Yuri: You're the last one!
*As the white Armored Module comes to a halt in mid space, segments of the ship swings open, extending it's arms and legs out in it's Doll Form. The two, long extentions that hang down from the shoulders springs up and points at the last remaining Reb Gelf unit in the field.*
Target lock-on set! G Axel Driver, shoot!
*The two extentions charges up it's electrical currents and emits quick blasts of rushing, destructive bolts at the helpless Renegade. The last enemy unit was destroyed in another explosion as soon as the attack had contact with the Reb Gelf's body, leaving only scraps of metal after the bright light of the explosion cleared.*
Navigator A: All enemy units have been destroyed.
Locke: Alright. *Transmission to all Vanguardian units.* All units return to White Phantom. We will be docking in the Mythril Legion momentarily.

As the final enemy mecha flickered into nonexistance with bursts of flame, Heath breathed a sigh of relief, ready to give the order to return.
"Alright men. Good job today. Recall the machines and prepare to dock with the Legion. We'll need to file the reports now."
Tack threw the switch for all allied mech channels "All units, back to base." Throwing the switch back, Tack almost couldn't contain his excitement. "Too...........freaking............AWESOME!"
Jace just sat back, taking a book out and scribbling a few notes around in it. "New models should be here soon...........once we get that data, I can finish the OS for the final design........."
Tack had apparently drifted out of his seat and was hovering behind Jace "What's this with the thing of flyable goodness?" he said, taking note of one of Jace's more unique designs.
Closing the book, he simply responded with "Something you won't be piloting."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Guilliam landed in the Phantom's hangar shortly before docking maneuvers were complete with the Legion. He noted a few other machines had attempted to enter the battle just before it's end. A majority of the recruits at the Legion probably weren't aware that most of the Phantom's boarders were adept pilots, and able to fend off an attack without reinforcements. He wondered who gave the order to sortie, and if he'd recieve repremandation for such hasty maneuvers.
"Erin should be arriving shortly..........those two new models should be just what Jace needs.......an AC unit...........I suppose Light organized that one." Coming to silence with himself, he grabbed a towel he kept in Alt for wiping off the sweat from a battle. Alt's interior cooling systems appeared to be shocked, so his hair was rather soaked. "Wonder if they have any spare parts to fix this up....."

Arc: *Arc's decrepit Zaku, by the works of the enemy Zekaria unit that had escaped, arrives at White Phantom's docking bay after a few others. The Zaku soon makes it's way to the hangar and comes to a halt, the mono-eye fading from it's face. As the hatch on it's torso opens, Arc steps out from the cockpit, his helmet under his arm, wiping the sweat off of his head with the sleeve of his other arm.*
Ward: *Waiting at Arc's hangar was Ward, gazing at the damages on the Zaku unit's left arm. A few deep holes, a missing shield, and a deep, thick scratch on the side where he used to block most damages on the unit.*
Hey, you put up a good fight out there.
Ward, where are the others?
Rob's gawking at the new units that just came from the other ship that was with us in the battle. Frank's with him too. I was going to go tell them that the crew wants our help. The other pilots went to the ship's lounge. Why don't you go there? You guys deserve a break since you were all dragged into this battle.
Thanks. I guess I'll be heading there now.
Alright. Later, Arc.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Frank: Will you stop staring at the thing and go already?! I think that was Arc that just docked!
*He pulls on Rob's legs to drag him away from the Alterion, but Rob resists by clinging onto the guard rails.*
Rob: But it's a new design! I haven't seen one like this before! I MUST STUDY IT!!! >_<
*He tries pulling himself closer to the Armored Module by climbing the guard rails horizontally like a ladder.*

