[ Kefka : Angel Grove : Moonbase Laboratory ]Upon one of the many monitors within the strange laboratory, an image of a rather humorous clown appear, showing the man from the shoulders up. Rather, it might normally have been humorous, had there not been such a deathly scowl on the jester's face- something had clearly irritated him, and whomever he was planning to talk to would have been wise not to annoy him further. "Paging Doctor Lugae! Or Flooze. Someone. Hurry up!" he yelled, the first call having been somewhat light-hearted; the second two seemed more of an annoyed after-thought, and the final statement sounded more like a final warning than a demand. "I've got news you might be interested in, if you hurry up. I hate hate hate HATE WAITING!"For a moment, the image on the screen was replaced with a bunch of coding symbols that came together to make an obviously infuriated face. The image was quickly replaced with Kefka, who seemed to be counting down from thirty, but skipping numbers along the way.

[Jenny :: Dining Car]
Something took a leap in her heart as Jenny processed the destination. The ocean... the idea of it was enthralling. The mage nibbled gently on her straw, her mind deep at thought. She tried to replace the images of her dreams with hues of blue and green and dancing coral. It meshed badly.
What if ... what if I can't swim? She thought, feeling an overwhelming sense of panic building inside of her. She loved being in the water, but regarding her swimming capabilities... she knew they were below par if they existed at all.
~"I'm sure your dressphere will help you on that front," Siren responded, her cool voice trying to sound indifferent, almost exasperated... if Jenny didn't know better.
Jenny smiled, the voice of her summon was reassuring in the morning... especially after such a dream. She was going to respond when a different voice echoed into her mind. It was softer than the medley of heartsongs at first before gaining in clarity, though the voice itself was still soft and sweet. The flutist cast a quick glance at her bracelet before looking around the room, wondering if anyone else heard. Seeing nothing out of the norm, Jenny retreated back into herself... how was she to respond? Just like how she would when she talked to Siren, she guessed.
Kyla? The mage tentatively called out with her mind, testing the waters, "I can hear you. Is everything alright?"

{Kyle : Red Rose : Deck}
"Shenanigans Alan. You can only do so much with ingredients. We could have the exact same ingredients, but end up with different ends. It depends on the skill of the chef. Cooking is a personal thing. It brings all your little habits into the light, your personal choices. If you like something, you'll find yourself using just a small pinch more. Contrarily, if you dislike something, it won't be as evident. Even if you follow a recipe perfectly, every dish is unique to every person." He said while nodding to Kichi, then picking up his plate, he rooted through the drawers next to him to find silverware. Counting the omelets, he pulled out the exact number of forks, knives, and spoons. For himself, he pulled out only a fork.
Cutting a bit of the omelet off, he chewed on it while he thought about everyone's remarks. Leaning backwards on the side of the fridge with legs crossed, he spoke his thoughts on the matter of the 'dream'. "I wouldn't exactly call it a dream either. Unless Morpheus is interfering, I doubt the four of us would have had the same dream. So we can assume that it's probably not a dream. Then what was it? A manifestation is possible, but for all of us to have the same manifestation? Not as likely. I'd imagine we would all see the things we cherish the most first. I, for one, know that there are a few people that I wish to see that ties with my desire to get the Earth back..." At that point he stopped, thinking about them. His mom, his friends Danny, Nick, and Jojo...then.... Violently shaking his head, he pushed them all to the back of his mind. Automatically, his mind followed a set pattern of logic. He would not start crying. If he thought of them, he would start crying. Therefore, he would not think of them.
"What do you mean by ignorant John?" He asked, diverting his mind from previous thoughts.

[ Billy : Angel Grove : Blue Triceratops Zord ]
"Yeah, it seemed to be from the same source as the spike. Whatever it was was near the northwestern side of town," Billy confirmed, going back to maneuvering his Zord- under the Triceratops's foot, he managed to crush a few of the smaller Heartless with ease. "But I can't get over there to check right now, the park is still pretty infested. If you're gonna go check it out, be careful. I don't like the fact that it released nega-waves, Tommy- it could be dangerous."

