Tsukasa would back-step about 5m and he would open up the part of the dragon where the tag was and suck it into the dragon. The explosion would be on the inside of the dragon and wouldn't really affect Tsukasa. Tsukasa then would use Magnetism to repair the damage done to the Dragon. "Nice try...." Tsukasa then would begin to manipulate the dragon. He sent it high into the air, with Tsukasa still on it. He was ready to use it as a weapon.

(When you repair it and manipulate it do you use charka?)
Blaze would land onto another tree branch, he would do hand sign doing the shadow clone jutsu five clones would be made in five different tree's they would each put down an exploding tag. In the area they was at, then three out of the five clones would put exploding tags down near the dragon put it would be in a forum of a triangle. Another one of the clones would take out a windmill shuriken and throw at the dragon. The windmill shuriken would by flying right at the dragon head, as another clone would throw another windmill shuriken but this one would be aiming at Tsukasa.

Tsukasa mearly made the shuriken burst into grains of metal that could be used for later. Tsukasa opened up his gourd and it flowed in, closing afterward. Tsukasa began to feel his bloodlust once again. "I can't hold off any longer... I must use the Raikou..." Tsukasa took a striking stance atop the Dragon. His left hand bore his ring and was placed in a fist at his waist. His right hand was out in front of him in a fist as if to direct his strike. His knees bent and back straight. "I'll go insane if I don't use the Raikou."

Ring-Release Raikou
The release command for this ring is "Shock" (shougeki), referring to the shocking power of lightning. To release this ring, the user must approach striking position with the hand that carries the ring at his side and the other in front to direct his strike. He then thrusts forward with his ring hand with a powerful strike while calling out the release command. When performed, winds start to blow fiercly and the sky darkens. The temperature then lowers and clouds form above. Lightning strikes forth from the clouds. The trajectory cannot be conducted by any device or jutsu and it can be expertly controlled by the user. The user then starts to radiate with electrical currents and can emit lightning strikes from his arms and legs without the use of a jutsu. The user then gets a substantial increase in both his physical strength and his chakra level along with his ability to Magnetic abilities. Even when the ring is not activated, the user can also perform any Raiton Technique without performing any handsigns. The user can also recharge themself with lightning and regain Chakra without activated the ring. This ring is addictive and the wearer will become insane if it isn't used after a while. He will crave it and will eventually be forced to use its power. It can also be automatically released if under a tremendously, emotional, stressful moment.

Translation: Lightning Strike

Description: The user completely covers himself with lightning and increases his physical strength even further. He then bursts forward at a target using the lightning to launch as if it were a cannon. The user bursts forward at velocity that shatters the sound barrier. The user can travel up to 3 kilometers and can instantly change direction during and immediately after launching at the target. When contact is made with anything, the lightning tears at it and surges through it. When contact is made directly with the target, the lightning tears and surges through it, but the target is also hit with an immense amount of force that would destroy mostly anything.

Description: The user gathers energy from the lightning in the area. The user then focuses all of the energy and condenses it around his arms. The user then thrusts forward at a target and releases the energy through his arms, creating an invisible explosion of pure force that also releases a large boom. It can shatter the eardrums of any person who is not trained to fight against this jutsu and the force will disrupt any person internally. The jutsu can travel 400 kilometers in the direction aimed and also travels 300 kilometers to his sides and 200 kilometers to the rear.

Description: The user gathers lighting energy and surrounds his body. He raises his ability to control lightning and his chakra level increases. The user levitates himself into the air and the energy radiating from him becomes immense and creates a high level of pressure within a 100 kilometer radius. The user can call forth lightning and powerful wind along with creating large booms that rumble the immediate area. Speach from the user also creates powerful sound waves and seems to have a "godly" echo. This jutsu lasts for 15 of the users posts after it has been succesfully performed.

Requirements: Raikou Kamisama must be active.
Description: When the user is in the "Lightning God" state, he gains substantial power, but when the user gathers a large of power, the user can release it in a large blast of pure lightning energy and and sound. It tears through everything within 500 kilometers and tremors in the ground can be felt from 1,000 kilometers away.

Once the windmill shurikens would begin to turn to grains. The windmills shuriken that was hidden in the shadows of those would appear, knowing this was unexpected to Tsukasa he probably wouldn't be able to doge these, but Blaze wasn't taking any chances that's why he placed exploding tags on these two. They would explode causing the dragon some type of damage to were it would begin to to fall from were it was at. Smoke would be made from the explosion as TSukasa wouldn't be able to see but Blaze would be able to thanks to his sharigan. Blaze would forum a string of hand signs taking in a deep breath. "Karyuu Endan - Fire Dragon Flame Projectile." Blaze would release the air from his mouth and blow a large jet of fire from his mouth at Tsukasa.
(If you count the explosion that hit your dragon as auto hitting I'm sorry and i will change it if you want me to.)

