It really seemed like things had been strange as he heard the last Diglett starting off the battle with a Screech attack. Both of them had the same speed and thus they should both try and attack. Ryuu dug his legs into the ground to try and give him a burst of speed before charging at his opponent. His jaw slid open as he leapt to Bite his opponent to stop him from making so much noise!

[SCREECH! RYUU'S DEF -2!]
Try as he might, the Larvitar would not be able to keep up with Kichi's speed, and with no attempts made to muffle the sounds of the Diglett's screams, Ryuu would feel as if his eardrums were about to start bleeding.
Shivering slightly once again, Kichi would disappear beneath the sand, popping up in exactly the same spot he'd previously been sitting. The nervous Diglett continued to shudder. No no no, he was certainly not cut out for battle...

His ears felt horrible like someone was trying to scrape the insides with some prickly leaves and then left the insides feeling raw. He paused for a second, trying to shake the feeling of the pain. Ugh, that Screech had been a powerful attack indeed. This time, he was going to try and land his attack successfully. Racing towards his opponent, he began circling the Diglett. Keeping up with his running in a circle around the pokemon, he then leapt in from the left to Bite his opponent!

( 9 - 8 ) + ( 9 - 10 ) = 0DMG Impromptu HP: 19 Ada opened her eyes. Everything was back to normal...except, she was different now. She was clean, like when she had left Regals domain, her hair was slightly shorter, and there was an extra pokeball on her hat, a Luxury ball.
So it had all been real.
She looked at the Natu in front of her, thats right, they had left off in the middle of the fight! And, unfortunately for the Natu but great for the girl and the pup, he had been fully healed and had even gotten stronger while they were out on their little trip. Impromptu's eyes lit up as they opened, he hadn't heard the Natus last words, too busy waking up. Her Giga Drain would hit, but fail to do any damage...as he smiled brightly.
"> Ball! Oh, I missed you, I missed you so much! <" He rolled over onto his back playfully, "> There was this houndour and then some zangoose and then a giant scary Donphan and this Dusclops hurt my trainer and Celebi and and and- I AM SO GLAD TO PLAY WITH YOU! <" He gave out a squeal of delight, opening his mouth up wide. He then shuffled over to the Natu, who (being both green and round) he could see no reason why it wouldn't be a ball anyways. It was an accidental counter, He was gonna Bite down on her so hard, they were going to have fun!

In that one Bite Kichi would fall...but that was not to be the end of it. Though all three Diglett had been downed, the girl and her Larvitar would hear the sound of something scrapping. The earth beneath their feet would shake slightly as something tunnelled beneath them...something more larger then the three Diglett.
Suddenly a brown shape would pop out of the ground, the precise hue of a Diglett but of a size just a little smaller then Riku's head. Muffled squeaks would come from bellow the earth as the shape seemed to struggle...then, with a spray of sand, she would pop free!
What Riku and Ryuu would face next however was not a Diglett however...but a young girl! With brown hair and eyes, the girl couldn't be any more then five or six years old. Adorning her body were incredibly simple brown clothes, the same colour as a Diglett's body. Dirt and mud smeared any part of her skin which was exposed.
More surprising then the girl's appearance however...were her words.
"Digi...Digi...DIGI!!" [Taro...Jiro...KICHI!] She cried shuffling through the sand as she swiftly dug a path with two very small shovels in her hands. Gathering them all together, the Diglett Girl looked over the three brothers with concern in her eyes "Digi digi gigi!?" [Who did this to you!?] She asked, looking almost frantic...until she caught sight of the Larvitar.
"Digi digi digi digi gigi digi gi! GI!" [Stupid dirt eater! Why don't you go eat some dirt instead of hurting my brothers! NYAAAH!] She called out rudely, sticking out her tongue at the end. Releasing one of her shovels for a moment, the girl tossed a small pouch of sand at the Larvitar's head...then, scooping her arms around the three Diglett, disappeared beneath the ground.
When either Ryuu or Riku examined the pouch however, they'd fined that in her haste, the girl perhaps made a mistake. It wasn't sand which she had thrown...it was Star Dust!
Not the most useful or valuable item in the world...but it was certain to fetch a fair price!

Okay so there were just some strange beings in the world and she was guessing she had met them all. First pokemon-human hyrids and now humans raised by pokemon? The girl just shook her head slightly. The world was some big mysterious place.. Picking up the stardust and placing it in her pack, she then grinned at her Larvitar. The battle hadn't been hard at all on him, he was stronger from his experiences back on the Mirage Island. The girl looked and there was the ferry that would take them back to the island. Hurrying onto the boat, the girl then was ready to go back to their Professor. She had the item he had sent her for- the Chrono stone as well as three additions to her original team.

When Raven next opened his eyes, it would be to find himself once more standing in the midst of the crater. He was standing exactly where he had been when he'd departed, though his stance was entirely different.
What stood before the boy now, was no doubt a rather confused Joltik. Only seconds ago it had been in the middle of battle after taking a blow, now it stood before a boy standing in a completely different fashion, and his opponent had mysteriously vanished.
"I would stand down if I were you...your odds of survival had diminished greatly" Raven spoke clearly, the faintest edge to his voice. The Joltik hardly stood a chance against Fable as he now was...he was no longer worth the time it would take to defeat. A battle against this one was unlikely to allow them much growth.

