Victoria would soon find she had other problems to be worried about beyond the devilish little spectre contained within the sphere. A glint of steel would come from high above her. The sound of the screams had caught the attention of every Pokemon...and it happened this one was brave enough to investigate...
...Or at least, so it seemed.
High above, held aloft by the thermals rising from out of the crater, the Skarmory never once even looked at the child as it passed overhead. Then...then the unthinkable would occur.
The metallic avians tail feathers would twitch, it's rump wiggling for the faintest second...then something white would drop from it's hindquarters. The colour of chalk, the consistence of a clay mixed with too much water, wrapped up with a stench which would bring a tear to a Grimmer's eye...and it was falling fast, with Victoria's head as the landing zone.
If she thought her return was off to a bad start before, this would be the Cherry on Top!

It's web was cut ....as the pokemon jumps to avoid the blade ...landing back on the ground. The Spinarak was still shaking herself and it seemed at the trainer had shutter from her touch. She was more than willing to let bygones be bygones ....as her eyes locked on his, but again that scream intensified and she jumped and another burst would come from her mouth of a different sort.
A Poison sting this time ...it was clear that the pokemon wasn't going to stop attacking him unless he made her stop.

( 9 - 7 ) + ( 10 - 9 ) = 3 x 2 (failed counter) = 6DMG Impromptu HP: 13 Impromptu was hit on his paw with the peck, and though it pierced skin it didn't draw blood. well, one or two drops, but it wasn't enough to call anything serious. "> B-but I love you! <" Why was the ball telling him it wasn't a ball? It was a ball for sure! "> Why do you lie to me if I love you <" Yeah, it seemed like the Growlithe didn't get it...the phrase wasn't called "dumb as a dog" for nothing.
He opened his mouth wide once more, lowering his head down at the Natu. He was gonna get her this time, gonna get her with another bite!

Raven heaved a mental sigh. Lovely, another coward...except this one was prone to violent outbursts in it's own fear. Despite the fact it was 'fighting back' in a sense...this was actually even worse then the Joltik.
Grabbing the third ball upon his belt, the boy hurled it forward "Crowe, become my shield!" The boy called out. It might have seemed a little cowardly to hide behind his Pokemon...worse yet to put it in harms way in his place...until you realized one simple fact. Poison couldn't hurt the steely avian.
Crowe clacked his steely beak, turning his body sideways to take the attack. His red eyes gleamed as he watched the Spinarak. If the insect didn't run soon, it was most certainly going to be turned into lunch.

Victoria always consider her luck bad but hopefully not that bad. As laying on her back she would notice the shadow over head a glint silver that made her blood boil. One of the enemy species 12 in all she would kill without remorse. Her voice would quickly follow the command ... use thunder shock. Aella was commanded even as she moved to avoid that mess.

The natu wasn't attacking this time. She was completely mystified by the Pokemon's level of stupid. It was probably the only thing to save the growlithe as the natu's face seemed to falter a bit until she started laughing.
( you really are a dumb mutt )
She declares loudly as she move out of the way of those snapping jaws.

The skarmory's metallic hide would send needles bouncing to the ground. The spinarak's attack had missed grey by only inches in term of closeness as the spinarak was faced with its natural enemy.
She would normally had scurry away from such a creature in the sky, but on the ground. Besides if they were here what ever it was wasn't so this was a safe place she wasn't eager to leave as hunkers down on the defense.
She was battling now for her life.

FUMBLE! -1 TO ALL FUTURE DEFENSE ROLLS!Though the Natu wasn't quick enough, and she'd find a sat of jaws claming down on the lower half of her body, the pair belonging to a grinning Growlithe, whos tail wagged in joy as he looked at her, crosseyed. Ball, ball, he had the ball! He gave a squeal of delight, shaking his head from side to side. Oh, they were going to have so much fun, so much fun!
He put her down, immediately laying down on top of her. If she wanted to attack, she'd have to try and get out from under him first!

!Pain and wet..., she wasn't sure which was worst as she shivered. Her feathers shurken by the gesture. Her blood mixed with slopper as in her rage she charged. Her beak was aimed to maim as she calls out.
(how many times must I tell you I am not a ball.)
She scream out as she aimed her beak at his head. She was going to peak the fact into him. The Natu was determined to make that clear with her strike.

