"Oh, a history lesson. Well, for years, our world was split into two. During this time, both worlds were basically competing for mana, the energies that keep us alive. Llyod and his companions, as they have become known as, were the first group to find this out and question it. You see, for years, this person, called the Chosen, would travel the world releasing seals in order to reverse the mana flow between the worlds by sacrificing her life. Lloyd didn't like this so fought back against Cruxis, the angels, that governed our world. Winning this battle, Lloyd used the Eternal sword to fuse our worlds back together and revived the Giant Tree, giving us an endless supply of mana." Cinkel took a deep breath when he was finished.