Though Raven hadn't needed to say such words ...with everything that had happen ...the Joltik had wanted nothing else. It couldn't understand what had happen, and as it looked at its opponent it had to admit that ....the Charmander looked stronger than when they first fought. It quiver lightly and then turned and scuttle away .....a pokemon's natural thought in such a strange situation was to run away and regroup.
Though that didn't mean he could expect that from all the pokemon here.

Though the Natu still wasn't going down easily ...thought the pokemon looked more than a little confused. The pokemon it had been fighting before had been an annoying ball of fluff. And now, it was still a annoying ball of fluff, but it had come back on equal level with herself. This wasn't normal, but she wasn't going to back down either ....as she fluffy out her feathers and declares sharply once more.
((I AM NOT A BALL!))
The pokemon declares as she would flap her short wings ...and leap at him. Beak down as she countered the confusion making it hard for her to determine at the moment her own strength, if the growlithe had recovered ...surely she had too?

((And just realized, I should have encountered a Skarmory before ...this post ....... twisted ))
The white flash went over the lands ....as Victoria blinked. One hand still press against the wall as it was Aella that was with her now instead of Animus. She could still remember what happen to him, and what happen to her ...as the tears ran thickly and the girl actually slump to her knees and gave a full fledge wail. Head back and tears streaming, she had been so close ...so close, and without anyone around to see her ...she had simply broken down into tears. Not caring if the sound of her crying could be heard, there was no one around anyway.
Aella was beside herself in worry then ....as the trainer she had known seemed to be acting exactly how she looked for once. She was literally acting like a 11 year old whom had just had something she really valued taken from her with no hope of getting it back.
The Emolga hadn't expected that ...as between her crying she could hear her sob mother or father. As she dropped her head and press it against the ground with her arms cupping it ...it was soon so muffled that she couldn't hear even that.
She hadn't cried that day ...she only cried now, because, she had lost a chance at correct thing. She had lost a chance at find out why it happen, and all because ....and it was then that her tears started to slow.
Raven ......
The cold water of hate flowed there, but, no ...he wasn't alone as she saw that Celebi. She had denied her as well, as more face appeared. The girl with the Growlithe, the girl with the Scraggy, and finally the girl with Gliscor. Yes, they all had a part in denial her what she wanted, and she would make them pay.
Her sob grew less, and Aella actually had fear for what her trainer might do. A rush of paws ...as she went to her belt and would pull free not one, but two ...as the first would pop open to reveal Animus. She wasn't aiming for him, but was overly happy to see him and the second one ....the second one was the pokemon she had asked for.
As their eyes locked ....Aella had expected a replica, but something about this pokemon didn't feel fake at all ....as he smiled with a smile that made goosebumps run all over her skin. Her tail flicks as she moves back lightly maybe this pokemon hadn't been such a good idea.
As the Sableye would walk over to the girl...and then a single claw would part the hair that spill past her forehead and into her eyes as she looked up to see what was touching her.
The scream that rented though that place was much louder than the sobs before as the girl ...would literally be halfway up the wall on her own ...as she sat on a small ledge that was stood twice her height above her at one point. Her eyes as round as can be as only fear would fill her as he smiles and laughs darkly.
He liked that name ...Ahhh! It suited him, though of course, that wasn't his name ...just simply the sound that Victoria would give off as the pokemon gave a bigger grin at the sight of her turning and starting to try and climb further. Oh, that was to be so much fun, ad Ahhh! would punch one claw into the cliff face and then the other, as he would climb after her. Victoria seeing him coming closer would try to speed up her own action as Aella watches it all.
The Sableye was literally chasing her ...as laughs erupted from the normally serious Animus.
((She has a fear of Sableye?))
He asked between chuckles as Aella shook her head at him. She didn't know why, but she was happy to hear his voice even though she knew that he and Victoria didn't get alone.
((No, she has a fear of ghost types.))
Though his chuckles soon died as they both realized she was actually going off and leaving them. The girl was literally scaling the cliff face with the Sableye chasing behind her.
((I probably should return you to your pokeball and carry you up, otherwise, we will be left behind.))
Aella told him as the Nidorino would shrug. Though he stopped for a moment as he something came to mind.
((When did she capture a Sableye, they aren't from this area? ))
The Emolga would wince lightly at the question as she would phrase it slowly.
((After you died))
She told him, as the Nidorino looked at her with big eyes. He had wanted his mate brought back, but instead .....he looked upwards at her. Though if she could do so with him ...the pokemon would nod his head lightly.
((I understand))
He would then go to his own pokeball and press it. The thought that this little creature could get his mate back no longer a guess, but a forgone conclusion. He would do his best to serve her well, and please her until then. Until the day she was back by his side ...as he vanished into his own pokeball, and Aella would grab both and stuff them into her cheeks. It was rather cramp in there especially with the Oran Berry, but she managed it as she would make her move to catch up. Scampering up the wall a bit, she would then push off as she caught an air current and allow herself to rise towards the screaming.
The Sableye chiming afterwards as she passed him by.

