Feena shrugged and picked up a pretty cream dress.
"Sure it can stay... in your bedroom. I will not allow you to wear a sword while dancing with me. You know I hate them."

Kai's eyes lite up untill she said bedroom and his head dropped "fine as you wish but if we get attacked by a giant flying monster of death I can't help"he was joking of course but he did want his sword even though it will never happen.

Feena set the dress down on her bed and waved his joke aside.
"Well, I will take that risk. What do you think of that cream dress for tomarrow? Do you like it? I think I like it... I cant be sure."

Feena nodded and set the dress aside.
"perfect. it's decided. Tomarrow I will wear this."
With that she started putting away the other dresses that had simply not made the cut.
"So kai...Do you still want to go to the ball with me, or did you have somebody else in mind?"

Kai looked Feena in the eyes "there is still no one else I'd rather go with"he smiled and stood straight up from his lean on the bed as he was looking at the dress.

Feena yawned and rubbed her eye.
"Yes, yes, we can have fun tomarrow. there is nothing fun we can do in my room- I mean..." she blushed, "Nothing I would let you do."
She sat down on the edge of her bed and stared at the door.
"Now, I'm tired. I'll see you both tomarrow morning."

Feena lay curled in a ball for many hours. Thoughts of the war so far away filled her head.
Why Ginkiba? Why did he need to leave? Would he be back for the ball? What was the last thing that he said supposed to mean?
"I wonder what gown Ginkiba would like best? If he were here, then I would probly be going to the ball with him instead, or at least with him one of the days. I have to keep my options open, after all..."
She went on thinking like this for quite some time before she eventually drifted off the a dreamless sleep.

Feena awoke and sat up with a cry of suprise.
"Oh! Why can nobody let me just sleep for a full night?" she asked irritable, and thats when she saw the-
"What on Earth is some bird doing in my bedroom? Did I leave a window open? Shoo! Shoo! I need my beauty re- Wait... Did you just talk to me?"
