yeah but they got those anoying battle suits though, with the rail guns, i've survived those before but then again i've had all my armor destroyed on the seconed turn as well...
and i like basalisks more because they leave room for points and they can pin down enemies in cover, two lwmun russes in a game is enough heavy armor for me without going crazy

Crystal Chronicler Anavel Move and shoot you have to out think the Tau deepstriking and drop pods should do the trick no drop pods in the guard though, they can deep strike for nearly free but i never liked it because it was never acurate and it got you too close in some cases.

my army comprises of....let's think....180 imperial guardsmen....me vs chaos army....i like to send up lemans, and move my imps up behind so that the leman's swallow most of the fire, then move bout 20-30 guardsmen from the side in and rush the rest of the infantry biggrin

Brother Felix Greetings puny guardsmen I am Lord Felix of the Iron Warriors. I've stopped by to go on about the fact that I will have a Basilisk soon. Oh, I am so scared! Big whoop, it's still an open topped BS3 tank with limited uses on the battlefield. Might as well just take a Vindicator. BS about how we should quake in fear aside, today I am going to make my guardsmen more pious by the liberal application of purity seals and trinkets of the Space Marines tac squad boxed set.
