..."

"Ha! It's a date then." said Damion not completely sure which meaning of the word he meant but not realy caring one way or the other on how Zion took it. Damion was more than a little suprised at how brave Zion was being. He was not at all displeased by it and he was still rather happy with how today was turning out, (all of which seemed to be going oddly his way) what with the p[erfection of all of his known powers and the fact that he was concidered a winner, and of course as far as he could tell things were not getting any worse even after the climax was over. He thought he should ask what Zion's powers were but he thought better of it. He looked around. Alot of the X-men and alot of the brotherhood members were freinds. IT was kind of odd to him but he felt that they should not be, after all esentialy they were all enemies. He thought it was odd enough that there was so little bloodshed between them. A few broken bones here and there but nothing that could not happen if the two sides were playing football with each other.

Damion listened to Liz while still contemplating the pathetic reaosning of this ridiculous war of descrimination. As much as he hated the events that were making up this age he could still invision this all going away eventually. After all, Racism and Sexism and that whole thing with sexuality have all been bad in the past but eventualy people learn, maybe not allways to like each other, but at the very least too tolerate one another. Or maybe he was just bullshitting himself again. "So why dont we all go have a look-see then? There is bound to be an observatory around somewhere and last I checked, security seemed to be unrealistically lax around hear anyway."

Conner felt a little disorientated after Kurt unexpectedly ported him, he waited a second for his brain to kick into gear and heard Kurt's question.

"Left." He answered "We'll try left." He started of down the hall at a half-run, trying to keep as silent as possible just in case someone heard them go. It wasn't long before a door sprang into his vision. He stopped and pressed his ear to the door, he couldn't hear a thing inside. He glanced at Kurt. "I don't s'pose you can quickly check in there can you?"

Taking Conner's lead, Kurt trotted down the left hallway first, keeping his eyes and ears open for anything remotely suspicious.

They two boys hadn't even been walking for five minutes when a large metal door loomed in front of them. As Conner checked for any noise coming from inside, Kurt noticed that there was no door handle, or hinges for that matter.

Kurt nodded at Conner as he suggested Kurt take a quick check of the room. For a moment he debated about taking Conner with him, as he might need backup, but decided against it. One of the most dangerous things about 'porting is not knowing what or who may be on the other side.

Finally making up his mind, Nightcrawler closed his eyes and with a BAMF had disappeared from the hallway. Opening his eyes again, he found himself in yet another large chamber. It was empty save for a collection of metal spheres, the same one that had gathered the winners not to long ago. The room being fairly dark, he moved forward as stealthily as possible, checking the room for traps or lingering attackers as he went. He was almost at the rooms mid-point when an eerie glow caught his eye.

"Professor!?"

Wheeling toward the light source Kurt could see that it was, the unconscious Professor, trapped in long glass tube. Miles of plastic tubing spat out from the top of the container. That was never a good sign. Thinking like an X-Man, he knew he had to get him out...but how? Break the tube and who knows what would happen...but leaving him there was even worse. Reluctantly, Kurt teleported away from the Professor's limp body and back to where he had left Conner.

"Ve've should go back," said Kurt, voice riddled with panic. "And tell the others. This is urgent!"

Kevin was now on the floor being choked ny the BBen he didn't create. He needed help because the BBens only wanted to kill and wouldn't stop until they did, and this wanted to kill Kevin. Kevin couldn't get his arms to touch and absorb BBen. The only way to stop BBen was for one of the other mutants to get BBen off of him, then either they pummel BBen until he runs out of energy or Kevin absorbs him. Kevin decided to grasp out for help. "ca..Help..ca"

As Kevin started to black out not being able to breathe. He felt BBen's grip loosen on his neck for a split-second. Victoria had thrown a rock at BBen and it's attention was now on her. This gave Kevin a chance. He reached and managed to absorb BBen. Kevin was now fully charged from the damage done by the choking and he got up. "Thanks for helping me. I was just trying to create a distraction so Kurt and Conner could get away and find the profesor. But something tried to stop me and made me create one of those to do it. Do you think the Profesor could help me from the that happening again?"
