I haven't been able to get any cheesecake for sooooo long cat_crying The closest thing I've had this past couple months/year was a bite or two of my bf's Strawberry Cheesequake Blizzard >.<
.....I just had a thought...I have all these bananas in the freezer....maybe I should see if there's any banana cheesecake recipes cat_ninja "I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it."

Cheesecaaaaake.... I haven't had that in a really long time. I should get it the next time I go to Boston Pizza. *q*
I can imagine the banana daffodils being a little difficult, but if you have a small enough knife/sharp object, you should be able to carve out excess banana from the slice and make it look like a flower? I don't know if that's helpful or not. xD'
