Okay! So, it's May 1st. We begin our 'Wicked' reading for the month. :3 I'll come up with discussion questions this week.

I haven't started, yet. We went out today for the WHOLE DAY. And I promised my sister that I'd watch something online with her. xD

I began reading it yesterday--forgive me for tardy-ing my reading. But I'm enjoying. :]
I get what you mean, Lynn. He uses a LOT of words to describe everything.
I'm thinking of doing a vocabulary section? D:

I finally finished Part I and as I read it, I figured out why I've lost interest in this book: I HATE IT.
Every page just gets longer and longer. Must he describe everything so explicitly?!
Obviously I'm gonna finish it, but damn, I get angrier and angrier with every page I turn. It makes me wanna skip the whole thing and go straight to the end to see how this tedious story ends.

I'm already half-way through "City of Emeralds."
Totally caught me by surprise that Elphaba and Fiyero would become lovers. O:
Wanna know what I really hate? He has to describe everything--architecture, the weather, the clothing--explicitly, but when they have sex all he says, "He touched her arm and they had sex." ...Lame.