Locke: *The great, blue warship drifts into the hangar of the Mythril Legion from the air lock, after the post-battle scouting has been done in the space that was now quiet as ever. Stopping at the mobile suit hangar, the crews of the ship hurriedly transport the Zaku units that were left on the ship back in their hangars. Suddenly, in the bridge of the Aqua Valiance, a short tone was heard, followed by Locke's voice.*
Hey, Ra'Quwei. What's the news?
Ra'Quwei: *The transmission on Locke's communicator was from his secretary back in Grand Vanguard.*
Governor Trufeld, I had word that the planetary exploration mission to Fede Trovata has met it's requirements. Shall I organize a schedule for their departure?
That'll be great. By the way, I'm planning on going to stop by somewhere out of Vanguardian space after my business here in the Legion is over, so it might be a while before I return to my office. And sorry about all the work I'm leaving back there.
Where do you plan on going, sir?
We haven't decided yet. I'll let you know when it is definate. Anyway, I have business to attend to now.
Okay, sir. End transmission.
*By then, the Zaku unloading was complete, and the Valiance had already made it's way to dock on the Legion.

Ander followed the directions the AI gave him to the command hangar, and maneuvered closer to the gigantic station.
[Hmm...that's the Aqua Valiance unloading those Zakus...I wonder who's on board?]
He flew into the hangar bay of the Mythril Legion, landed, and powered down. Ander noticed a nervous looking lieutenant standing on the edge of the landing pad, who snapped to attention the moment he got down from his fighter.
"Sir! Welcome to the Mythril Legion, sir!"
[Oh boy...] Ander suppressed a grin [Another textbook-perfect, top-off-the-class enthusiast...well, I guess I am sort of his commanding officer...] He returned the salute. "Greetings Lieutenant. I'm glad to finally get here. Could you tell me where I might find Alexander Fedelki?"
"Of course sir. I believe he is on board the Aqua Valiance."
[Nice choice to hitch a ride on!] Ander thought. "Oh? Well, then I'll let him know i'm coming" said Ander as he turned back to his fighter.
"Um...sir!" the lieutenant said, "the Aqua Valiance is going to be docking with the Mythril Legion. They just finisdhed unloading their Zakus."
"Ah. Well, lead the way then, lieutenant...?"
"Stark, sir. If you will follow me?" Lt. Stark began walking towards the other end of the hangar, where there was a rapidly growng group of damaged Zakus.
As they passed the battle-worn behemoths, Ander thought to himself:[Hmm...Zakus...they're okay, but I think that the 'Legion needs some new units...]
They arrived at the docking port, and Ander dismissed Lt. Stark back to his duties. He turned back to the docking port to see the Aqua Valiance coming through the space doors.
[There she is...well, I guess I'll know soon enough exactly what's been going on. If good old governor Alex decides to explain it to me...]

As the Phantom docked with the Mythril Legion, a new ship reverted to normal space, gaining it's own clearance to enter the local airspace. It was an Argosy transport class, taking much resemblance to a larger version of the old line of Earth shuttles during the early age of space exploration. Though it sported the Onitt Corporate emblem, it was clearly armed well beyond the usual corporate transports. While the Phantom took it's boarding with the Legion, the Argosy took it's airlock to that of the Phantom's. The Phantom's crew took their leave to the hangar, ready to inspect the new boardings. After all had cleared out of the hangar, short of those in normal suits, proceedures began to take in their guests. From the airlock boarding came a young woman and two crewmen, both making their way for the Phantom's docking bay hatch.
"So, are you all glad to see me again?"
Heath looked down at her "Have your men load the new machines in the rear mobile weapon storage. I want the new W.A.L.L.S. system installed by the end of the day."
Erin breathed a deep sigh "Yeesh.........so buisness like.......at least Tack here will be happy to see the new arrivals."
Tack's eyes lit up "Oooooo! Whatja bring us?!"
At the opposite end of the bay, the two crewmen were waving lights, guiding a frame with what appeared to be a Huckebein Mk II with some minor structural changes.
"WHOA! Is that what I think it is?!" Tack no sooner spoke the words than he jumped over to the machine.
Jace took a good look at the design. "Slightly reinforced elbow and shoulder support. This is the Fencer........." As the first was guided into the back of the hangar, a second was brought in with two large crates following, easily rivaling the mechs in size "The Gunner............gotta rename that one sometime...." Jace took a leap in the Zero G environment over to the boarding crews. "Okay, once we finish loading this, let's get the W.A.L.L.S. system up and get some launch tests in."
Guilliam signed for one crate during the unloading process. "New equipment for Alt's bunkers........a Bluetooth R-198 system.......guess this'll be the closest thing it'll ever get to an all range attack. Besides, this means I can move a bit faster and be slightly less out of a weapon........if the right situation would present itself."
Erin took a look at the parts in the crate "Like the goodies I got for ya?"
"A bit specific, but appreciated none the less."
She bent into the box, taking some of the new parts in hand "Go cool off and take care of buisness. I'll take care of the installation and AI update."
"Thanks. I assume the new governor will want a word with us on the battle situation." Guilliam shrugged off to the port to the Valience, hoping to gain a moments rest before taking to the whole verbal bouts spawned from the battle.

