Jun was a little baffled when Lin took his mushrooms. It was most definitely a moment of deja vu for him.
"Oh, no. I actually don't like them very much," Jun answered half believing her excuse. Something about Lin seemed vaguely familiar, almost similar to Lee. Perhaps he should investigate further before making any assumptions on the matter.
"Thanks," Luu smiled taking the compliment. Wait a sec, it was a compliment right? Whatever. Though, as she did, she pushed out at his feet, attempting to make him fall as well. Technically he should fall right? Especially if his stance was slack as it was. If he was still in 'fighting mode' then he wouldn't have, but maybe...

"Oh, lucky me," Lin smiled back, continuing to pick the mushrooms out.
Lin ate while staring at her noodles. She was blowing it, she knew. She didn't want him to know. He would hate her. He would despise her. Why would he like someone who could be a boy too? In fact, why would he like someone where he wouldn't know who she was. Lin was thinking whether she should be Lin or was it better to be Lee.
Zuko was not expecting it and fell atop of Chen.
"What are you-" he began then stopped, his face ever so close to hers.
Zuko noticed how pretty Chen was for the first time. He couldn't help staring at her, and he noticed something in her eyes. The colour of them to be specific. Zuko stood up hastily before she noticed that he had noticed something. He also didn't like it that she had a close up of his scar.

Jun finished his bowl of noodles and looked at Lin who seemed quite focused on something.
"What's up?" He asked, then sort of thinking it was his own fault. "Sorry about dragging you out today, you probably didn't want to go out with me, especially if you thought you'd be hanging out with Luu today."
Luu got up herself. Her heart was thumping so ferociously, that she thought that the world could hear it.
"Um..- Sorry..- I didn't mean-" Luu attempted to apologize, but she fumbled with her words due to her being flustered. Really though, she didn't expect him to fall on her like that!

"It's okay. I'm a bit surprised you know. You seem distinguished, even though we are eating here," Lin replied, "I just don't feel like I should be eating with you."
Lin finished her bowl of noodles and set down her chopsticks.
"Why did you want to go with me today?"
"It's okay. We should go. Want to stay for dinner? Uncle has probably prepared something already," Zuko replied, acting as if it didn't affect him one bit.

"Well..." Jun began contemplating on his words.
He really had to think about it in that short second. Whether to say what's on his mind or say otherwise to patch things accordingly. But, since his personality overcame his mind.
"It's 'cause I like you," he finished bluntly.
"Oh, I don't really want to be a burden you know," Luu shook her head refusing the invitation. But, of course, Iroh had to come to them just then.
"Ah! Chen I'm glad you're still here. You can take my nephew out for dinner! Oh wait a second. Lee, take Chen out for dinner, some customers invited me out tonight," he grinned happily.

Lin knew she shouldn't be happy about that, but she was. She stood up. It was time to return to being Lee. This was dangerous.
"I'm sorry. I have to go," she said, running off.
Zuko stood still as Iroh excitedly bustled around and left.
"Uh. I guess we'll go get something? I mean, want to go get dinner with me," Zuko corrected.

Jun let out a silent sigh.
He was a little disappointed, but a little not at the same time. In a way, he sort of knew that would've happen. Oh well, perhaps all hope isn't lost completely. Without anything else to do, Jun began to make his way back, but then along the way, he stopped. His mind began to click. Something about Lin and Lee. They were just way too similar to not be related. Jun contemplated on the idea, perhaps he should investigate further into Luu. If Lee and Lin did not give weigh, then perhaps Luu would. Jun needed a crack, just a small one, anywhere in this crazy story. How lucky, Jun smiled, as he saw Luu heading down the street, but what's this? She was with another guy?
"Sure!" Luu smiled, her smile with a reminisce of laughter from Iroh's suggestion. Luu's heart seemed to calm down as they headed down. Due to Luu's preference, they heading down to the middle-class ring, the upper-class still sort of creepy to her, probably because throughout her whole life, she's only ever seen more shabbier buildings, never the spiffy shiny ones.

Lin waited at the camp. As Lin, Jun liked her. As Lee, well, Jun liked her as a man. However, she wanted to stay in the army. She sighed, earth bending a rock around.
"Uh. I'm not sure what you want..." Zuko began.

"Anything's fine really," Luu answered reflexively, but then rethought her words. "How about we just have a noodles? There's a good noodle house around here, outside seating though." Without letting 'Lee' respond, Luu brought him to the noodle house she spoke of. They sat down and ordered.
"I need to go to the washroom, excuse me," Luu informed after they ordered.
Jun followed the pair, as creepy as that may seem, as they came to a noodle house. He watched and, lucky him, Luu left the table. Seizing this chance, Jun hurried in taking Luu's empty spot.
"So, what's your relationship with Luu?" He asked bluntly.

Zuko blinked, but resumed to positioning his chopsticks, "Who are you? What do you want with Chen? Did you just call her Luu?"
Zuko narrowed his eyes. He was being all protective all of the sudden. He couldn't but his finger on it, but he didn't know that Chen knew another man than him. No less, an older good looking one.

"I'm Jun Li and she's my friend's girlfriend," Jun answered as if that was an obvious question. "And, her name's Luu, not Chen." Jun's eyebrows raised, perhaps his investigation work would actually be effective after all.
"Now you know who I am, so tell me who you are!"

"Girlfriend? She doesn't have a boyfriend," Zuko argued, standing up, "She never mentions it, and I've never seen her once with this so-called boyfriend."
Zuko's hand balled into a fist. "I'm Lee. Let's see your friend and ask him if he really is her girlfriend."
All the while he was thinking why was Chen called Luu? Was there some sort of mistake?

Jun coughed, well sort of choked too. This girl must have a 'Lee' affinity of some sort.
"Well, she's probably- oops, sorry gotta run," Jun said as he spotted Luu returning, stealthily he dashed off. Perhaps Luu was coning both of them, or perhaps, his friend was not a boy named Lee, but a girl named Lin. Jun returned to his room, determined to solve this mystery.
Luu returned back to her seat to find 'Lee' standing up.
"What's wrong?" She asked. His face looked bothered by something...

Lin was already sleeping. She rolled in her sleep and mumbled. She dreamt Jun found out.
"Nothing. Let's eat," Zuko replied, sitting down as the food came.
He dared not to look at Chen in fear he would blow up. He needed to learn patience and timing of when to bring what he had just learnt up.

Jun headed into his shared room with Lee to find Lee already sleeping. He paused, thinking whether or not to check if that Lee was actually Lin. He moved closely, silently, and hovered over Lee. If he was wrong then that would settle his thoughts, and if he was right then... he wasn't too sure. But, if he didn't check, it would eventually conjure some problem between them. Finally deciding, Jun held his breath as he reached over, gently shifting Lee's bangs to the side. As soon as he did, he dropped his hand retreating back to his bed. He got in and closed his eyes. His heart was fluttering, in fact, there were tingles through his body and he wasn't too sure if he could stay in his own bed like this. Withstand it for now, was his only thoughts.
"Alright," Luu responded, not delving in further into her question. But, as they ate, Luu noticed something was definitely on his mind, and she didn't like it. It probably had to do something with her or something of the sorts. She didn't like this at all.
"What's on your mind?" She asked looking at him directly.
