The Kage looked at Hiyo and nodded slightly. The lock like Item on the scroll clicking slightly. "That scroll wont open unless your chakra is placed into the scroll" He said standing up looking at the Genin who he was now towering over. "This mission is If anyone other then those i stated before, is a simple D rank information gathering mission. But In actuallity the mission is a S Class. You are also needed to Send Information back after contact with each demon host; using that scroll" He said nodding to Hiyo. "You are to leave as soon as you gather your things"

 HIYO MIYAKI There goes my hero... Hiyo felt a sudden feeling of empowerment, this scroll was made for him and only him to use. "Thank you for this opportunity sir." He said showing his respect for his kage, "I will leave within an hour." He bowed once more and waited to receive more information or to be told to be on his way. ... he's ordinary

The Raikage made a few hand signs and then bit his finger slightly; only enough to Draw blood. As he placed his hand on the desk a cloud of smoke appeared. "This is for you" he said as the cloud of smoke still covered the table. "He is still too young to talk, but he will be able to take that scroll to and from you to here" He said as the smoke faded away showing a Lizard.. It had a backpack like item on its back for the scroll to be placed.
(You can alter the size to your liking; His current size is the smallest it can be, while The size of house Cat is the largest allowed
Think of him Like Akamaru, small now but will grow over time; and is smart enough to use Jutsu; he currently only knows Tree and water walking)

"You now have every thing that you need for this mission" He said looking at Hiyo, he had the scroll, his orders, and the Lizard. "Alright you are dismissed" He said before turning and walking back to his desk. "Also the Lizards name is Aoiro" He said before sitting down at his desk. The Raikage then took out a scroll and wrote down the directions to the Counsel. "After you get there; or rememorizes this, destroy it, alright, we dont want unwanted visitors getting to the counsel" He said as he handed the scroll to Hiyo.

He began thinking about all the things he needed; his sword, well, all he needed to pick up was his sword, the only other thing was to say bye to Shiso, maybe he would be able to keep in touch with her. The building was enormous. "No wonder the Kage always seem isolated-they're buried in their workplace!" The young girl though to herself, sniffing at the air. She could faintly smell the scent trails, a characteristic of her father's family, and she followed her nose to the location. She briefly caught sight of a man walking the other way, and she pushed open the door to the office. A small dog peeked around the door, following close behind the girl. "Honored Raikage," the girl mumbled, bowing before the desk, "I wish to finish my training outside of the academy. My name is Tsukiko Inuzuka, however, my mother is a native Yotsuki clan member, and I have returned home to Kumokagure after many years away in Konoha." The girl stood, slight figure slouched gently to hold the dog that was following her.

The Raikage looked at th new girl who had just walked into his office, he had heard that the girl would be coming to his office; information in the village spread fast; as least the information in the village always spread quickly to him. "Very well" He said looking at the girl who had just walked in as well as the dog. "Very well; one of my Ninja just left his team, you are to find Shiso Madaraki, and Yukai Okaeshi" He said looking at the papers that was on his desk. "You are to tell them that you are filling in for Hiyo while he is out of the village on a mission" He said knowing that there was a mission for them to do as soon as they got together. "After you get all of them together bring all of them back here" He said still reading the paper work that was on his desk.

The girl nodded her head vigorously, shaking the mussed bleach-white hair on her head. The green eyes looked in determination, and she turned to leave. "I will find these ninja, and bring them here. I will be back soon. Thank you, Honored Raikage." The dog in the girl's arms barked quietly at the Raikage sitting at his desk, and wagged its tail. "Be quiet San, now is not the time," the girl mumbled as she walked out of the door towards the rest of the village.

When she had caught up to her teammates, she looked up at the lavished building where the Raikage waited and fiddled with her gloves as she stared down at her shoes and paled in pure terror. What if... What if the Raikage was mad at her? At all of them, for failing the chunin exams...
What if he was really upset with her and Yukai? Lately, he hadn't been exactly in a good mood; it seemed he had gotten more cynical than ever this time. So... Should she expect some kind of lecture or scolding from him just because they didn't succeed the second round...?
"Ahmmm... T-Tsukiko?" she asked, turning around to the blonde Inuzuka as she poked both pointer fingers together, still staring at her high-heeled sandals, "D-Did... Was Raikage mad when he asked for us to come here?"
"... Girl when you fight, it looks like a dance, you're romantic, you're maaaagic~!"

 "Ne, Honored Raikage wasn't in a bad mood at all. Seems as though something has come up....." The blonde walked up to the Raikage's desk, hands next to her. "Honored Raikage, I've brought Shiso and Yukai as promised, in a timely manner. What is our assignment?" San sat down next to her master, tail wagging expectantly.

As the two walked in the Raikage looked at the two of them, Yukai had yet to walk in along with the others. "I will wait until the third member of Team one arrives" He said to he two, it was a simple comment but it was also showing, that the new Cloud ninja was replacing Hiyo as the third member of the team. "When she arrives I will tell you what your mission is"

Protect everyone... ♫ Yukai Okaeshi ♫ raikage i've been here all along... she waved her arm above her other 2 teammates, before stepping forward so she was in view. sorry, i didnt know you couldnt see me... she wasnt in the mood for a misson, it couldnt be helped but still, she failed teh exams and now she had to go through it again next time! she couldnt give a flying monkey's about failing, its about going through hell again for the damn thing! And look cool doing it...

"..." Yukai was here, that was good. And Raikage didn't seem upset, or angry, so that was a good sign too... She then rubbed her hand against her hand and tried to stand up straight, sighing. Hopefully, this mission was an intermediate. She didn't necessarily want this mission to be easy, yet... She didn't want this mission to be hard neither.
Was there ever such a thing as 'average'? She then cleared her throat and fixed her posture as she spoke politely, "All here and accounted for, R-Raikage-tono. Y-You were saying...?"
Her voice was a bit shakey. Perhaps nervous. But a smile small rested on her lips as she batted her red-trimmed eye lashes and tried to appear confident in the eyes of the Raikage and her teammates. There were butterflies fluttering around in her stomach, now...

As the Raikage looked at The three who where now standing in front of him, he looked at the paper's that where one his desk. "There was a mission that i was going to send you on, but it is currently unavailable" He said seeming yo flip through the papers looking for one in specific. "However there is a C Rank mission on the edge of the the Land of Lightning Boarders that you can take' the man offering the mission's name is Bates" He said still looking at th girls in front of him.