Ander waits off to the side of the airlock, reading a report on the recent battle on a pad that he borrowed from a passing tech. He finishes just as the huge ship finishes rigging docking clamps, transfer lines, and finally pressurizes the walkway between the airlock and the hangar deck of the Mythril Legion.
[Alright then...here we go.]
Ander tenses up as the doors open with a hiss of equalizing pressure, and the first techs and pilots begin making their way off the Aqua Valience. After a few minutes, Ander spies the people he's looking for.
[Well if it isn't Alex...and in quite the company! Looks like Governor Trufeld, unless I miss my guess. And I'll bet those pilots with them are also persons of similar eminence, based on the flight suits...heck, they could all be the flag officers of the Vanguardian military for all I know!...great. And here I am in a travel cloak with no insignia what-so-ever. I wonder if anybody recognizes me...nope. I'd better flag them down before they walk too far. I wonder why they all look so grim? Especially the dude with the metal arm. Have I seen...?...nah, probably not. Probably expecting me to rip them about something or other. Ah the joys of command...]
Ander steps out in front of the group, softly clearing his throat. "Welcome to the Mythril Legion. Allow me to introduce myself: I am Ander Cypher, newly appointed Governor of this battle station. I know a few of you, but most of you do not know me. Now I have a few questions for you, and I believe you all have questions for me. I'm sure you all have business to attend to, so let's get right to it, shall we?"

Locke: Ah, Governor Cypher. I believe I have not yet congratulated you on your newly appointed position in person yet. If we were not in our current situation, we would have had a toast for this occasion.
*As he steps up to shake his hand, his presence gave a strong disturbance in the air. It was the force being interrupted by another strong force.. but constantly and in a generally wide area which grew as Locke advanced closer to him.
When he grabs Governor Cypher's hand, Locke's eyes drops for a split second to the hand that he is shaking. In a single shake, their hands felt as if they had gone under an odd, tingling feeling to a stinging paralysis, a heavy numbness, a cold chill, and leaves a slight fuzzy feeling when the shake had ended.*
.. I'm sorry about that. This is the first time meeting a Jedi for me.. But we must discuss our current situation with the Governors. Please lead us the way to the meeting room.

"Thank you, Governor Truefeld, for the greeting. I'm sure that we will have much to discuss." Ander flexed his fingers to shake off the odd numbness that had gripped them, and used the gesture to signal one of the guards to go assemble the Mythril Legion's bridge officers in the briefing room. "If you will all follow me, we can get this meeting underway," Ander said, starting off down the flight deck.So that's governor Truefeld. He seemed to be able to notice me probing the group. Interesting. I may have to be more careful. I haven't felt a presence like that since... Ander suddenly felt a shock to his extended senses; recognition and anger among others. He whirled around in time to see Alexander go flying across the bay from the impact of the metal-armed man's fist. The security guards had drawn their sidearms, then put them away. And Alexander thinks I'm being overly formal? He just got his chronometer cleaned! Ander shook his head as Alexander was escorted off deck towards the nearest med lab. "Well, I guess governor Fedelki will be joining us later. This way please," he said, indicating the passageway to the officer's briefing room. Once they were all assembled, he keyed the holographic projector for a replay of the recent battle. He paused it a few minutes before the end of the main engagement. "Since I'm sure you all have other businees to attend to, I will dispense with the pleasantries and be brief. I've been reading the battle logs and have been brought up to date as to the current situation with the Renegades here at the Mythril Legion. The first thing I think we need to figure out is why would the Renegades attack us here? The Mythril Legion is possibly the most heavily defended base in Vanguardian territory, so what tactical or strategic advantage does it give them to engage us when they are so significantly under-gunned? Secondly, where are they attacking from? In order to launch an attack of this size they have to have a base or at least a staging area. If such a base exists, then we need to launch a counter-strike before they strike another one of the Vanguardian colonies. Towards that end I have a few ideas, but first of all I would like your input. In other words, what the hell are we dealing with?"

