Fordon put his hand on kai's shoulder "now now Kai the strength in an individual may be the person but in a team the strength is a culmination of everyones skills and knowledge. in otherwords since you are both on the same team you should not put each other down. instead you should accept the skills and knowledge of others in your group so you all will be stronger." turning his head and putting his hand on yama's shoulder "very good Yama! To survive out in the wild you are right in all of those things. But i will teach you more! You see there are many things that you can use to your advantage. there are excellent sources of poison out in the wild. also by knowing how to live in the wild you learn some shelter is provided for you but nature. also you can learn how track others by the slightest trail left in there disturbance. one can even use the animals as a form of warning incase of attack. now when hunting something you must remember that stealth is the best advantage you have. the less they know of your existence the better. so keep in mind when we are 'escorting' this boy to the border that we keep our presence hidden. this means noise needs to be minimal, we must stay down wind of our prey and to keep a good sight distance. if you get too close you can be spotted. if you are too far away you'll lose track of them. the trick is stay close enough to watch them and far enough to be able to blend into cover. ok now tell me do you have any questions?" he asked looking back and forth between the too. he both wanted and needed them to get this

Fordon smiled he was proud of kai and the action he just took "well since we still have some time i wanted to talk with you guys about taijutsu. ordinarily i would suggest we practice but obviously we can do that here and i would rather not tire the both of you out." "In my opinion the first thing you should have learned was speed and how to move, especially at your rank. if you know the basics and you are proficient and fast with it then you will be able to overcome the majority of your opponents. i will assume that they taught you to do such in the academy and move on to the next things i think you should learn. precision and knowledge of the vital point of the human body." taking one of his hands Fordon began to point out the different vital areas. "each point has its own purpose. by knowing them you can learn to manipulate them. For instance..." moving just fast enough to be unstoppable by both genins and impress them Fordon drew a kunai in each hand and held them in the left armpit of each boy. "by cutting here both of you will bleed to death in less then five minutes. it is also a weak point because..." Fordon then angled the blades towards the boys' ribs. "you can slip it right between these ribs and stab right into the heart. one of the best things about this point is that it is never armored." Fordon pulled away and put the kunai back it its pouch "there are many other things one can do if you understand the body." Fordon pulled out a scroll with the human body and the major chakra points on it and a pencil. he laid it on the ground before the genin and began to mark on it the different point of where to hit. "It is required for all hunter ninja to learn anatomy and physiology of the human body but this information is still useful to to people studying the mist swords style." as they waited for the supposed cloud ninja to leave Fordon slowly went through his quick class on the body making sure the boys were able to take in every detail. he covered everything from both strong and weak veins and arteries to pressure points. once he was done he asked "ok do you have any questions? dont be afraid to ask because its important you get this down and i will be testing your knowledge of it on the trip."

A large bead of nervous sweat formed on Yamatano's forehead as the Kunai was placed under his armpit. He made no sudden movements out of fear that Fordon might kill him out of hunter nin instinct. Afterward, he listened intently to everything fordon said, since he aspired one day to be a hunter ninja. When it came time for questions, Yamatano actually had one. "Umm, Fordon-Sensei, You were saying that the armpits are never armored? What if the target is wearing a chainmail shirt?" Yamatano asked, truly curious.

Yamatano thought for a moment about whether his next question was appropriate, but decided to ask for the sake of getting to know his teacher better. "Umm, feel free to not answer this, but I noticed the pattern of your hunter nin mask. Normally the masks denote some kind of animal, but yours has stitches along it? Does that represent your battle scars?" Yamatano asked, curious, but almost afraid of making his sensei angry with his question. It might be a bad memory that Fordon would have wished to forget. Then again, if he wanted to forget, he probably wouldnt have fashioned his mask like that, so it couldnt have been too bad to ask......right?

Yamatano nodded slightly, taking it all in, mentally wowing in amazement at Fordon's scars. "Well, I think your mask looks good, and it's probably very benficial to make it Unique. If someone ever stole your mask, the other Hunters would be able to tell it wasnt you from the person's other physical traits, whereas the other masks are all the same, and theres a greater chance of passing off for a hunter wearing one of those." Yamatano said, hoping he was showing enough observance to be a hunter. "By the way, even though it isnt traditional, could I get an animal mask for when I become a hunter? Say......a snake mask?"

Fordon then looked at the boys and said in a heart warming voice "alright i think its about time we start to patrol. Are you already?" he looked at both boys with an eager eyes. he was ready to get out there and teach these boys things they could really use. if the chuunin was anything like what it used to be what it was when he took it they would need these skills. Even after that was passed they would still need them for the future on missions. Fordon reached up and grabbed a hold of his hunter ninja mask. he prepared to pull it down over his face. While Fordon was eager to leave he still felt as if he should wait a moment to see if anything was going to happen. that is why he stalled for time with his question.

Taking the note out of the boy's hand, and slipping it into an inside breast pocket, the figure that was Luo nodded to the boy. Although he preferred that kages introduced themselves personally, he didn't really mind having a note delivered to him. "Thank you for delivering this message, it is very much appreciated. You can send word to your kage that the Mizukage has received her letter and will send a response within the week."
