Hey everyone, I am sort of new to the guild, been in it about 2 weeks, but this is the first time I have felt an urge to post in the ooc thread...this is a bit random, but has anyone here ever read the book Drowning Anna? I just finished it last night, and It was not particuarly challanging to read, a fifth grader would have no trouble comprehending it, though the content would not be appropriate for a fifth grader. However, the plot and the theme was just so moving to me, especially since I have a friend who in someways reminds me of Anna. If you havn't read it, its about this high-school age girl who is driven to attemp suicide by her cold-hearted peers. Has anyone else here ever read that book?

How old are you Galdrea? ^^'; 16, but i knew exactly what Tana meant, I was just being stupid. i don't actually want Tana's milkshake, unless it's the regular kind that comes in a glass...

Your 16 Galdrea?!! Ahem.. no offence or anything, but you seem alot younger than that. Do you go to a girls school per-chance?

stare stare no, i do not go to an all-girls school, i go to public school. i just act stupid around here, because that's mostly what this thread is for. if you saw me rp, you'd prolly think i was older than i am

Yeah, it has been a while, that it has. AP Exams, Finals, concerts, auditions, trying to finish up this year...prom, too, hehe...
Now I have a bunch of grad parties to go to. But I'll be back a tad later to update my character's position in Hiding in the Shadows. If anyone in there reads this, could you give me the basic low-down of what's happened since I've been gone? It looks like a lot of the threads I've been in have sort of...been going through atrophy. Yeah, that's the nice way to put it...

*evil look at Shadow* they are atrophying because you are an important character in them. i haven't posted in Shadows lately, so I'm not quite sure what's going on, but the thread's gained about 3 or 4 pages while you were gone

NO FAIR TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE FINISHED FINALS!!! I have finals in two weeks and i don't get out of school for 3 weeks scream And right now I should be doing homwork because all my teachers saw this 3 day weekend as a chance to give us extra homework to prepare for the finals so that we all get good grades and they look good in front of the principles, lol! crying stare

*patpats dance* if it makes you feel better, i still have two weeks and had three final assignments due in literature, two in science, and two in computers. and we haven't had finals yet, either.