Tsukasa thrust forward with his left hand and pulled back with his right. He then shouted, "SHOUGEKI!!!!!!" A large explosive force of Chakra Pressure was launched from Tsukasa's body. His dragon was struck by the explosions and smoke filled the air. He then launched out in a quick bolt of lightning off of the dragon and landed on the ground. Everything was burnt after this.
The skies then began to darken and clouds formed above. The temperature quickly dropped and the air seemed sick. Winds blew hard and trees swayed in the wind. Tsukasa began to eminate a dangerous Chakra.
"...This is my power...I am...THE THUNDER GOD!!!!!" He noticed that his dragon was about to fall. "I have no need for that thing any longer." He lifted his left arm and squeezed his hand into a fist. The Dragon began to crush and then exploded into a raining shards of metal. Tsukasa's Magnetism would make them completely miss him, but they would be very dangerous for Blaze.

"O great." Blaze and his clone would each look up as the metal came down the clones would be destroyed by the metal rain, as the real Blaze would get cover under a tree, knowing the tree wouldn't be able to hold him all the way he would switch to many tree's, he would have some wounds from the metal that was raining though. Blaze took a look at Tsukasa. "Tsukasa, there's no such thing as begin god." Blaze would smile as he would look at Tsukasa "Your crazy do you know that." Blaze would wipe some blood from his mouth. as he got into a fighting stance. He would begin to run at Tsukasa.

Tsukasa put out his left hand and focused his Chakra. He merely said a couple words before activating one of the most deadly of his Jutsus. "Almighty Push....." Tsukasa sent a huge wave of Chakra that covered a huge area. It could travel for 100m before it stops, but it sucked in everything around him and sent it flying with the burst of Chakra. There was literally no way to avoid this technique in Blaze's current position. He could only brace himself for impact and hope he doesn't take too much damge.

Description: Requires no handsigns, but requires great Chakra Control. The user focuses large pockets of Magnetic Chakra around the hands and arms and propels it in the direction of a target. The Chakra travels with the force of a bullet train and carries earth with it. It can shatter the ground below for about 100m and then the force disipates.

Blaze would be push back by the attack hitting a tree, Blaze would get up looking at Tsukasa. Blaze would have a smile on his face as he would do a single hand sign (Fuubaku Houjin - Exploding Seal Method Formation.) All of the exploding tags that was place on the floor from before would set off, and Tsukasa couldn't had been in a better place cause he was right in the middle of all of them, he was standing in the middle of the triangle set tags from the clones and then he was surround by the other five place in the trees. Each tag would go off after one another the ones in the trees would set the tree's on fire as they would fall near Tsukasa now a fire was spreading, the explosion would be huge were birds would begin to fly away as a fire would begin to happen. "It's not or never." Blaze would hold out his hand as chidori would begin to be seen in his hand. "Chidori Eisou - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear." An extending spear of lightning would be made out of it as he would charge at Tsukasa, he would quickly. Once in rang Blaze would go to stab the spear right underneath Tsukasa heart.

Tsukasa would be affecting dearly by the explosives, but he would avoid the tree. As Tsukasa was preparing for one of his other deadly Ninjutus, he noticed the Chidori Eisou. "Fool..." Tsukasa let the jutsu hit him, but he was unaffected. "Oh yes!!! That feels great!!!!" Tsukasa was not only unaffected by being hit by any Lightning-Based attack, but he was instantly revitalized by it. His Chakra was now regained and he felt increasingly stronger as the spear was hitting him. It did not pierce, but it was being literally absorbed into him. He focused the Chakra once more around his Target this time. "Universal Pull!!!!" Tsukasa was at least 60m+ away because of the Almighty Push. This would have no affect on Tsukasa.
The area around Blaze began to get crushed as it was brought in towards him. Everything would be a deadly projectile aimed at him and it would suck him in as well being unable to to avoid due to his active Chidori Eisou.

The Chakra must be greatly focused and refined. The user causes the area around the target to emplode, utterly crushing the target. Avoidable if the target can move at insanely high speeds. Must be used at least 50m away from user or else the user will be sucked into the jutsu.

"Your the fool." While Tsukasa let the justu hit him, Blaze with his free hand extend large snakes from his sleeves, which coil around the target and bind him. Blaze knew that Tsukasa would let him get near him and that's all he needed for Tsukasa to do. So that way his snakes would bind him down, Blaze would look into Tsukasa eye's as his sharigan would begin to spin and he would trap Tsukasa in an Genjutsu.

(Ok then just cross out that part, I'll explain to you what 'm trying to say, while you was eating up the Chidori attack. I extended snakes from my sleeves to bind you down. while you was bind down i looked into your eye's with my sharigan to trap you into a Genjutsu, but your saying you used a jutsu so you must be caught in the jutsu with me or something dont you think. I'm use to saying what happen instead of me saying that what i tryed to do. stressed I gotta get use to these new RP systems.)

{{OoC: It's a little better, but what's with the getting close to me part. The Jutsu I used shouldn't leave you able to use any other Jutsu and it would cause major damage. And I wouldn't let you get close to me, I'd let out lightning that would go and shock you by transferring it through the snakes.}}
