 "Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet."Soooo, the cheesecake didn't really turn out cat_gonk It cracked and was stuck to the pan so I didn't even bother decorating it except for putting some banana slices on top. It wasn't even just appearances though. The crust turned out tough. It was just cookie crumbs, butter, cinnamon, and sugar, but I've never put sugar in that kind of crust before. I think it sort of caramelized or something and that's why it got tough. I knew I shouldn't have listened to the recipe cat_stare "I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it."

"Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet." I don't know; the flavor was okay. It was almost bitter the first night. I don't really understand that because I tasted it the "batter" when I just had the cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice and it tasted amazing. All that was added after was banana (which should have added more sweetness to it) sour cream ( also had a slightly sweet, tangy taste to it) and eggs. The next day it did taste a little sweeter for some reason. I've got to say, most of the time when something I've made that doesn't turn out how I want it to it's usually my fault, but I've made cheesecake a couple times and they've always turned out great. I think if I use this recipe again I'll have to make a few changes to it. "I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it."
