(( Smooth move, Mel. X'D ))
What Tunda received for his instinctual attack was a pile of clothing in the face. Were some of them singed? That was all Mel could worry about as he looked up at Tunda in bewilderment, vaguely wondering how he came to be on the floor. Likewise he was not sure how he made it back to his feet; he felt the aftermath of electricity bizarrely invigorating his muscles but little else. "Ah... I'm okay... my fault..." He spoke a little too loud, feeling his ears ringing. So... he would be okay. Maybe he could just walk it off... Gingerly, he patted Tunda's shoulder, not because he was afraid of another shock, but because it was difficult to tap a shaking shoulder with an equally shaking hand. "It's all right..."

When the clothing had ended up in his face, Tunda's immediate impulse was to drop to the floor in a quivering heap, arms up over his head as he curled up in the fetal position, his injured leg sticking out since it hurt to move it while he tried to protect his more vital areas from what he thought was a beating. He calms down, slightly, hearing the others voice. Peering up through messy, wet bangs, he noticed that, indeed the other had received quite a bit of voltage from that tiny burst. "S-Sorry... I'm sorry.." That was all he could think to say, over and over, anything in an effort to make the attack he'd made on his savior less painful.

(( OMG. D'x Poor thing, really. ))
Thankfully Mel was able to shake off most of the shock that his body was going through. Or perhaps more accurately, push it aside, deal with it later. He could go into autopilot... no problem.
He knelt down and pulled Tunda's head gently into his lap. Shakily he brushed the bangs from Tunda's eyes and pet his hair. It was the only thing he could think to do. It felt strange somehow that he would be the one comforting his attacker, even if it was an accident. For every apology given, the dragon pardoned him. "It's okay. It's okay."
It continued like this until Shido finally came down the hall. What a strange sight. On the floor, an explosion of laundry surrounded a dragon with now-frizzy hair and a pokemon curled up in a fetal position. "I saw a flash..." That was all the vampire bothered to say before approaching them. "Need some help getting him inside?"

(( XD I know. I'm horrible to him. So horrible.))
Tunda, hearing the other voice, cringes again and practically throws himself into Mel's lap, curling up as small as he possibly could, ignoring his injuries calling out against the movement. As the dragon continued to pet him, he started to slowly calm down, then tension seeming to ease very very slowly from his muscles before he scoots himself back into the bathroom, sitting rather awkwardly on the floor, eyes on the floor in front of him, head bowed.

"I suppose I shouldn't have come... but I wasn't sure." Shido frowned, then crouched down to help pick up the clothing.
"It's fine. He's just... terrified." Mel felt horrible; he just did not know how to make things easier on Tunda.
The unicorn placed a firm hand on the dragon's shoulder. "Have patience. You are getting through to him." He might never get over his past life, he thought, but did not want to discourage Mel. Every little thing he could do would probably mean the world to Tunda.
"I know..." He had done this before. With cats. Dogs. Birds. It was just a matter of degree; after all, people are so much more complex than animals. He did not liken Tunda to an animal anymore than he would to anyone else, but was merely trying to cope with this. Without looking back at Shido, he thanked him for the assistance and took the refolded pile back to the door Tunda was now hiding behind. He knew Shido would leave, giving them their space. He wasn't an investigator for nothing. Gently, Mel tapped on the door. "Tunda? It's me. It's just you and me. I brought clothes..."

Tunda cautiously opens the door again, limping out of the way so that Mel could come in, still covered in only the black towel he had put on earlier. He looks down at the floor again, feeling very ashamed of himself.

Mel moved past him to set the clothing on a counter next to the sink, glancing up at Tunda in the mirror. "I um, got you some extra changes of clothing so you'd have plenty." He turned back around to face Tunda properly. "I'm not upset. It was an accident and it was my fault, so you need to let it go, all right? Today's going to be fun. If you like shopping..."

He blinks, raising his head up slightly at Mel's words and giving a very small, brief, smile and a nod. "A-Alright... W-What should I do with these...?" He carefully holds his old clothes in his hands gingerly.

The dragon frowned slightly and made a face before he could stop himself. "I could... throw them away..." He would be more than happy to, on the other hand if for some reason Tunda wanted to keep them he was not going to complain or argue. "Or I could have them washed. Whichever you prefer."

Tunda frowns in thought, ears twitching slightly before he looks back up at Mel. "I... don't want to be reminded of my past... They can be thrown away, if that's the best option to be rid of them?" He sounded very sure of himself at that moment, almost no sign of stuttering or the cringing, flinching stray he had been just moments before.

Mel grinned toothily, and even a hint of a mad glint shone in his eye. "Oh, I could burn them too." Chuckling, he took Tunda's old clothing from him. "I'll throw 'em out for you. I should be back by the time you're dressed." This time he was not going to make Tunda come back up the hall alone. He did not mind that at all.

Tunda blinks, then gives yet another small, brief smile before watching the other go out the door. Peering through the clothes, he picked baggy clothes to hide his body with. They fit alright enough, they were just loose enough to hide his lanky frame and the attractiveness that had brought his two former masters to claiming him.

Tunda's clothing went into the trashcan outside. There was no other place for it, really. As a result, it took Mel a bit longer than intended to return, not that he wanted to accidentally walk in on Tunda. He was trying to keep awkwardness that was not inevitable down to a minimum.

Once Tunda was satisfied with the pair of clothing he had picked out, he opened the door again and waited for the dragon to return. He honestly didn't feel comfortable walking around the mansion on his own just yet, especially with so many unknown others living with Mel as well.

(( He could get lost forever. 8D Doors would open up to rooms that Mel hasn't even come up with yet. ))
Mel was cautious when he returned. He was not about to spook Tunda again if he could help it. The clothing choice was actually conservative though he had no idea what he had expected. With a grin he asked, "Ready?"
