Jaden ignored the two (three) of them. He was not in the mood to tangle with a neglected multiple personality and his long lost father. Instead he closed his eyes and listened to other things.

Razu's eyes were hard and his face was emotionless,"I am sorry you have had to deal with that stuff. I searched for you for centries. I could not find you. Your traces had simply disappeared. I thought you dead."
Razu set the maps down that he had crumbled in his crushing grip. "we have a situation here. The Lycan's are in trouble."

Momo examined his father more throughly now,"You...when have you become so fake? I don't like it. Not at all."

Listening to a conversation like this was very straining and tiring... which was exactly why Jaden sat upright and huddled his knees to his chest. "The fate of the Lycans isn't going anywhere at the moment Razu." he said calmly and with a smile. "I want to hear what he... er... they have to say."

Razu sighed and ran a hand through his now sliver streaked hair, the only change that had showed in Razu since he had managed to compose himself. Razu took a deep breath and asked," What exactly do you want to know Jaden?" He glanced down at floor as Momo made his comment. He didn't want to answer the question buried deep down.

"Oh you know... just... anything..." Jaden said, looking for all the world like a child. "It's all a very pleasant distraction you know. Everything is too serious for me right now. So I'm looking at other peoples drama for the moment. Come on, you were just reunited with your crazy son, show some emotion."

Razu sighed,"I'm sorry Jay. I can't deal with this. I just can't. I accpet that my son is alive and that some day I will return to Japan to start something I should have started long ago. I too want to keep away from my problems." He avoided the 'show emotion' comment. His mind went to Layna and Gabe,"Did you say a kid with my imprint Momo?"

Layna stood by the door, her heart hammering loudly in her chest. What would she say? What would she do? A year had gone by, and she had said nothing to Razu about where she was going. And no she stood on the threshold to where she knew he was. She heard his voice beyond the door, and wondered what he would do. One way to find out... Her hand slowly went upward, her knuckles tapping lightly, as if the tremors of her hand were the only thing that made the noise. She was in a way, terrified.

KatsuMomo walked to the door and answered. He leaned against it with a lazy smile,"Ah yes Father. A child with you imprint on him. You have had much influence on him. By the way the mother is here." He stands aside,"Come in."

Razu looked at Layna standing at the door. Instead of his usual cheerful greeting to Layna he quietly greeted her,"Layna. You're back. I'm happy to see you still alive and breathing." HIs voice was nearly void of any type of emotion.

Layna stared at KatsuMomo, and then at Razu, and his blank expression, truly unsure how to react. She was quiet, and didn't speak, but just stared at Razu, her expression losing the hopefulness. Something was so different about Razu. She lowered her eyes, quietly assessing the fact that perhaps she was not wanted right now.

"This is just like one of those... what's its..." Jaden struggled, snapping his claws fingers when the word came in. "Soap Operas." He tucked his legs back up to his chest as if he was watching a television. "Long lost son with abandonment issues and a multiple personality complex comes in search of his father who is now emotionally frail and beginning to feel his age and limitations no matter what wild schemes he gets involved with. Enter a young mother from awhile ago with the most complex love life of any being upon the reunion and feeling so unwanted at the moment that it hurts." His ears twitched happily as he finished his makeshift description. "This is going to be so much fun." His thick black tail wagged against the couch.

Razu answered Jaden's comment,"Wow Jaden you almost got it right. It is a soap opera but isn't that what life is about?" And as if a switch had finally been fixed, Razu became cheerful. "Layna don't worry. I'm not mad at you. I have problems even if I don't show them much. "

KatsuMomo grinned," Ha! The alpha is good. We do have a split personality. We had it since birth it got worse after we were..."
"Sold" Momo inserted as Katsu inserted
"Kidnapped"
"We don't have a handle of it really. It gets really complicated like this. Don't know who's to go first and all."

"Wow." Jaden said, completely fascinated by the subject. "But what happens when you have an argument? It's not like one of you can sleep while the other is dominant."
