he watched her leave and sat the third empty bag on the counter, fallowing her into the next room. she seemed buisy with what she was doing so he turned to look at the books, instintly noticeing that most were in differnt language's. it reminded him that even though this place seemed like his home, he might have a good distance to travel before he was back in his lord's land. makeing a low sound he taped her shoulder, saying his name carfuly in his missused voice. " Eha... Zaein.."

Startled, she droped the book in her hands and stood faceing him. that was a mistake, she realized.. he was only two inch's away. she listened to what he said, tilting her head to the side as she noded. "Zain? thats your name hu.. cool." compying him she said slowly, pointing to herself and trying not to laugh. "Resa. "

Zain snickered in amusement, beggers couldnt be chooser's. Zain was close to Zaein.. well.. close enough. with a quick look at the doorway he noded, not looking back at her as he did said firmly. " Resa." his voice was accented, not used to the language she was telling him. her name came out sounding like Reza. with a shrug he turned away, saying a quiet thanks to her and heading for what looked like the main door. he had to get back to his lands, had to take up his postion again and defend his comrads...

Resa paniced, quickly walking in front of him and shakeing her head. letting him out of the house gave her a horribe feeling.. she still didnt know what he said half the time let alone how he would react to the outside world. "wait, umm... look at this!" she stammered, holding up a small metal chess peace at random. she put it up for him to see, realizeing it was the knight peace.

he frowned and took it from her, setting it in front of the king on the board. then he pointed to himself and back to the knight. this girl seemed dead set on keeping him here, why couldnt she understand he needed to go? carful not to hurt her he brushed by her.

Resa flexed her fingers and growled, wanting to smack him up side the head at his stubronness. why did all men have to be so annoying! swallowing her pride she pulled his head down to her's and kissed him right on the lips, intending to distract him from leaveing. oddly she forgot that the moment she kissed him, forgeting pritty much everything else along with it.

he hadnt realized what she was up to until she kissed him, catching him off gaurd enough that he let her. amused at her actions he kissed her back, moveing until he had her pinned against the wall with his arms on either side of her. there was a way to keep her from talking after all.

Wick's head snaped up and she looked back twards the house. all she said was "Resa..", then she was running. she didnt look back to see if Ryuk was fallowing her, only hoped he was as she reached her house. Resa! she called back mentaly, all she heard back was confused thoughts and it worried her. kicking the door open she saw a man first, leaning twards the wall and fully distracted by something.. then she saw what was distracting him so much. with a deadly low voice she demanded. " let go of her."

Resa blinked and tried to look around Zain's shoulder, still in a stuper until she recognized the voice. with a horrified sound she curled closer to Zain's chest, hopeing she hadnt been spoted yet. there was no way she was surviveing this one.

Zain let the kiss break off as a voice sounded beside him, makeing him curse lowly. Resa was trying to hide behind him, which made him beleave that the other vampire had just threatened them. he stood between Resa and the other, not showing any surprise as he realized the vampire looked almost exactly like Resa. annoyed that she had bothered them he sighed, forgeting that she hadnt spoken his language. " leave us be vampiress."

her anger died instinly, Wick paleing as she recognized the language he was speaking in. the fact that he knew it at all couldnt be good.. and it didnt help any that Resa was obviusely under his protection at the moment. calmly she looked behind him to Resa, saying in a very level tone. " hun, walk away from him slowly. dont startle him or make any sudden movements.." adding because she couldnt help herself. " if we survive this you are so under house arrest. how did he even get here!"

Resa shruged innocently, trying to do as she was told and make her way around Zain. " i couldnt just leave him! what if someone attacked him, then it would be my fault if he was hurt.. plus those chains were bound to feel horrable.." she sighed, sliding around Zain's side and takeing a step forward twards Wick.

his eyes narrowed and his arm shot out, wraping around Resa's waist and pulling her back to his side. he traped her between him and the wall, dareing the female vampire to do something as he nuzzled Resa's neck. he didnt like it, the vampire had some sort of control on the human Resa.. it might have helped if he understood what they said, but either way he wasnt letting the other vampire have her. where he came from vampires killed humans casualy and tossed them away like trash. Zain growled and kissed Resa again, watching Wick from the corner of his eye alertly as he staked his claim. she wasnt hurting his human.

angerly she steped forward, reaching for the whip around her waist as she glared at Zain. Wick had spent years protecting Resa from other vampires, she wasnt going to just sit and watch as one took her little sister away from her. takeing a step to the side she narrowed her eyes, knowing when she was in the other vampires blind spot. she flicked her wrist and sent her whip flying right at the man's neck, silver barbs sharp on the end.

she jerked her head to the side, biteing Zains lip so he would let up. "Wick dont!" she yelled, trying to stop her. Resa had no idea what was going on, just that Zain had kissed her in front of her sister. blush spread up her cheeks and she sighed, singing quietly and useing her voice to calm them both.