Cue: Bang Bang Bang[Dani :: Angel Grove :: City Streets] Dani looked at all of the heartless that seemed to surround her, realizing that no one was going to come and save her. ‘I guess I will have to try this on my own’ Dani thought inwardly to herself. She then twirled her chakrams in her fingers before spinning her body to throw her chakrams in a circular motion. As the chakrams were thrown in this motion, the heartless that were in the first row circling her were destroyed on impact. She quickly jumped into the air and caught them while flipping backwards. Dani then noticed the heartless started to get closer to her and she quickly had to defend. She slashed her opponents as they came to strike and when they had opened themselves she stroked. This continued until none of the heartless stood before her. Dani fell to her knees afterward, feeling the strain from all of the fighting that she had done. She had noticed that the sky above was still filled with ships. She could not do anything to help them and it was only her mission to defeat the heartless that were near her. A white light appeared around the chakrams before they disappeared from sight. Dani then started to walk away, trying not to be seen.

[Amy : Red Rose]
Oh, no...
"I'm fine," Amy immediately lied. Too quickly, perhaps. "I'm, uh, I..."
Stubbed my toe, got something in my eye, fell off my bunk bed... I don't have a bunk bed... FFFFFFFFFF
She went to the door, cracking it open slightly. Seymour towered over her by at least eight inches, the villain of one of her favorite Final Fantasies come to life. Every time she saw him, she thought of how he would never just die. And damn he had some nice abs. NO. BAD, AMY, BAD.
"I'm fine," she repeated. Then, feeling an explaination was necessary, but certainly not wanting to reveal the cause of her distress was a bad dream, she added, "I just had a bad night. That's all."

[ Seymour : Red Rose : Personal Quarters ]
"Nightmares, I presume?" Seymour asked, though it came off as more of a statement, with a tone as if he... understood- as if he could sympathize. He looked down into her swollen red eyes with a look of empathy, his sparkling sapphire eyes holding some form of distant knowledge. "It is common, I believe, to have them after a great loss. I had them myself... after my mother died."
"Are you sure you don't want to talk about it?" he asked, though he seemed to step back, as if to give her some room, as if not to intrude on her if she didn't so wish. "If not with me, then maybe with one of your friends? I've come to believe that such bonds exist to strengthen you children of Earth."

[Cloud : Red Rose]
Cloud swatted away the bangs like he would a fly, absentmindedly. When they kept coming, and when warm breath fell across his forehead, well, he naturally abandoned buckling his boots to look at the source.
And the source was Axel, close enough to kiss, green mischievous eyes boring into Cloud's shocked blue ones.
"Morning Roomy."
Cloud's shock was palpable. To his credit, he didn't fall off the bed. Or stutter. Nope, he didn't stutter, although if you asked him he wouldn't be able to tell you how he managed it. The shock was obvious all the same.
". . . How long have you been there?"

[Amy : Red Rose]
A look of curiosity passed over Amy's eyes before she thought to hide it. This was not the Seymour she knew, not the villain she was familiar with. Was his past the same in this world as it was in the Final Fantasy universe? She opened the door a bit more.
"I'm not sure what there is to talk about. It was a dream. A realistic dream," she said, "I... I saw my home destroyed. By heartless. It cracked...It wasn't just– it didn't feel like a dream at all. It felt real."

[Axel:Red Rose]
Well, not really the reaction he thought might have happened. Not an attempt to lop his head off, but the amount of shock in the usually unmovable warrier was enough to satisfy his curiousity. ' Didn't know his eyes could get that wide.' It made him look as young as he probably was. When he wears that stois scoul all the time, it puts more years onto his face then he actually had.
"Long enough to know that unlike the Earthling kids, you had a very good sleep."
Axel pulled himself up again, and then dropped down from the top bunk. Guess he didn't believe in making his bed. He looked across to the room on the right where he heard the loudest temper tantrum of them all.
"Something's wrong with them. All of them."
He sounded concerned this time. Fake fo course, but it was nessessary. "They all sarted screaming and waking up at the SAME time. Last time I checked, Leon didn't install an alarm clock, he just used the intercome, but that was moments ago." He turned back to look at Cloud, the smirk falling making him look neutral. "I said I'd leave- but I didn't say how far. It's obvious these kids need our help...and that- thing, is still out there." Unless Cloud had forgotten. That creature gave them all a hard time. One nobody alone against it was suicide. Axel wasn't stupid. Heartless, but not stupid.
He turned to leave now for breakfast, his hand going for the door.

