Libby shook her head. "I'm supposed to die of AIDS. It's like..." Libby sighed.
"I knew this guy once, in New York. He lived under a bridge. He used to tell me stories about all the things he'd done and the things he'd been through. For every scar he had, there was a story. And in every story, the reason he had that scar was because of something bad he had done.
He was on crutches, and would be for the rest of his life, because he got in a fight with four men. He killed one of them... but he didn't walk away from it."

Rioushu had to agree with Aonice this time. "Yeah, I don't get it." Rioushu said, trying to adjust to a more comfortable position under Aonice.

Rioushu suddenly had a stern look on his face, shaking his head. "Is that why you won't do it? I thought it was because you'd die at childbirth anyway, but if you think death is punishment, you're wrong. Death is an escape from your responsibilites to atone for what you've done. If you let yourself die just because you think it be punishment enough, you've got another thing coming." Rioushu said, already forming the plan in his head.

Rioushu closed his eyes and laughed, not believing what he was hearing. "There's no such thing as fate, to me it just sounds like giviing up. Even if there is no hope of survival, which there is, don't you think you should spend your time making it up to those you hurt?" Rioushu interrogated.

Aonice rolled her eyes, "Just because your gonna Die in nine months doesn't give us any reason to let you lie in bed and be sick" She said before quickly tugging on Libby's hand, pulling the woman out of the bed... domokun

Libby ignored Rioushu's commentary.
"I'm not lying in bed and being sick," she told Aonice. "I'm lying in bed and hanging out with my two best friends, like I always do."

Rioushu nodded and agreed with Libby. "Yeah, what're you talking about Aonice? Libby is always this lazy." Rioushu commented, then chuckled.

"Well, even if you didn't care, i'm going and i'm gettin' a wish" She said quickly, "You can follow after if your interested in the slightest" She stuck her toungue as she usually did before quickly rising up off the bed, and walking to the door.

Libby waved at Aonice leaving and picked up a remote control from the upturned crate she called her nightstand. Turning on the old stereo, she laid back and put her hands behind her head.
"So what's been up with you, Rio?" she asked, as the classic rock tunes filled the air.

Rioushu thought about it for mintue then shrugged. "Same old, same old, still can't find a girl, Aonice seems to aggravate around me easily, and I just can't get rid of the sneaking suspicion my brother is on the island." Rioushu said.
