Mappel held onto her as well. When she suddenly asked why he was crying he smiled warmly at her. "My heart is aching because your story is so tragic. Expecting a little one, in deep love with the man that held your heart, only to have it ripped apart and stolen from you." he replied softly wiping a dark tear from her eye.
"You're not a monster, just someone who lost everything. Your life might not have been a happy one, but how you continue it will decide weather to change that or not." Taking her hand he gently placed it upon her barren stomach.
Now he knew why she was the one. All this woman wanted was to be loved again. Kissing her forehead the elf nodded with a serious look in his eyes. "I will help you find a way to live again..so you can then experience having a child with someone you love deeply. You have my word Elvara. It's time to seize a new destiny and shake off the shackles of the past, though never forget the love you held for your child and your husband. Keep those happy years in your memories so they can fuel you into moving foreward. I've been sheltered a bit most of my life but from the way you explained it, my heart broke for you." he said taking her other hand and gently placing it over his heart.
"There are various paths in life, becoming a vampire was one of them. Tell me though, do you want your story to end as a vampire Elvara? I can see in your eyes that you crave something more, a way out. This is why I'm here, to be that way out for you. I'm sure there's a way to make you living again, and when you do I hope to maybe be the next one to hold onto your heart and have you feel a child stirring within you again." he said softly then gently placed a hand upon her stomach.
The elf hoped she didn't find him to be crazy, but he had fallen for her. Mappel wanted to free her from this pain and bring her back to a life filled with love and hope.

She needed this, to let everything out and cry on someone's shoulder. Though Mappel's own reasons for tears came as a surprise to her. He didn't know this vampire at all, though he was crying over the the fact her tale was sad and full of pain. Why was he being so kind towards her? Sure the spell said they were meant to be together but that didn't mean he had to listen to it surely.
Elvara didn't know what she wanted to do. This woman had been a vampire much longer than a human. Blood, hunger and killing was all there was to this life really and she had become used to that way of it all. Turning back to a mortal human or an elf like he suggested was scary to her.
His kiss upon her forehead warmed up her body, it was a shock for him to even do that! The feeling made her dead heart make one small pump, a very rare thing to occur. Mappel talking about love and children just made her cry more, it was all she had ever wanted. Even as a young girl she always wanted to be a mother, being a kind and loving woman in her human days that was what she was meant to have. That just her, she was one of those women who were born to be motherly. Though what he said next made her gulp hard. Did he just say he wanted to be the one to give her a child? They had only just met the day before and already they had both found out they were meant to love eachother and now he was expressing that he wanted a family one day. This was too much for her to take in a way, but her want for a child was screaming out! "Are.. you telling me. That you're going to listen to what the spell said?.... think about what you are saying... you said you hope to be the one to... have a child with me... a woman you hardly know.." logically it made no sense to her, but something was just pulling her towards him like an invisible force.

He knew it didn't make sense, but he didn't care. Mappel could see it in her cold eyes, he knew she was the one he had been searching for. "I know it doesn't make sense, but none of that matters to me now. Vampire or not, you're a lovely woman who deserves a second chance. I just want to help you." he replied softly gazing into her eyes.
Then it dawned on him, Mappel was probably making her uncomfortable. "I'm sorry Elvara, I'm making you uncomfortable aren't I?" he looked away for a moment then gently placed a hand upon her cheek.
"I don't mean to, I just..somehow holding you and being with you feels right. Even if you don't desire to become mortal again..I'm sure you have a spell that makes any woman pregnant right? We could give it a try if you wanted, I just want to be with you." he said looking into her eyes deeply and romanticly. His eyes alive and shining with love for her Mappel pulled her closer to him. She felt so cold, but he didn't mind.
"What about you? What do you really want Elvara? Be honest with me..please?" he asked her softly closing his eyes for a moment.

She shook her head at his question. Elvara didn't feel uncomfortable at all about it, the spell had spoken really. Her magic never lied, if it had been any other woman she would've told him to grab her no matter how little they knew of eachother.
Then his other question about another type of magic made her look into his love filled eyes. "There.. are many spells that make a couple.. more fertile if that's what you mean" Elvara explained, being technical "after all.. I did offer you to bring your new partner here for that type of spell... didn't I?"
All of these feelings that were bubbling inside her heart she knew was the magic's work to help boost love for a couple that was mean't to be. It had to be true then for it to even work like that on them. "What do I want?.... I want to be happy again. I want a reason to live on this world..."

"Let me be that reason then. You have a beautiful smile Elvara..I want to see you smiling." he replied gently placing a hand on her dead heart. "Even if your heart isn't beating, or if you have to consume blood to live, that doesn't bother me. I..I love you." Mappel pulled her close for a moment their lips inches from touching.
The magic seemed to be working and he couldn't help but feel everything bubble up inside of him. He wanted to pour all of his love over her and flood her heart with it. Closing his eyes he pulled her into a deep and romantic kiss. It seemed right, and he didn't mind. Mappel held her in his arms for a while allowing the kiss to linger. Then blushed when it was done.
"I-I-I'm sorry..I don't know what's coming over me Elvara. Is it the magic? Because everytime I see you I just want to hold you. I want to have a family with you, I want you to find a new purpose with me...spell or no spell I just want to be with you. Until my last breath, until my heart stops beating, I want to share every moment with you..I-I hope I'm not overwhelming you too much." he said pulling away for a moment trying to get himself to get a level-head.
Though that was hard to do because it seemed to grow foggy and silly everytime he looked into her eyes. "I wouldn't mind trying the fertile spell with you. Would you...want to have a family with me though? I know you're probably still sad for your child and husband. I never want to totally take his place, I'm sure he was a better man than I am. Though I'll try if you're willing, after all I don't want to force anything on you." Mappel said blushing shyly.