Ander examined the holo of his predecessor with interest, musing over his current position, thinking over what little he knew of the ex-general. Interesting...so this is the man who knew this station inside and out...I should probably check his...my...cabin for any insight into the man. He doesn't strike me as a fool, so why did he disappear? If he is a traitor, what does he know that we don't...? Locke's mention of hyper gates drew Ander out of his reverie. "The hyper gates?" he thought out loud, "what do you mean? They need the hyper gates. They're using them. They would have had to." Ander looked up from his contemplation and saw by the stunned looks he was getting that this was news to everyone. Oh, wait a second...that would mean...I just hope I'm wrong. "Allow me to explain," he said. "I took the liberty of examining the Mythril Legion's sensor logs for the time period a few hours before the attack," he explained, punching up the scan readout on the projector, replacing the image of the ex-general with one of the Mythril Legion and surrounding space. "There was a sensor trace of a hyper gate opening and closing. Here." He indicated a flashing icon on the projection. "The only discrepancy is, the trace came from an area nearly six hundred kilometers away from the Mythril Legion. If you check the patrol log for that time, the nearest hyper gate was just over five hundred clicks distant, and the gate systems showed no sign of being activated by anything until Governor Truefeld left before the battle. The sensor operators reported it as a glitch, but the distances for all of our other units were consistent. Now this means that either the sensors on the Mythril Legion were wrong only on the range of the gate, or somehow the renegades managed to open their own gate portal outside of our system." I'm not wrong. It's crazy...but I know I'm not wrong, Ander thought to himself. The silence in the room brought Ander back to the situation at hand. "I know this sounds impossible, but I don't see any other possible explanation."

"What am I doing here?" Zeronic questioned himself. He could hardly keep up with their ideas and theories. He stayed silent for the most part just so he wouldn't sound stupid. He knew what they ment, but he was just confused as to why and what was happening, he wasn't there. He didn't understand Mythril Legion and it's surrounding parts. "What if they hijacked one of ours, or made one of their own right under our noses?" He wondered, then said aloud. "There has to be one here, so what other way could they be unless they didn't use the HyperGate.. And you've already confirmed that they had, so what else could it be?" Everybody was silent for a minuet. He was currious if they heard him at all.. he had no clue, he had never been in a meeting a couple million miles away, possibly more. He continued anyways though. "It would mean though that somebody who understands the technology either way was with them. If they made one then they've got to be smart enough to do so, and if they used one of ours they'd also have to be pretty smart to be able to make it go against it's programming." He waited about ten seconds before he asked one last question. "Hello? Can anybody hear me?"

Ander blinked at governor Zeronic's transmission. He's uneasy...why? "You're coming through fine, Governor. There's a small amount of transmission lag time on this channel, but its the best we can do. I'm just trying to get the two sides of this encounter to match up. Our gate didn't activate, according to the status monitors built into the gate and the sensors on the Mythril Legion. However, a gate portal was established..." he trails off here for a second before continuing. "We have to discover more before we can come to a satisfactory conclusion. If the Renegades do have an expert with enough knowledge of the Hyper Gate system to allow them to build their own, we have to find out who it is. Until we know more, I suggest that we adjourn for the time being. Throwing out theories before we have any further information would be nothing more than guesswork." As if what we've done here isn't more than glorified guesswork! As the holo screens wink out and the assembled leaders rise to leave, he turns to Locke and asks in a subdued voice, "Governor Truefeld, did the former General have the technological expertise to understand the Hyper Gates in a way that would have allowed him to duplicate the technology? If he did, I may be able to find something in his personal affects here on the Mythril Legion."
