There's no such cat in the metropolis, who holds all the pieces in monopoly,
The first one was a Snubbull (swarm) and after a few more steps and my Max Repel gave out and I took a few more steps (trying to get out of the grass) and ran into a Shiny Duskull... I was on route 209
for performing surprising illusions, and creating eccentric confusion.

Lucky! Shiny Dusknoir looks fairly cool!
I got my Shiny Roselia the same way though... I was actually going to give up on the pokeradar, so I went to leave the patch, and I got it XD
