He promised seriously then added, But of course before you try to hurt any of your friends or any innocent people I'd say we first deal with the enemies. He finished with a grin. Edward quickly looked at Kiara with a curiousity. "Kiara you realize that you are stressing yourself out right?" That being a rhetorical question. Then too all the others he said, "Okay let's get this show on the role. Any complications then just send me a mental note. Me or Vlad, but Vlad is useless except for his telepathy so probably best to call for me."

Xagetta looked at Kiara with a glare of his own, however he just sighed and walked towards her, as he approached he wrapped his arms around her gently like a brother would. "Kiara, I understand how you feel, I know this is hard for you being his friend and all. But please understand, I'm saying this for your own good, the treat is real, and the danger ever growing. That why I want you and Edward as far away from it as possible, cause if things keep going like they are, Ryu wont be the only one you have to worry about." He said silently in her ear, actually referring to him self in the last part. He pulled back slowly and looked directly into her eyes, this time not hiding the fear inside him. He wanted her to know, he knew that if she saw he was afraid, then she would see that all he said was real. He hadn't made it easy for the others to read however, as he pulled away from her entirely. He turned to Edward with a deeply concerned look on his face, he knew just how bad this was and how much worse it was getting. "I would, but I don't think I can spare the time, the longer I worry about whats going on with my powers, the more time our enemies have to take advantage of my absence. Whom ever is behind all of this, I cant take any chances of them getting the drop on us, that's why I need to make sure of whats going on behind the scenes. That blood of mine had to go some where, and I bet that's where we will find our next clue as to who or what that is. Any way, thanks for the help, but I think the second idea is a little too tempting." He thought that last part with a silent laugh. "Alright, if things get hairy, do what ever you can to get in contact with us." He said to Edward, before turning to Envi. "Trust me, with Sirius and Blair, nothing is simple. Keep an eye open for strange activity, or people. There might be a chance who ever it is we're dealing with might contact Blair again." He said, warning them to be cautious. "Okay, lets get going Vlad, from the sound of things your looking forward to this." He said with a eager smile, which was an obvious front.

Vlad looked over at Edward. "I'm useless? Says the vamp that isn't contributing anything usefull to this mission...just lying low. So everyone, contact the one that is more useful! Moi!" Vlad pointed at himself. "Finally!" He said to Xagetta. "Let's go and kick someone's stupid a**...oh I mean get Fang so we can make him work like a bloodhound by sniffing this guy, or girl thing, out!" He went back to Edward, feeling as if he didn't put him down enough. "And since your to scared..you stay here." He made a pouty face. "Me?" He cocked his head at Kiara. "Your not to be an idiot either KirKir." He scruffed her hair. "You be good, and make sure to take care of your little kid..Eddy."

Edward shrug at Xagetta. Well hopefully you find time. Because this is important. "Anything that I do is going to be more of help than you Vlad. Besides why the hell would I be scared? What's there to be frightened about? Here how about we switch?"

Xagetta just smiled at Vlad, for some reason watching him helped build a sense of confidence. He laughed for a brief moment, having felt some relief from his antics. "You are a strange one that's for sure, but never the less, thanks I needed that laugh." He said, now feeling his strength of mind returning. He immediately turned to Edward with a certain glare in his eyes. "No, if any thing your the only one I can trust to protect Kiara, I know how strong you are first hand. Besides I doubt Kiara would stay still for any one but you." He thought to Edward, this was far to important to leave in any one else's hands. "I wouldn't ask if I didn't think you could handle it Envi, I'm just saying be on the safe side. And don't worry, I wont force him to do any thing, this is of his own free will." He said to try and calm her, he could tell she was not in the best of moods right now. "Alright, lets get going Vlad, we have a lot of ground to cover." He said as he headed toward the falls.

"Gob?" Envi asked. "Uh huh of course it's on his own will. Anyways Sakura and I will be cautious, promise." Envi muttered, throwing a glance at Kiara. "Behave Kiara." She added hurrying up to follow Sakura.

"No, this is my job!" Vlad whined suddenly. "I don't wanna give it up to you! All your doing is...." he looked at Kiara. "No offense, I'd gladly stay with you...hell I'd rather it be me then Eddie, but I'll do this task much better than him. And we can't be nice cause Ed is an a** and I hate him." He smiled at her stating things matter of factly. "Strange? Why thank you, thank you very much, I'm right behind you." he went straight after Xagetta.