[ Lugae : Angel Grove : Moonbase Laboratory ]
The ring of metal tools clattering to the floor rang out, followed by the shuffling of feet. "Coming sir!" said a decrepit old man, coming out from behind a hulking automaton he had been working on. He wore a pink shirt and purple slacks underneath a white lab coat with gold trim. The laboratory lights reflected off his thick glasses, which had intermingling rings of red and blue. And from the looks of the man himself, he shouldn't have been able to stand up at all.
The scientist was rail thin, his skin drawn tightly against his bones. His hair was thin and white, and looked as if it had never been brushed before, the same for a tuft of a beard growing from his chin. His hands looked equally as un-groomed, each fingernail extending at least an inch from the fingertip. Lastly, he had a long gnarled nose protruding from his face.
He tried to hurriedly shuffle towards the monitor, fearing the jester might damage the lab if kept waiting. Upon reaching the monitor, he tried to put on a subservient smile, revealing he was missing a fair number of teeth. "Greetings sir! How may I serve you, oh grand mage?"

"Hmm... that does sound depressing," Seymour pondered, looking down the hallway in thought. There seemed to be a slight gleam in his eyes as he focused on the doorway into the Dining Hall of the Red Rose. "I believe, however, you'll find the others have had a similar, if not identical, dream. Quite a few of you woke up screaming at the same time- quite the coincidence, hmm?"
With that, Seymour gave the young woman a pat on her shoulder. "Confide in them. Each of you are going through tragedy. Together, you might be able to overcome it."
With that, Seymour left her, striding down the hallway as he left toward the Dining Hall.

 [Kyla: Red Rose]
Wow it worked! And judging by the singular female voice, it was exactly whom she was intending to talk to.
Under regular circumstances, Kyla would have maybe spoken to Maggie first, but Kyla couldn't bring herself to do that just yet- the girl had been under a lot of stress. Maggie had been injured and put into a coma for a while, now wasn't the time to burden her with things like this.... or so Kyla thought.
Jenny had been a very senstive and caring looking person. She hadn't spoken to her much before their parting ( she regretted that), but the entire time Jenny gave off this very open and caring vibe. An older, and more defensive Kyla wouldn't dare to have tried this... but a lot had happened.
Kyla wasn't the same anymore.
She'd make Joe proud of her. She was trying harder.
Honestly.. I- I don't know. F-first off- I'm sorry if I'm interupting something I just-
Kyla was babbling now. She was never good at this kid of stuff. 'It's ok, keep at it. Jenny's a pacient girl.
Taking another breath, Kyla tried again.
I guess I was just.. checking in on you guys. A lot has happened. It's been giving me some really strange and vivid bad dreams. How have things been on your side?

[Train ~ Dining Car]
Jack didn't say anything right away. His anger was subtle, but it was definitely there. Mr. Fancy-Pants was screwing with his world and that didn't make him too pleased. Or maybe he was angry with the fact that this great louse was reading his past and present like an open book. It wasn't really discernable.
"Well then," he seethed finally, opening his arms up and leaning slightly, "Looks like you don't need me, do you? Fancy that."
The pirate began to head for the exit but had one last comment for Kyle. "You had better know what you're doing, boy. Or there will be hell to pay. I can guarantee you that."

[ Kyle ; Sora ; Kuja : Dining Car ]
"Don't be like that, Captain, you know good and well we'll need you to help guide us around the Caribbean," Kyle quickly called out, making sure to say 'Captain' instead of Jack. As he'd worried, he'd messed up the balance, the order- he couldn't trifle too much with the canon characters. He couldn't unravel their worlds like this just yet. "All we know are the basics- you're the master of the details, and everyone knows it."
"What's going on?" Sora asked, blinking lazily- only to be slightly caught off guard as he looked out one of the windows. The train had taken off without anyone noticing a change in acceleration or pressure, likely due to the magic. Blinking again, he looked around. "I guess we're going to Port Royal?"
"Ugh, dreadful place," Kuja sneered, serving himself some hot tea (that he'd heated within seconds using his own magic). Obviously, he'd only made enough for himself. "Horrible weather, horrible people. No one understands anything about beauty."
