i was wondering that too, are you setting up your own Jammie Dodger inport business Lizzy ninja

rofl rofl rofl

For some reason whenever anybody says they've started a new business, I think Mary Kay, only because I did that once. But I know there are TONS of other ways to start businesses.

maybe with them all being in school...i will be able to get some rest....3 hours of sleep a night just isnt cutting it...especially when i have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning confused

Yikes, 3 hours a night would KILL me! Jason only needs about 6, and I need between 9-11. LOL

Poor Jade, she sleeps about 12 hours a night, so I'm thinking when she starts school, if she's going to get the same amount of sleep each night as she does now, she'll have to fall asleep at 6 or 6:30pm!! I'm going to AIM for a bedtime of 8 for her, but that still sounds dreadfully early to me. Especially in the summerish months when it doesn't even get dark til 9.

yep..ever since the twins came into the world...they have always been little insomniacs...which in turn made me one...i try to let martin get as much sleep as he can cause of his jobs...he has those "you cant doze or youll get hurt" kind of jobs....dont get me wrong...i can be a major you know what cause of lack of sleep...but once i have some caffeine in my system...i am usually ok sweatdrop

I will get to have some time to work on my new busness and start bring more money in around here.

What new business?

Actually, I should have said Businesses...

lesseee,

1) eBay: Been meaning to get more active with the selling end of eBay and think this will be a great time...

2) Online Merchant: I own 6 sites that are currently vacant, redface disgraceful! (That will change once I have time to work it out)

3) Antique Marketplace Shop Ownership a Local Antique Marketplace has space to rent, hubby and I went to look yesterday and I met with two of the owners last week, it is encouraging...

4) Peanut Vender: my brother and his room mate and I are working on new ownership of a Vending machine route but actually the machines do not dispense peantuts with out M&M jackets rofl

(and ironically enough I am still making up my mind whether to continue a Mary Kay consultant status or let it go since I was never able to get as active as they might have liked, for one thing I usually forget about wearing make up, but I am really partial to their skin care products mrgreen )

Oh wow Lizzy, so you DO sell Mary Kay currently? I never wear makeup and was uncomfortable with that whole bit, especially when I joined a group that was so into glamour and glitz, it made me sick. I did love the skin care, and I'm dependent on 1 product in particular that I can't find an equal to anywhere else, which is the Acne Treatment Gel, but I notice it's just now shrunk in size by about 1 fl. oz., yet it's still the same $7. neutral So I may have to seek other alternatives anyway, I'll see.

I'm so glad to see that I'm not the only one who doesn't wear much if any at all makeup. I just can't afford to buy the stuff I need that doens't break out my skin.

Also, I know I should be using some type of moisturizer/toner type product on my face but I just don't know what I should use. I'm not getting any younger here.

Well Mary Kay has a great skin care system, and if you get a consultant to come over, they can evaluate your skin and see which types of cleanser, astringent, masks, and moisturizer are best for your skin needs. The whole skin care system is a bit pricey, and I've found great stuff I like at Target. It's hard finding stuff I like that works the way I want it to, and I've gone through lots of tries and fails before finding what I like! For astringent, my favorite is by Biore, and for moisturizer, I like Dove with SPF 15, but I almost never wear it. My favorite cleansers are Biore, Apricot Scrub, and Dove Green Tea Cucumber. 3nodding My skin needs are oily/combination/acne prone though, and not everyone's skin is the same, so it may take time and a lot of frustration to find what works for you, but it's worth it in the end! (I still haven't found anything that cuts down on oily shine, but that's ok, I think my skin is just unique!)

Yeah, that's the difficult part. I have the oily skin, the T-zone area especially. I guess I am going to just have to go to a beauty counter and ask "what should I be using for my age, skin, etc."

i hardly ever wear make up either, i just can't be bothered, all my facial care comes from Lush, because my skin is very sensitive and i don't like using anything with chemicals in it, which most skincare is loaded with sad