His eyes was only on Victoria.

Raven narrowed his eyes slightly as he watched the insect flee. He was remembering the creature now...an insect he'd thought had eyes to match it's own. Now however, it seemed the Pokemon's colouration suited it rather well. A cowardly yellow...like a trail of urine from the unnecessarily fearful.
Fear...the strongest, and at the same time weakest emotion in existence. It had no power lest you gave it; but so few people seemed to realize that.
The boy's ears abruptly perked, his gaze darting somewhat backward as a scream erupted in the distance "....exactly" He stated with a mutter. Rather convenient timing actually, but it was best ignored. No one who screamed that loudly could be doing anything other then running with their tail betwixt their legs.
Spreading his cloak out with a wave of his arm, the boy continued forward. He was nearly there, out of this crater and into the cavern which had brought him here. After the events upon Mirage, he was more then prepared to leave this place behind him...

Now, one might have thought the girl's screams would draw every Pokemon in the Crater to her; and in fact, the sound had echoed rather clearly across the landscape. It was unlikely that there was a single creature whom hadn't heard the sound...but not a single creature would come to investigate.
In fact, as the girl clambered up the side of the crater, a Skorupi actually turned and fled upon hearing her wails of terror.
Yes, the sound certainly grabbed the attention of every Pokemon in the area...and it made them wonder just what could make the human produce such a sound. Fear was a tricky thing. It was doubtful many Pokemon shared Victoria's phobia; but the mere idea of something making her so afraid, terrified them...or at least worried them beyond all rhyme or reason.

It was a slip then that would trigger the events from below ...a slip of one misplaced footing as the Spinarak would fall from those heights. Fall downward downward ...down to land on something soft ...as Raven end up literally with a spider on his head.
The pokemon in question was trembling as well ...yes that noise was horrifying. Why shouldn't it be, and the fact that it had been going on for a full fifteen minutes didn't help either.
The spider looked down wards at the human below her as she would react as any bug type could. She would attack as she would spew her web downwards and in his face as she used Stringshot.

Raven would look up...and given an involuntary flinch. A shudder ran through the boy's body right to his soul. Now Raven wasn't afraid of arachnids...he didn't allow things like fear to control him; he was of course conveniently forgetting his previous terror at the Wooper. The boy was however okay with the idea of being completely uncomfortable with the idea of physical contact with certain things.
Arachnids just happened to be one of them. He wasn't afraid of them...they simple made his skin crawl. Too many legs. Far too many legs.
When the Spinarak attacked, even if the move was of the none lethal variety, the boy reacted the same fashion he would have with anything else.
In seconds he sword was drawn, thrusting upward in an attempt to cut the string before it actually managed to stick to anything...and potentially impale the spider in the process. He wasn't aiming to kill it necessarily, but if it didn't get off...it wasn't coming off unharmed.

Aella wouldn't just have to get in front of the girl, but past her as she continued to run once she hit the flat surface of the top. Running at full speed, the Sableye was right on her tail as she looks over her shoulder to see him just a few steps behind her.
Her wail grew louder as she would kick up her legs even higher to try and gain more speed. The Sableye would match her strides as Aella felt a bit of a sweatdrop roll down her face. It definitely got her over her depression, but, then again there was fear that she would pass out for fear at this point. The pokemon's paws went to her cheek as she would pull out the pokeball there ....as she flew in front of them.
Animus was still safely in her cheeks as she would pull it out and throw the pokeball at her own trainer. The girl even in fear saw it ...as she caught the pokeball and turned all at the same time. It seemed that she was finally going to face her fears as she click the pokeball to enlarge it, and found herself almost nose to nose with the pokemon.
Both of her hands were throwin up as she started to run backwards still screaming. She of course had thought she had more space then she did when she made that turn, but ...with an even closer view of the pokemon ...she found herself more terrified then the first time. This time backwards running as she held the pokeball that Aella threw her upwards in her hands. Straight up was both arms like she was riding a strange type of rollercoaster as she fled.
Aella's head was cocked to the side.
That could have gone better ....as the girl was literally struggling to keep up the same speed going backwards.
This probably would have been the way that she traveled through the island if her foot hadn't hit a rock that lay jutted out of the grass. Her entire balance lost as she fell hard on her back, and the Sableye completely enjoy this turn of fate leap at her. Her hand hit the button completely by accident as the red beam hit the Sableye with his body exactly parallel hers in that leap.
THe joy on his face was a the exact opposite of the terror on hers.
Sucked back in ...with a click ....Victoria lay there with her breathe coming on ragged gasps ...as Aella lands near that arm with the pokeball. The girl trembling as her body forced to get back under her control before she would mutter.
"........What.... the.... ******** is my pokemon?"
She looked at that hand as though it had betrayed her. This was going to be a very interesting situation as Aella pulled Animus's pokeball out of her mouth. It felt a lot better to have room in her cheeks once more.