Tsuki smiled as the sea breeze hit his face they neared the island. After docking Tsuki got out and headed on, to catch a Pokemon. He now had four Pokeballs, one from Regal, three from Barney. He heard rumors that you went to an area depends in the time of day. Not having a watch he wondered where he would end up. With two Pokemon now he was slightly more prepared than before. Prime followed swiftly. He was sure they'd find someone to join them in no time.

Tsuki would find that his happy go lucky attitude would met with reality as he would step out to find the entire area nothing but desert. The wind sweeping from the left to the right promise no relief as even that seemed to hold nothing but heat. It is here that he would be making his track...as one of the few creatures that found this fiery furnace quite relaxing watches him as he put his first foot upon his territory.
Spitting out a pokemon that had come from a living pokemon, he would make his descent. For if a Skarmory was considered lord of the sky, and a Wailord master of the seas ...he was the king of fire. His foot steps would seem to make the sand sizzle as it would reform into glass behind him as he headed towards his target with an eagerness that matches the boy's happiness he would descent down upon him.
A Heatmor as the slide to a stop in front of him as he released his flames upon the ground in a huge display of nothing but power.

Peck him, she did, and a horrified yelp would resound across the fragment among the other fragment of floating lands. Impromptu was knocked back, the small pokemon having hit him so hard in the head that a good chunk of skin had come clean off, and he was now bleeding rather terribly as he blinked, his conscious slipping.
And his final thoughts?
' this is the most hateful ball ever'
Yup. He still didn't get it.
Ada was quick to call him back, and she glared down at the bird. "You're tough, aren't you? Well, I still have quite a few aces up my sleeve..." she reached up for the black and red ball on the brim of her hat, taking it down and pressing its gold center. A Zangoose materialized it front of her, her claws crossed in an X shape. Her right eye was covered by a long patch of fur, her left ear shorter than the right. If you got close enough to peek under the fur, you'd find her eye was missing. Though none ever got the chance...she didn't allow it.
She thrust her arms to the side, her claws getting stuck. The Zangoose bit her lip, 'why do I always mess it up...' she thought to herself as she carefully untangled her claws. Once her arms were to the side, however, she was back to giving the Natu an eerie, unnerving glare, her red eyes locked on the small bird.
"Zangoose, you know what to do" The pokemon turned, glaring at her trainer. "> I have a name. Its Specter <" she growled dangerously. Not like Ada could understand her, anyways, the Zangoose would have to show her later. Specter turned, her right claws glowing a dark, blask purple as she charged towards the Natu. She was gonna skewer her, turn the bird into a Kabob with a Nightslash!
 Pokemon: Zangoose [F] Name & Level: Specter, Lv4 [Temperament] Lonely Bio: Met on an island, Carmine had originally killed this Zangoose after beating her father. Ada had felt so guilty after that, that when given the opportunity to take any Pokemon she had found there home with her as a copy, she had chosen to take Specter, it was as close as reviving her as she could get. "Well isn't someone a show off." Tsuki said to the Heatmor. This one would be hard to catch but it was vastly strong. That made this worth it. Throwing a rocky, black Pokeball, one Regal gave out came Archer his Cyndaquil. Who by the way went in to use Tackle before even listening. Who cared what his kid thought? He hadn't caught him or that thick headed Mankey named Prime. Thy damned Slowking gave him to Tsuki. But now it was fire type vs fire type as a burst of flames came out of Archers back. -Try this for hot you pointed nose freak.- he growled as he went in to use Tackle.

She had only had a moment to enjoy her victory. As the Growlithe was called back as she thought to herself quite smugly to herself.
~That is what the furry ball deserved~
But, she didn't get more than a moment for that thought before a claw came at her. The pushing that fur around the pokemon's eyes up just a little as she lunges at her. The Zangoose wasn't play around as the darkness seemed to be emitting from that paw. A darkness that could completely destroy her if she was unable to avoid those claws as she jumped backwards ...her eyes narrowed as those gruesome wounds came into view.
What in the world was she dealing with?
Real fear came into her then, but she had no choose but to fight. She wasn't going to bow down, she wasn't going to run away. She was going to stand her ground, and woe those that stand before her ...or at least ...if she could managed to keep away from those claws.
