CH0Z0 Jer0nim0 Yeah... I'm doing a 20-lesson packet I have to finish by Saturday. On lesson 5. There's 30 per lesson and I'm freakishly horrible at math as much as I'm good at Literature. I'm good at both, I just hate Math more than Literature. Lucky. ;0; My parents are spending 1k for me to do this stupid packet and go to a tutor every Saturday until October-ish. x,x It better ******** help me get a 650, dammit.

My dad's a retired Match teacher, my Mom teaches English. My interests are Science and Social studies. Go figure. At least this makes me good at like everything.

I just bought the SAT review book and read that. I did fine.
But at least your parents are willing to spend that much on you. If I had asked my parents to do that they would have said "no"
/lucky me I needed need insane SAT scores anyways since I'm an art major and my college has lower SAT requirements for us. Though I got better scores than my brother, so I could have gotten into his major if I had wanted to XP (all the computer and science majors have higher SAT requirements.

@ CH0-- My mom's an accountant, my dad's an engineer. All of my siblings and me be artsy, I'm the only one who can't remember that 5 is not 6 but they aren't great at it. Well, hell. >A>;
@ Ane--They want me to go to my sister's school, because I can drive to it every day and my mom believes that because school cafeteria food and friends make teens rebellious (based off my sister) I cannot live in a dorm--and also because my mom does not want me doing anything at all artsy because my brother isn't using his artsy media degree and she thinks everything I draw is ugly. It's kinda sucky 'cuz my sister went there on full scholarship (4 point ******** 3) and I'm barely going to scrape in IF this works....
I, along with my sister's support, want to go to some sort of a cheaper Japanese art school that's we know is closer and more relevant to what I want.
But not going to happen within the next 5 years or without money, so too ******** bad for me, I guess....

Though I don't live on campus since my school is driving distance, but that was MY choice. My brother is gonna live on campus (going to the same school), but my mom won't pay for the extra cost.

You know how when you're angry you blurt out stupid things that don't really make sense?
My mom does that... but she sticks to saying that it is nothing but the truth later. >A>;
My sister is worried for my social life without dorms, actually. I sort of am too, but meh, I normally don't have one anyway. xD Is your school rally close or kinda far?

I'm so glad I don't actually do any of the things my deeper..... being would wish to do.
Horribly jackassish things they are. It'd destroy people who wouldn't really need to be destroyed.
But, at the same time...... It'd be goddamn fun to massacre the people in the many simple ways devised. Morals are s'boring.

I did that TWICE and hated it both times. Didn't help that the one time it was the middle of summer and the dorm had no airconditioning.
@Nim: my school is a 20-30 minute drive from home (depends on if I take the expressway or a back route). Though in a bad snow storm it can take me an hour to get home.
Not living in dorms does make it harder to make friends...but I suck at doing that anyways. If you just try to be social while your in class, and during breaks between classes you should be fine though. Also joining a club could really help or even getting a campus job.

You could have just purchased a nice algebra review book and be fine with it. I didn't study at all for the math part (and I do regret it), but I got a 550 or something like that. And I'm really bad at math. You don't even wanna know. D:
